Day 36: Week 6 off to a start. Everything is looking good. Watered with nutrients(1ml SR, 4ml B). Only had 2ltrs ready and got no run off with this amount. Clipped off 5 or 6 of the lowest leaves that weren’t getting light. Day 37: Watered again tonight as the soil felt dry. Same dose of nutrients as last night. Took 3ltrs before I had sufficient run off, she’s a thirsty one. Removed all ties for the moment bar the tie holding the main stem down but I did loosen this a bit. The plant is very wide so I want the branches to move in a bit as the grow up. Day 38: I had to clip off a good few leaves. I know defoliation is a bad idea at this stage but the plant is very bushy and I’m finding damp patches on leaves. Day 39: I put my hand on the pot tonight and I couldn’t believe how light it was. After taking 3ltrs only two nights ago, it took 4ltrs tonight. Watered with nutrients (1ml SR, 4ml B). Day 41: Watered with nutrients (1ml SR, 4ml B). Still clipping one or two leaves each night because it’s so crowded in there. Plant looks very healthy. Day 42: Six weeks old, where has the time gone. I remember it when it was just a seed. 😀. Plant grew 16cm this week.

By the way, there are always three plants on the Farm, this time there are two Purple Punch and this diary will be dedicated to them. LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Purple Punch Automatic. The astonishing Purple Punch, famous for her sweet berry and candy flavors, received the long-awaited autoflowering treatment. The breeders from RQS created the automatic version of this popular dessert strain by crossing her with Old Skunk Auto. Out came Purple Punch Automatic, a mighty, moreish strain made up of 75% indica, 20% sativa and 5% ruderalis genetics. These are the characteristics listed by the team from RQS, now we will see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Earth is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with Earth. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the ground and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to the two Purple Punch on the Farm, there is also one Watermelon Automatic plant that will keep them company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put a humidifier to raise the humidity. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/01/2021 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. 18/01/2021 The first Purple Punch sprouted. The other is still not peeking out. If it doesn’t sprout tomorrow, I’ll put new seeds on a wet paper towel to speed up the germination of new seed. Farm: 23 degrees - 60% humidity 19/01/2021 I put new seeds on a wet makeup remover pad :), and let it germinate. 21/01/2021 I put the germinated seed in the ground. They are now officially Purple Punch # 1 and # 2 Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity 22/01/2021 I watered the plant with a small amount of water to which I only regulated p.H at 6.4. Farm: 24.5 degrees - 54% humidity 23/01/2021 Purple Punch # 2 has sprouted. I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely. No matter how much time I spend on the diary, it relaxes me and makes me happy. See you soon.

Got a little hot outside this week again and temps in the tents reached a high of 92. They hovered around 85-88 most of the time, and nighttime temps around 75. The plants have been loving the tropical like environments, and in fact showing less signs of stress now they are in warmer temps. I got my magnesium dialed back in with a few applications of Epsom Salt. The pants drank twice as normal this week. I also gave them a feeding with my fermented fruit juice I made and they seem to be loving it. I got a new bottle of cal-mag and does not seem to be as acidic, so i can add a little more than I was without it ruining my ph. It too about 15ml per gallon of the FFJ to Ph my water down form 7.8 to 6.5. I tested it before use and its PH is around 2.5. Between the Epsom salt, FFJ, and kelp. The plants are really starting to bounce back from their slight unhappiness. They are all looking near 100 percent health. At the end of the week they are are raging and praying to the light like theirs no tomorrow. Glowing vibrant lush green, the buds are also already a decent size for only being week 2. The plants and in much need of some defoliation but I will wait one more week after stretch to get that taken care of. The dehumidifier running during night cycle has been keeping things in check. The clones rooted and I potted them up to 1 gallon so I now have small moms. I got new worms and my worm bins cleaned out and set up again. Each of the 65 gallon pots got a small ball of worms added to the top soil to get the worm populations growing in them again. I was hoping those casting I added a few weeks ago with added worm eggs would hatch some but no luck so i just got some from Uncle Jim's worm farm.

Blueberryz had lockout problems so flushed now looking better, had alot of problems with her but have learned alot for first auto. Limoncello been perfect the whole run 2 3 week more max be starting to flush this

May 21, 2020 Grow week 4 - 1st Video For the compose, I used the pro-mix mycorrhizae from previous crops, added bunch of left over food, dead plants, grass from my back and front yard, and Gala Green natural powder bloom 2-8-4. Week 7 of flowering 10/30/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 7 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Last week PH drop happened again a couple of days after the major flush. PH in rootzone is getting lower every day. Runoff still at 10-20%, so no salt buldup, EC same as intake or litttle higher. Flushed again with FloraKleen and watered with TriPart Micro, Grow, Bloom with CalMag. Bought Potassium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate as suggested by "Aqua Man", to buffer coco in the future. This has been a week of consequential stretch to stress the least! Some girls are about done stacking inches and some still got about a week more worth of elongating. Took a calculated risk heavily defoliating and lollipopping them mid-stretch which they seem to have withstood with no issues whatsoever. I’m starting to smell fruit also. Reminds me of my old neighbourhood’s Jamba Juice aroma that lingered around the block in the morning when you knew they were busy squeezing those tropical fruits by the carload!

Northern lights is perking up, I think I'm done rearranging her... For now. Not too much to report, future bud sites are lightening up a bit which gives me hope. Lemon auto is still doing it's thing, I think she's going to have a decent yield! It appears my cat is equally interested in this grow. She loves a good fan leaf 12/31: Rotated LA 180 degrees so that side could get a little light. Probably should have done this a bit earlier, considering the current space situation... My bad. It also appears NL is trying to spread out a bit more. It's definitely a 2 plant tent. I'm growing impatient since I just got more seeds in the mail! 1/2: Northern lights is looking like she maybe wants to really start doing something about flowering.. .still unsure if she's just slow growing or if I stunted her since I keep defoliating. Probably both. 1/4: NL clearly showing some sort of stress. Possibly light related? Gave a good flush today in case of pH issues. Will continue to monitor and adjust nutrients prn.

Flipped these girls to flower on day 26. Most of them have been looking good and growing pretty fast. I topped off the reservoir and added a little maxibloom. All 8 plants are drinking a total of about 2 gallons of water per day now. I kinda slacked on training them this week, but I will try to get them spread out some over the next week. I have been pulling a few fan leaves from the bottom so they can get good air circulation.

I have been foliar feeding at least once a day with the following blend: Calmag 15ml Plant Juice 60ml GH bloom 5ml Green Sensation 4ml Feed was ph 6.37, ppm 784 at 65f. I ph’d the water down to 6.25 with brought the runoff down to a range of 6.7-7.42 on the plants in the tent. I think it should be lower, but in the meantime, I hope this helps my tent family recover from lockout. Black Opium looks like she greened up a bit but and is pushing out more hairs in the buds.
