Experienced some light burn this week. Quickly figured out a solution to get my lights higher. Did not expect her to get so big but I’m Loving It! 😁 Been debating on cutting the wind burnt leaves all week. ⬇️⬇️⬇️Week Rundown⬇️⬇️⬇️ 8/9: Bumped light intensity to 75% Started new batch of nutes today. 1st week of early bloom set. No liquid KoolBloom this time 🤦‍♂️🏾 missing from starter kit! Mixed nutes as usual in full gallon jug. Transferred half of treated gallon to half gallon jug. Poured whole half gallon jug into Rez to top off rez at a little over 3rd line. 8/10: Topped of rez this morning with the rest of half gallon of nutes + some plain water out of half gallon jug. 8/11: Topped rez off back to a little over the 3rd line with the plain water from the half gallon water jug. Poured whole half gallon in. She has been drinking very heavily. 😌 thirsty jean lol. 8/12: Topped rez off tonight back to 3rd line. She is steadily drinking now. You can see roots swimming in the rez. 🙃🙃 8/13: Topped off rez this morning and midday. She is drinking heavy now. Did some maintenance on lower canopy. Got rid of dead/dying leaves. I hope she starts budding soon I’m running out of head room The canopy is pretty even right now but I’m now able to raise the lights any higher so I need her to stay put. 😂 8/14: Topped off rez this morning with the rest of half gallon nutes from last night and then some water from half gallon jug. Determined! I was able to raise the lights as high as I can for tent size. Used my 2 extra hanging clips to raise lights at least 12in above canopy. Hopefully she is done stretching as I can see bud formation slowly showing themselves. 8/15: Topped rez of this morning with water from half gallon jug. Started new batch this afternoon. Was no point to starve her til Monday for new batch so I ended up running it today. Bumped light intensity to 85%. Hopefully no roasting occurs lol

Did more tie downs, she's very resilient. Planning to flip to flower end of this week. debating when to remove root protection, before or after flower. Love being able to interact with plants on a daily.. got a 5×5 in flower and that tent is just in auto mode lol.. Happy growing

Hi Growmies. Here we are at the beginning of the end for the expert seeds grow . The Glueberry was taken out at day 60 and spent 48 in the dark before I trimmed her up for her slow dry. As I expected, I had a lot of undercut that won't be much use for bud weight but will go into some nice ice hash with the other trim. The main buds are a nice size and density with a very strong diesel and fruit hit coming from them too. They have a nice oily feel with a tacky after touch so should be nice and crunchy on drying after the cure. I have her in a cardboard box with cool 10°c air exchanging . This will hopefully slow the dry down and allow for the conversion of any stored chlorophyll into more usable thc and oils. Her trichs had enough Amber's to feel ready for harvesting her too. Now the waiting game .lol Mimosa Lemon is only now showing signs of and ending soon . Her hips have remained loose and sadly very open which is going to be a dissapointment on the yield front for sure. Her potency will no doubt be bang on from the sample I dried of a lower popcorn branch. She has a very strong lemon scent any where close to her now and I think she would be great for extractions. I am not looking forward to how to trim her now.. lol She began so well too but her bud growth has been a sad dissapointment . I am hoping her final effects will save her reputation. I finally feel like we are getting some good vertical growth! And all cut spots have put on at least 2inches. So i flipped into flower this is day 1-0

She's getting close now! She has bulked up and all her branches are starting to bend over. These aren't the biggest buds I have grown, but they are very dense and heavy. She should be a good yielder. I'm going out of town for the 4 day weekend and by the time I get back, I'm sure she will be ready.

She looks excellent on gje second week, very very terpy smells super dank and sweet,looks like she's very happy so let's see how she develops those frosty flowers 😍🌱, the smell is very powerful and strong man, I'm in love with this strain,I always recommend to every single grower please fed the plant properly that's for sure but please do it the organic way, and here's the demonstration,crazy resin production, very sticky and stinky,I didn't thought she abd her sister were going to produce such a crazy amount of aromatic very cery very sweet resin, I don't even know how to explain the aroma,but super floral,that's for sure. In love with this strain that after 19 days flowering she's producing such a big quantity of quality sweet cristals,thank you guys for creating this awesome genetic,I'm definitely happy and satisfied.

Chopped earlier than expected. I thought it was finished., I dried for a couple of days until the branches snapped without bending. Usually the good old stuff you can find from websites concerning this.

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...
