Day 42 Flower Hey Growers. It’s been a pretty easy week. Im just watering and feeding away. I’ve slowly worked the Vipar Spectra XS2000 down to 16 inches at 100%. Im moving the light back and forth every day from the right to left of the tent and the plants really seem to like it. They have a scent of over ripe lemon. A kind of sweet lemon skunky earthy aroma. The scent is uncontainable when the canopy is manipulated and they are covered in wet sticky terps and trichomes. We are essentially just on autopilot for the time being, just hoping they are able to bulk up some more in the coming weeks. I am expecting to be at this for at least another month as this is a 10 week strain according to GHS. So far so good. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Happy Growing 🤞🏻🌱🍋

This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. Big shoutout to Medic Grow for sponsoring the lighting in my tent, They have provided me with 2x Mini Sun 2's in the 240w configuration, They use the v1 growing spectrum that is a all purpose seed to harvest spectrum so their is no hassle of switching it mid grow. Blackberry Kush stretches. I could form a nice bushy structure and the plant reacts well with a lot of flowers which get direct sunshine. It‘s my first grow. This one is the second cannabis plant, popped out of my homemade charcoal compost potting mix. I feed my plants with light homemade fertilizers and water with rainwater 1-2 times per week. The plants love it, like my tomatoes and peppers do and did in the past.

This is the third LA Kush Cake from @zam.nesia that I've harvested, and I'd love to grow at least 1,000 more. It's truly beautiful in terms of color; during the fade, this one revealed a purple and yellow that blend together in a truly romantic way. The flowers are beautifully full and solid this time, and the resin is excellent. The scent is the original vanilla with a hint of spice. The parents are Wedding Cake x Kush Mintz. Once again, I'd like to emphasize that where Kush Mintz, a particular phenotype of GSC, is present, the plants are wonderful. It never disappoints. The flowers are in the drying room; I can't wait to taste them. It grew in an 11-liter Zamnesia canvas pot and was topped with a top dressing for 16 branches, then I trimmed the weakest ones. We used @plagron_official from start to finish for both soil, base feed, and additives. I choose the 100% Natural line, but there are literally thousands of options for all growing styles. Check out their website, they do it all. www.plagron.com This strain reminds me of another strain in my top 5: King's Tart by GHSC, which is crossed with LA Kush Cake. Our L.A. Kush Cake looks amazing, try it! Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11097-zamnesia-la-kush-cake-seeds.html Z - Want to take your growing to the next level? Now you can with Zamnesia's LA Kush Cake. Plants produce up to 600 g/m² indoors and 850 g/plant outdoors. In the right conditions, LA Kush Cake can develop intense purple hues that add to its appeal. As you open the jars of these buds, you'll feel a wave of pungent vanilla terpenes wafting through the air, balanced by spicy notes of pepper and mint. Whether you smoke or vape, you'll be instantly intoxicated by its distinctive flavor, with a velvety, creamy aftertaste followed by a powerful yet functional high. I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

Girls got topped this week. I decided to only top once due to the herming last time. But they are growing well after the transplant last week. I'm happy with the growth and we'll look to flip in about three weeks. That'll put trim time around Christmas which I have off.

9th Week Report 12/12/19 - 19/12/19 In photos CMXL is on the left and LSD on the right 12/12/19 Unfortunately humidity at 80% and since is too high from next week I will try to give them more aeration. Hope there won't be mold. Changed solution and raised its strength to 90% and unlikely the last change I didn't added a small quantity (0.5/L) of "grow" nutrient as both are in full flowering 13/12/19 CMXL got a bigger defoliation and now you can see even more bud sites! 😁 Just waiting for her ;) Looking to LSD I guess next week we probably will be ready to harvest. As you can see she almost has no more space, CMXL is giant (and beautiful) and she is starting to cover LSD, but hopefully LSD will be harvested soon and consequently CMXL will have all the space she needs. CMXL was defoliated every couple of days, the quantity of leaves that were removed during every defoliation session is more or less like in the photo uploaded. However it looks like CMXL is not anymore stretching and just fattening up, so from the next week will get light defoliation just when needed (if she will cover everything again like last week probably will get one more last stronger defoliation). Any comment or suggestions is appreciated, especially if you have tips about LSD time to harvest! Thanks in advance dudes 😁👊 Last Update 19/12/19 See you guys ;)

Nutrients: EHG Micro & Grow, Biodyne, CalMag pellets, Phytha tonic Height: ±92cm Training: Minimal so far – letting her stretch naturally Tart Pops is now at Week 5 of veg and towering at just over 90cm! Strong central stalk with nice spacing between nodes. She’s clearly enjoying the environment and feeding routine, showing healthy leaf structure and consistent vertical growth. Started alternating Biodyne and fish tank water feedings with light EHG Grow + Micro to maintain a steady nutrient uptake. CalMag pellets are doing their job—no deficiencies showing. I’ve also added a preventive Neudosan spray due to early spider mite issues spotted on other plants in the grow. Holding off on heavy training for now—may top or tie down later this week depending on growth pattern. She's shaping up to be a beast going into the next few weeks! 📏: 92cm and rising 🌱 Vibes: Vigorous and lush Pest Control: Neudosan preventive spray

Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend. Day30: I'll repot tomorrow. Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power. Day32: Settling in new pot Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that. Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;) General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)
