Day 14-21 (May 14th - May 21st) (Day 14) Transplant went well. I’ll wait a few days for recovery then start to harden them off. They’ve been acclimated to the sun pretty well so far from the window but the cold night temps will be stressful. (Day 16) It’s going to be nice out tonight so I’m going to leave the girls outside. (Day 19) I’ve been leaving the plants out all day for the last 3 days and they’re looking great. Better than my tomatoes anyway. Stems look like they’re thickening up too. I’m going to start the autoflowers for this season. I’m soaking them in shot glasses this time. I’m sick of direct sowing and losing plants. I find the soak + paper towel method is by far the most efficient and quick too. I don’t think I’ve ever had a seed not germinate using that method. Direct sowing seems to kill about 1 in 8 of my seedlings. So I’m going to wait until the tap root is about an inch long and will bury them flat, a half inch deep directly into my raised beds/containers. I will keep them moist by hand once or twice a day until they’re looking established. (Day 20) Just had a big rain storm and I let them take it on the chin until it got worse. All seem fine and better for it. (Day 21) All auto flower seeds are just barely poking out. Tomorrow or the next day I’m going to sow all of the grapefruits and g33’s directly into the raised bed. I’m worried that the soil mix in the beds is too strong for such a young plant and I don’t want to risk killing all of them at once. Even promix alone can be hot for seedlings. Pests and cold weather are another two things to worry about outside too. The beds were amended with quarter strength feedings of 4-4-4 Gaia Green all purpose, 3-2-4 insect frass, 1-0-3 kelp meal, 3-0-3 alfalfa meal, glacial rock dust, rock dust blend and oyster shell flour. I mix the amendments into the compost and then mix the compost with the promix directly in the raised bed by hand. I’m just going to dig out a hole in the bed and fill it with pure promix so it doesn’t get any early nute burn. The dr seedsman and exodus cheese are being directly sowed into 3 gallon fabric pots with a pure promix divot in the middle. A friend of mine just gifted me some Thugpug genetics ‘Meatbreath’ bagseed from an amazing cut. This is definitely worth growing this summer so I’m gonna pop them and get them into solo cups ASAP.

Woche 11

These are also doing very good one of them stretched alot 2 stayed shorter. Growth has been steady and everything is thriving right now. Might need to get a new dehumidifier soon mine is starting to shit the bed so RH levels are a little high with lights out but the heater keeps them low enough to get by at this point. Still feeding the veg nutes for the most part, I dropped the calmag and grow dose a little and added in a little bloom. I will slowly increase the bloom and decrease the grow over the next few feeds. The green buzz bloom doesnt have much N in it so I find it best to add atleast some grow all the way up to around week 5 of flower. Hope everyone is practicing their social distancing skills. the Germination process was very easy and had no problems to sprout in paper towel. After she first touched water it needed 5 day to get root and open shell with her tiny white baby leaf and next I put it in to the pot in coco coir it was already watered and i just put the cup on top next day she was fully green and strong stem with little hairs <3

[ Information ] For all grow information, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] (Flower) Day 1 - Light intensity increased to 65%. C02 increased to 1300ppm average. Day temp/humidity 85/70 (1-1.2VPD), night temp/humidity 75/65 (.8-1VPD). Fed a diluted compost tea mixture before lights on. Base water was R/O and tap water mixed lightly with silica and Tribus microbes. Tea was a mixture of Fish Hydrolysate, Bat Guano, Molasses, Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, and Earthworm Castings. 8 gallons of tea were added to 72 gallons of water mixture for an 80gal batch total. The batch was mixed for a half hour before feeding to the room. I did not PH or PPM test the mixture, organic material is hard to get an accurate PPM reading so the numbers are useless to me. I will be working to bring the lights to 100% power over this first week of flower. Day 4 - Light intensity increased daily, currently at 90%. Will raise to full power tomorrow. C02 increased to 1800ppm average. Temp and humidity for day and night are still the same. Lights were raised slightly to maintain 12 inches from canopy height, and a few growth nodes that were above the canopy got topped. Watered today with an 80gal (1.25gal p/pot) mixture, 10% tap 90% r/o water. 6.8 PH, 2.2ec. Foliar sprayed yesterday before lights off with a neem mixture for weekly IPM. Canopies are stretching relatively evenly, though I will be adding in support nets within a few days to help maintain the even spread. I've run this strain before so I'm fairly confident that I know what to expect during these few stretch weeks. Day 7 - Lights have been at 100% since day 5. C02 still 1800-2000ppm on average. Plants are stretching quickly into the lights, I have yet to readjust their height. The best growth usually happens when I do nothing, and I've done almost nothing the past couple days besides enjoy the unusually warm spring weather my area is currently experiencing. Watered today, 100gal (1.5gal p/pot) mixture, <1ec. Mainly an organic feeding for microbe health, also wanted a bit more runoff than normal due to the high ec feeding previously.

This plant is really getting big. I had to do a lot of topping and defoliation this week. I wasn’t planning on any more topping but she is getting too tall and I won’t be able to pull poly over her when she is in flower if she keep stretching upwards. I had to top Cantaloupe haze and White widow as they were too close to the lights and I didn't want to loose any ppfd on my lowers. My GSC seems perfect for not topping. next time I would top those strains at least once. I have been flushing the CH and getting run off around 1200ppm which seems like the max she can take the others like it stronger so I have been flushing them every 2-3 days. CH is tough to keep happy but will continue to monitor. All plants are in week 4 of flower 12/12 from seed.

Drunken Bitch Slap is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She did a lot of stretching in last week. She is just starting to shoot pistils for the colas. Everything is looking really good, and ready for some flowers. I have done some selective defoliation is all the training I have done. The growing cycle it self worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2018-02-27. This is my review / smoke report of this lovely cbd flower. There are rock hard buds and almost no give at all, even in those smaller buds. When you grind it the scent will appear more than just smelling on the buds. It smells a little weak of grass, hay, pepper, some spicy and sweet. The taste is grass, soil, pepper and exceedingly sweet fruit. The effect is directly, the thc feeling above the eyes and in the forehead. A little light ringing in the ears and a dry mouth. After 10 minutes, the cbd kicks in and one feels that the neck and shoulders begin to relax and the feeling continues down over the back and chest down to the stomach. A calm and well-being is found in the body. After 15-20 minutes it is down in the legs. But in a strange way, you also feel like doing something, or meeting some friends and just sitting and talking about fun things. It is a very well-balanced strain and it fits in all sorts of contexts. I also think it might be good for someone who needs something that makes you more social and dampens enough anxiety and rushing thoughts effectively. I think this is a lovely strain and I highly recommend it to everyone but especially for more inexperienced people who want to soften with a pleasant medicine.

Following the plan, we've reached the end of week 12. Apparently, everything is fine with this girl and all the others, nothing to worry about. What a fun experience! This was my first time trying a mixed grow style of synthetics and organic. I think I may have found my new go-to strategy. This definitely wasn't a perfect run by any means - as a matter of fact, I botched the feedings earlier in her life. However this grow definitely taught me a lot more about how to treat this strain properly. Now I'm running her clones in the 3x3x6. So the legacy will continue!
