3 der 5 wurden gespült um die Ernte vorzubereiten. Die Trichome sind größtenteils milchig und wenige bernsteinfarben. Ende der Woche werden diese 3 geerntet. Ich denke die Ernte wird massiv ausfallen. Die Blüten sind kompakter als erwartet. Übrig bleiben der kleine Phänotyp und der ganz große, wobei der große bei weitem noch nicht fertig ist. Der kleine braucht nicht mehr viel länger, evtl noch eine oder zwei Wochen. Die nächsten Pflanzen warten schon auf den Einzug 🏻

Same plant but one I LST the other just let grow , small and fat one almost finish while the other got at least 2 more months same age plant but I think my lst made the short one into flower early because not only I Lst but in veg a branch broke but stayed alive and grew , fat ass nugs one more week for the short guy grape cookies auto

Fractal week Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. They had basically 4 months of veg and the colas are already large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Fractal had her spa day and had heavy defoliation of her voluminous fan leaves. It took me from 9:30 to 3:30 to trim her. Oh, and there are so many feeder and sugar leaves remaining, She will be a b!tch to trim at harvest. . weeks ago I indicated that I used peony cages ass a scrog, however, a scrog would have kept the colas beneath the grid. Week 2 of flower The Red Hot Cookies and Lemon Orange are really stretching out. Glad I put them at the back of the tent. The Mimosa X Orange Punch is taking her time as far as flowering goes. The Black Apple Hitchcock (there is a separate diary for this plant) has been even slower transitioning into flower. But all in all the plants are happy so I am happy. 6.0 pH 500 ppm 65F water temp 71 tent temp 41 % RH

Week 4 update - had to list it as a flower week as we flipped em half way through. Exotic wasn’t lying - the spicy bitches hit maturity rather quickly and we now have a guaranteed 2 males and 3 females - perfect ratio score👌👍. Balls started showing in a span of 12-36 hours. One of the females entered flower early so she may be a dud, an auto or just stressed for some unusual reason. We’ll probably either separate er or let it grow with the rest and pitch it. Won’t be using that seed knowing that underlying issue. Similarly, one of the males has also demonstrated some fan leaf mutation - I actually like this kind of variation and it makes things interesting so bonus there👍. The rest of em are doing just fine. So god damned nice to have a run that’s on a quick schedule to finish within 3 months. It’s been a long year for the pollen chuck and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming all fem. Run. For now though - conditions look ripe for a bunch of awesome crosses, any one of which could be pure 🔥. Till next week yall🤟. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

This plants have developed beautiful branches that will develop awesome fat nuggets for sure! Really nice strain to grow, would be awesome to apply lst some time on this strain, I have applied a selective defoliation on them, let's see how this ladies keep developing, I start to count the days of flower on April 10th!

Hola! Our senorita has stopped growing. Is it sad? definitely. Do the buds look good? oh yes. The fern in the pot is growing better than my tequilita and that's ok. I'll monitor her buds to determine the right time to chop. Out of my 3 Ganja Farmer autos, she seems to be on schedule (despite the growth stop). Another month? Maybe. We'll see.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. My Rainbow Melon plant has been a powerhouse from day one! It's always been one of the fastest and strongest growers in the tent. For a while, it was the undisputed champion in terms of size, and it's still neck and neck for second place. This plant is just bursting with vigor, and I'm super excited to see what kind of yield I get from it. It's got that classic Rainbow Melon aroma – sweet and fruity with a hint of earthiness. It's gonna be a good one! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Dec. 18 - Week 11 begins. Trichomes are beginning to appear more abundantly and I now just give it some weak nutrient solution on a much more frequent basis.

12/26 - Gave her a bucket change today and increased the PK while lowering the EC just a tad - the pH and EC had been telling me for a couple of days that she needed a change and needed more PK but a slightly lower EC ... so that's what she finally got after Christmas stopped my intense care of her. She wasn't unduly upset - but she's showing me some love right now since the bucket and nute change-up... All of her flowers are bulking up nicely and her colors are getting intense - REALLY dark! Friends who stopped by over the weekend were as mesmerized as I am! Cheers to all - next up, NEW YEAR'S EVE and more great growing from all of you! 12/27 - Needing to adjust the pH today which isn't surprising.. always happens after a bucket change but I'll get it stable - meanwhile, she doesn't seem to notice which is just fine by me! Love her!! 12/29 - The lady has the grow closet all to herself now and I've been able to pull her over and down a bit to get the lower buds closer to the light... #2 Bruce is completely out of the tent, harvested and drying... but I've got one coming up - just popped the seed in a glass of water yesterday - but Pinky won't mind, she'll still be the Star of the Show in the tent... Buds are fattening up nicely for a sativa and are, actually, a little surprising to me! She really is a pretty, pretty plant if I do say so myself!
