D57/FD29 - Thing going grand with the Cookies so far (enjoying growing these Cookie Based Strains). Smell from it is divine! Touch a stem and its a lovely citrus smell left on you for ages! Noted in a previous comment, like a perfect sweetness, fresh lemonade. You'd wear it as an aftershave alright even!!! :P They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at what would be recommended strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea this late in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geeklight also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant too and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator (and hopefully UVB Tube) and great to see them honouring the Warranty. RHC Seems to be flowering nicely as can been seen from the pics. Stacking well, buds coming along. Slight pinkish tip to the pistils on some buds but not the shocking pink as you'd see in the sales pics...hopefully it goes there though! Also noticing a bit of an early frost on a few flowers...like real good frost! And this is only day 1 of week 5 (I know, I do this diary arse about face)!!! Hoping Geeklight get this driver control board and longer cables to me quick so as I can get the driver out of the tent as I'd really like to get the UVB in there to frost them up in a week or 2!!! May only be getting about 9" clearance though so dunno, could be dangerous!!! 12" is the lowest recommended...but then, I could do the 15 min burst lighting (On 15, off 45 min every hour) so lower the risk of burn but get them more exposure (but lowers the lifetime of the tube). They get UVA from the LED's on the light at the moment for a 1/3 of the day and have been since early veg so should be hardened to it by now!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! 2024 November 7: First cold freeze of the year, Last photo shoot before harvest, wow. First ever outdoor grow for me, no rain cover, no greenhouse. Watered with rainwater collected from the roof plus the nutrients. The plant blended in quite nicely to the environment. The smell was quite nice, not too disturbing and i was smelling it just when i was close to the plant. I harvested the plant and washed the buds, it needs more manicure than any other plant i came across with due to the small green leaves... Still beautiful plant, beautiful buds, what a journey, what a monster lady!

Hey Cannafam Happy Tuesday, My little Guava girl has had another good week due to some really decent and unseasonbly hot weather for the UK. Its been absolutely scorchin with Tuesday 28c ,Wednesday and Thursday 30c with continuous Sun apart from a thunderstorm on thursday night but she was unphased. Average nighttime temps have been 24c during those days so uncomfortable for me but good for her 😊 Friday through to Monday things tapered down to 23c with Sunny spells and cloud, and today things have been a bit breezy with 20 mph winds and cooler at 20c. Daylight hours are currently at 16 hrs 22 minutes. Growth wise shes really come on and recovered from her slow start just over doubling in height, putting on 2 tiers of nodes and shes just starting her 5th set of true leaves, her auxilary shoots have now also started and internodal spacing seems quite short at the moment. I don't think im gonna train her atm but i could well change my mind and we'll see how we go. Shes also been nibbled a little bit by bugs but overall is lookin happy n healthy 😊 Thats all from me for now, thanks for stopping by ✌️💚

That’s the calcium + nitrogen backbone for the feed. Step 2 – FERMAKOR PK Base (Part B) 15 L water in the main barrel → added 30 ml FERMAKOR PK Concentrate, mixed well. This forms the main P + K part of the formula. Step 3 – Combine Solutions Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear. That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Color shifted to a light-amber tone — looks alive and active. 🍋 Step 5 – Citric Acid Balance Added 1 tsp citric acid after everything was blended to fine-tune pH and help chelate micros later on. 📦 Step 6 – Top Up & Check Filled to the 30 L mark with plain water → pH tested with drops, showing yellow-green — roughly 5.8 – 6.0 range. I'm impressed with this C4 Auto, from fastbuds this is one of two plants I grew. This plant is a real indoor plant she grows lovely. The other plant is an outdoor plant it's pretty too don't get me wrong but where i thought the outdoors would produce a bigger plant i got the opposite of that, I got a Mutated plant, nice colored bud on here but she continues to mutate even in flowering stage my indoor plant is twice her height and size but love both my C4 Auto from fastbuds. Even if they broke my heart by changing payment policy, I'll never be able to get seeds from fastbuds again so I decided to spray my runt on the outdoors with tiresias mist feminized seed spray..... hopefully I get some pollen and able to pollinate my indoor C4 Auto..

Pineapple Express kept stretching this week to just under 4 feet tall. She smells amazingly like freshly cut pineapples. She was stretching past the light and I decided to super crop her and net her down. So far she seems to have dealt well to the damage. I’m hoping it won’t effect my yield too much but I know it will a bit. Bud development seems to be going strong and the top buds don’t appear smaller than the lower ones even after splitting the stem on a few branches. Suspected berry white plant is still extremely indica in type, short, bushy and wide leaves as well. Flowers are beginning to appear and she is finally stretching up a bit. Leaves don’t appear more sativa even in flower. Berry white was the only true indica seed I had in the mix. I still strongly suspect this plant was from berry white (blueberry x white widow) bud I had gotten from a dispensary. Male plant was removed entirely from the grow area. I waited until he had nice pod development and then moved him into a different room. The cold in the unseated room triggered pods to open recently, I was able to cross him with my females by dusting pollen onto a qtip. I’m hoping the entire tent isn’t covered in pollen, I sprayed the tent down with water right after pollinating the marked branches. Pollinated branches are marked with a green plant tie. Hoping to see some seed development in the next week. If the girls are pollinated properly, the male will be chopped and if I need to I will pollinate the girls again.

El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. La flor cogió forma y maduró del todo, produjo bastantes tricomas, se ve potente y huele que tira pa atrás. This week is continuing to go well. I haven't added any nutes yet, but will start for this coming week. Since things are going well, I thought let it continue why mess a good thing. The potting soil I used is Miracle Grow, so it has some of it own I am sure. I am also going to start some topping this week, and perhaps a little LST. I will also go out and get a trellis net to aid with the LST. I also adjusted some of the settings on my camera, but it does not seem to have made any difference.
