Journal de Culture : Mac 1 – "Esprit" (Plante n° 2) – Pleine Floraison / Gonflement ​Date du jour : 09/06/2026 Âge de la plante : J+66 (Semaine 10) Taille actuelle : 134 cm Évolution : +3 cm (Le stretch est enfin stabilisé !) ​Excellente nouvelle cette semaine : la course vers le plafond est terminée ! Spirit s'est enfin posé pour concentrer toute son énergie là où ça compte le plus : la production de fleurs. 📊 État de Santé & Descriptif des Fleurs Fin du stretch : Spirit se stabilise à 134 cm. Un immense soulagement, car la gestion de l'espace vertical devenait critique. La cime la plus haute flirte toujours d'extrêmement près avec la lampe, à environ 15 cm, tandis que le reste de la canopée profite d'une distance de 35 cm. Explosion des bourgeons : Les têtes gonflent à vue d'œil et commencent littéralement à remplir et coloniser les branches sur toute leur longueur. L'allure générale est typique d'une belle Sativa, fine et élancée, avec des empilements de calices très prometteurs. Santé du feuillage : La plante conserve son manteau d'un vert profond et vigoureux. Toujours aucun signe de sénescence précoce à l'horizon, ce qui prouve que le système immunitaire et le métabolisme de la plante sont au top. La mascotte : Spirit la figurine est toujours fidèle au poste, surveillant le pied de sa plante homonyme près des pièges collants jaunes. ⚙️ Paramètres Environnementaux ​Climat & Tente : Les paramètres de la chambre restent stables et stables (24°C jour / 21°C nuit, HR gérée au déshumidificateur). ​Arrosage : Le système Autopot assure l'autonomie en eau de fond, désormais délivrée sans bulle pour garantir un pH parfaitement stable à 6,3. Nutrition & Entretien (Aujourd'hui) ​ Fidèle à son habitude et pour répondre aux besoins de cette grande gourmande, j'ai administré son apport hebdomadaire : 5 ml de Bio PK 5-8 de Biotabs dans 75 cl d'eau (pH 6,3). Appétit vorace : Elle encaisse ce traitement de choc à merveille, demandant son booster régulier pour densifier ses longues rangées de fleurs. 📝 Réflexions du Growmaster ​J'adore l'allure élancée et majestueuse de cette plante. Avec le recul, je me dis que si j'avais eu l'espace nécessaire pour étaler mes deux Mac 1 de manière optimale, elles auraient exprimé un potentiel encore plus dantesque. Cette session me servira de leçon pour l'avenir : il est fort probable que je change de tente lors des prochains cours pour optimiser de A à Z l'espace de ma petite technique locale et laisser les prochains monstres respirer comme ils le méritent. This week I upped the Coco Grow nutrients to half strength, I was worried that it might be too big of a jump up but she seems to have taken it in her stride and is showing some nice growth. The next time you see her she'll be topped and re-potted into a 5L air pot.

An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Next to thanking Santa Maria for her healing, we would like to thank our friends here, all who shared their kind words, advice, and attention. I had made a video to share my thanks on video, but every time I got very emotional. You guys have no idea how tough this year was. The gorilla is real easy to clean and sticky and cristally. 2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Remember, For every molecule of glucose produced during photosynthesis, a plant needs to split six molecules of water. This process provides the hydrogen needed for synthesizing glucose and other organic compounds, while oxygen is released as a byproduct. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Deviations in either direction (too high or too low) disrupt the enzyme's structure, activation state, and interaction with its substrates, leading to decreased activity and impaired RuBP regeneration. (Lime/yellowing) Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Shortly thereafter, she was back in business, green mostly regenerated. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Confidence is evidence... nothing more. The plant was harvested on day 67 of flower and is now hanging up to dry. I've got the drying environment set at around 58-60% humidity with a temperature range of 15-19°C. Hoping for a nice slow dry to preserve those terps! 👃💨 Will update once it's ready for the next step. Stay tuned! 🚀

This plant literally outgrew a 4 by 4 at 87 inches tall I had the light at the top and quickly realized I had to toss her in the greenhouse about halfway through her life. Super happy with the size of it 43 inches tall exactly. Not sure if shes gonna stretch more but lmao the biggest auto I've ever grow. Mad respect to ILGM genetics right now. Check back next week to see how much her buds swell! Remember it's always 4:20 somewhere once an hour every hour!!!!!!

Hi Growmies, This girls are just amazing, they are growing beautifully and from this week asking for more food, there leaf structure is typical hybrid, they are beautiful in all ways.🌞🌱 Last week’s under watering shows some phosphorus deficiency in one lady so we will take more care of her from now. Watering in every third day with 3 litres each. Running the light on 100% brightness. Just rearranged them under the scrog net and while doing all this i got full sticky all over me from fingers to arm so can’t complain about resin production haha.👨‍🌾🏻 There sweet and herbal smell with pungent funkiness is lovely and it will just increase for sure in the next week and I can’t wait. Anche questa watermelon è giunta al termine.. missione compiuta con successo, adesso resta l'ultima è quasi più importante cosa da fare...LA CONCIA!!!!MOLTO IMPORTANTE ASCIUGARE BENE É PIAN PIANO, ALTRIMENTI PERDIAMO TERPENI E SAPORI TIPICI DELLA NOSTRA AMATA PIANTA..HO VISTO PERSONE FARE DELLA BELLE PIANTE MA POI ROVINAVANO TUTTO PER NON ESSERE CAPACE..FACEVANO L'ALBANESE AMMONIACATA E NERA( perché la chiudevano fresca,facendola fermentare) un peccato 😜🤦🤦

Very exciting time. Drinking a gallon a day each plant. Three very different geno/phenos. Back left is oily stout Z leaning plant. The biggest plant (right side) is kush mintz leaning with more yield than anything. The 3rd has nice sphere sized bugs coming in. Heavy feeders

17/07/22 des fruits apparaisse dans une grande majorité ,j'ai essayer de scrog les chessecake et les wedding glues en bon débutant j ai casser une branche que j'ai essayer de reparer a la macgyver tout sa en photos!.je suis très satisfait du milieu de cette semaine ! 22/07/22 demain dernier jour de la semaines des fruit a 90% partout plutot bien lancer mais pas très homogene j'ai pas mal de progrés a faire^^ très bonnes semaine a suivre

56 dias y por lo más obvio cambio de ciclos a 12/12 y en el mando de las flores estaremos. El vegetativo ha sido equilibrado y sostenible y sin espacio a errores y overfert.

Time for the stretch! Lots of flowering growth happening now. I can see where the bud spots will be so I’m going to have to stop moving the branching around in the Scrog, also the branches are getting thick and less pliable.

Hey 👻 After many months without updates, here's a little one. These are the originals mother plants, i took 100's of clones out of em and then flipped to bloom 2 months ago. Here's a few pics of different bloom stages 👆 I began flush today after aprox. 60 days of bloom, i'm looking fwd to cut in 7-10 days, depending on trichomes 👍 I'm not expecting a big harvest but at least a quality one ! I kept a few phenos of Peach Tree, Pink Gasoline and L.A. Kush Cake 🙌 I'll post a final update when i'll harvest 😉

Día 87 (26/08) Aplicación foliar de Bacillus thuringiensis a 1 g / litro para evitar a las temidas orugas de los cogollos! Hace un día nublado (29 ºC de maxima) y NO es necesario regar Elimino la malla de sombreado de la cara sur, ya que las temperaturas son más suaves después de la canicula Día 88 (27/08) Riego con 500 ml H2O pH 6,5 Empiezan a bajar las temperaturas a 29 ºC de máxima, y se nota en la demanda de agua por parte de las plantas! Had to feed lots of skittlez a lot more N and a bit Mg,seems like it really needs it compared to the others. Also The New#2 got an extra dose of N and Mg. I love the smell of the skittlez,very sweet and FRUITY.

Ai Gude Growmies es wird langsam richtig frostig auf den Buds❄️🌌 Seit Blüte Tag 50 überschritten wurde sehe ich täglich wie die Buds Immer mehr Trichome produzieren und Gewicht!❄️❄️❄️ Mimosa die wie beim vorherigen Grow etwas länger brauchen wird nur dieser Klon entwickelt wahrscheinlich wegen Phosphor Mangel zu diesen bunten Spektakel. Aber die Mutter Pflanze wo jetzt davor in die Blüte kam war schon ziemlich groß und musste diesen Klon im aktuellen grow auch Reveggen und trotzdem hat er Größere und schönere Buds entwickelt! Im bekannten Kreis sagen sie auch man meint es wären 2 verschiedene Strains und keine Klone. Habe die White Widow XXL ordentlich entlaubt da ich etwas nachlässig war haben sich an 3 stellen Mehltau niedergelassen. Ich komme nie über 45% LF Nachts eher so 38-42% im Durchschnitt ,Tags über sogar 30-35% LF. Mehltau infiziert waren sie alle leider aber hatte ihn erfolgreich behandelt jetzt am Ende der Blüte entferne ich die Blätter und tupfe sie vorher mit bio Mehltau EX ab. AK47 Hatte auch vorbeugend einen kahl schlag unten rum. Ein Klon aus Feminisierten Samen der sich zuerst absolutes Bastard Cannabis war entwickelte sich zu einem stämigen kompakten Indica zwerg mit schlechten Blüten/Blatt Verhältnis dafür extrem starken oldshool Skunk Duft mit Chemie,Erde und nassen Hund. Die Super Lemon Haze sollte eigentlich eine neue Mutter Pflanze werden aber wurde zu spät geschnitten die hätte ich eher austauschen. Weil man erkennt wenn die Bilder vom Start sieht das die nur 1 bis 3 finger Blätter hatte bzw nur ganz wenige mit mit mal 5 und die Buds sind diesmal auch nicht so Groß und fluffig wie davor sondern sehr kompakt und erinnert mehr an Indica von der Blüten Struktur und Festigkeit. Der Geruch ist auch mehr in Richtung Chemie/Katzenpisse was ich sehr begrüße. Nach ndl und 1 led grow und jetzt der 3 mit den selben Genetiken kann ich jetzt schon sagen dass ich Super Lemon Haze und Ak47 erstmal lange Zeit nicht mehr growen. Ich weiß nicht ob es Einbildung ist oder wirklich so das ich konstant zu jeden Durchgang bessere Ergebnisse bekam aber die Pflanzen von Serious Seeds und Green House Seeds nicht so darauf ansprach wie die Genetiken von Barney's Farm. Grade die White Widow XXL hat mich wirklich überrascht ich war anfangs enttäuscht weil die Pflanze fast wie eine reine sativa wächst in der vegi Phase die ohne toppen safe über 150cm geworden. Wenn man die mit der SLH vergleichen will habe beide lange Internodien Abstände und kaum Blätter wuchs bzw Super Blüte/Blatt Verhältnis! Nur an den Blüten der WW die extrem Kompakt und Schwer werden zeigt sich der angebliche 75% Indica Anteil mit bis zu 26% THC. Das XXL am ende hat sich der strain verdient!!! Was in den 90er WW und AK47 waren und in den 2000er Die SLH als hype Strains hat es Barneys farm geschafft für mich die WW so zu updaten Dass sie sich Aroma und Geschmack so wie Wirkung wie damals Riecht, schmeckt und kickt. Konnte mehrfach bei Bekannten das Apotheken White Widow unterschiedlicher Preise und Herkunft probieren und je nach Qualität war es OK für den Preis. Mr nice guy seeds Black Widow oder die ww Inbreed line von GHS ist auch absolut empfehlenswert wer den Hype von damals nachvollziehen möchte. Die WW von Barney's Farm will ich mit GMO mal "ersetzen" oder aus Regulären Samen Mutter Pflanzen selektieren. Die Mimosa Evo war was die Genetik angeht es neuste im Zelt und habe vorher lange recherchiert weil mir die ganzen neuen Candy Ice Dessert sweet tutti frutti breath nicht so zusagen aber ich eine Sorte wollte die bis zu30%THC erreichen kann und mit Farbe:D Mich hat damals schon Tangerine Dream absolut positiv überrascht mit Süßen Mandarine am anfang und g13 und Nevilles A5 Haze im abgang und sehr stark war die zu der Zeit. Mimosa Evo riecht hauptsächlich fruchtig nach Orange, Zitrone und Waldbeeren beim Rauchen kommt PP durch und Erde,Diesel gasig. In diesem Grow verwende ich das erste mal CANNA Terra Professional Plus Erde und Hydrokugel im Topf Boden. So wie CANNAZYM und CANNA Calmag Agent. Man sieht und riecht den Unterschied schon zum vorherigen Grow mit BioBizz All Mix Erde und BB Calmag. Ich möchte die Erde von Canna wiederverwen weshalb ich mir CANNAZYM holte. Bin vorsichtig bei Zusätze Dünger wie z.b Wurzel Stimmulator hatte bis her nie Probleme im wurzel Bereich. MONO Präparate sind absolut brauchbar wenn man gezielt Mangel Erscheinungen bekämpfen will. Habe vor 21 angefangen zu Growen mal größer mal kleiner aber konstant mit kleinen Pausen seitdem dünge ich Mineralisch mit CANNA und Guano. Organisch Düngen werde ich allein deswegen schon testen wegen Geschmack und Aroma. Denke bis spätestens 22.5 sind alle rdy und Mein Grow report ist dann abgeschlossen 😍🌈🌌 *Update * muss die Leistung der Lampe drosseln sie wird einfach zu warm aber bei fast 26C° tagsüber kann ich schwer die heiße Luft austauschen obwohl die abluft in einen anderen Raum geleitet wird.

Hello. This is the end of week 11 and the start of week 12 of veg. The plants are doing well and have been growing since last week. Did some "push the branches under the table rungs" training yesterday. Spreading them out for more big top buds. Plant #6 is a little more yellow than the others. I've either overwatered it or the soil is a little too hot with the compost I've added. I also add some lime this year. I added about a Tbsp. per pot when I was mixing the soil for these pots. I'll let it dry out, I mean not water this plant when I water the rest next time, and see what it looks like then. It is the smallest and slowest growing plant of the bunch.... so it probably the overwatered thing. Next, I've got to get my top net up this week, without wrecking the plants. OK. Be Cool. Chuck. I'd like to talk a bit about myself. It was my "5 year" throat cancer check up, last week. The doctor couldn't find anything wrong when she shoved that long camera thingy up my nose and down my throat. To look for anything amiss on the inside, because she couldn't find anything wrong when she did the physical part of the exam. No lumps, no bumps, no sore spots,... she gave me the "All's Clear" and said this is the last visit... If you find anything in the future come back... So I'll keep up with my RSO (Rick Simson Oil... look it up) maintainace dose and keep growing my medical cannabis.
