Welcome to week 9 of my grow diary. The weather has been very changeable this week. But it doesn't seem to have had a negative effect on the plant. Due to the rain showers I didn't have to water often. I defoliated again this week. From now on I think I'll let it grow as nature intended. I have tied the longest shoots further down. The growth height hasn't changed as a result. See you next week ✌️

I did too much as I said on her! And I didn’t use any sprays to help healing was expecting too much for her to spring back on her own! I will take note of that as I’ll be growing her again! She smells lime lemons and lime a lot of citrus coming off her with sweet sides of sherbet like sours makes your mouth water so much just smelling her! Effects are very deep! It's like a support system for her budding ambitions. Now, let's talk about IPM, or Integrated Pest Management, because every grower knows that prevention is key. I noticed some unwanted visitors in the form of thrips and fungus gnats, so it was time to take action. But hey, I prefer a natural approach, so I called upon some tiny allies to join the battle. I introduced nematodes to the soil, those microscopic warriors who feast on the unsuspecting pests. It's like having a secret army of predators ready to defend my precious plants. But that's not all! To further bolster the defenses, I invited some other beneficial insects to the party. Spical Ulti Mite and Swirskii, the mighty protectors, joined forces to keep those unwanted critters in check. It's like an epic showdown between the good, the bad, and the buggy. Who needs a superhero movie when you have a living ecosystem fighting the good fight? She's made it! Harvesting before any more degrading happens. Worried I screwed her by letting her go without water, but she seems pretty vigorous. Here's to hoping the dry goes well, got her in a tent that's properly vented and has a fan inside blowing air underneath the canopy (not at the plant itself). Its kept between .78 kPa and .9 kPa VPD wise. Hopefully it has enough air exchange that mold won't be a problem. Check back for updates on how she's looking through the dry! I will also add more pictures when she is trimmed. Can't wait to see her buds then.

9-7-25. What can I say the Apple fritter continues to do very well have no insect damage and no major issues to mention. The plant has been completely trellis for the last time. The bud structure is really great. The branches are really large. Really happy plant is doing well. top dressed it’s last top dress with one cup each of flower, finisher, primo Hydroslate, pure kelp, dry, and soluble seaweed extract as well as Azomite. All of these are micronized and soluble powdered so the plant should uptake the nutrients much faster than traditional top dresses. Don’t have any large granules that are gonna take time to break down and water in from here on out it will be water with its last two sugar water drenches, which I will use boogie brix, and black strap molasses brixs. with all of these nutrients and amendments in place I will let the girls ride out their last few weeks with Just nice rich mountain water to ensure they use every bit of the sugar, phosphate and potassium for frosty buds with heavy resin and terp production .

It's a nice change of pace to have these warmer temperatures, even if it's not quite spring yet. Low 40s during the day is a lot more comfortable than what we've been dealing with lately. Hopefully, this is a sign that spring's around the corner. It's crazy how much my permanent marker plants have grown! They've really taken off. One's got these super cool purple stems, and the other's covered in buds – it's gonna be beautiful when they bloom.
