Do-Si-Dos Auto is entering her final phase of flower with full-on fade, swelling buds, and thick trichome coverage setting in. This week she showed steady maturity across all sites — pistils began curling in and changing color, but many are still white and active, especially on the lower buds. I gave her a Cal-Mag watering early in the week and have since transitioned to mostly plain RO water as she finishes up. Temperatures climbed to 86°F indoors with 45% humidity, which may have pushed her a bit — I noticed some light upper-leaf clawing from heat stress midweek, but nothing major. The fade is progressing beautifully with purples and yellows coming in across the larger fans. Trichome checks showed mostly clear heads with a few starting to go cloudy — still no amber yet. She’s not ready to harvest, but she’s getting close. Buds continue to stack, and I’ll be checking trichomes daily moving forward to time the final flush and chop.

Canopy is good!!! Some problem whit leaf…. Tomorrow a make a lil defoliation. I notice probably some problem whit space between light and top of plant… :)))

Arrancó la floración. Las plantas se fueron bastante arriba, así que estas dos semanas voy a estar aplicando lst para manejar la altura y no estresar a las plantas en floración. Es una variedad de floración rápida y 90% indica, por lo que no espero un estirón muy fuerte. Por el momento elegí usar EMRO desde el principio, dado que la reacción de las plantas fue mejor que al bioestimulante en las aplicaciones foliares. El presupuesto no me dio para delta9 esta vez. Pero la próxima espero que si. De todos modos le tengo mucha fé a la combinación de los dos productos usados. Estaré actualizando. Es el 5to día de flora y las plantas vienen mostrando un estiramiento medido. Por suerte tengo lugar para manejar la altura. Pero aún así voy a tener que agrandar el depósito ya que cada 2 días debo agregar agua. 18 litros no son suficientes para este tamaño de plantas. Pero voy contento con los resultados. El bioestimulante que usé no es muy bueno. He visto mejores reacciones con delta 9. Día 7. Tuve que usar LST obligado para intentar poner las plantas a la misma altura. Al final la pequeña de atrás no prosperó demasiado, así que va a quedar ahí y sea lo que sea. Por el momento las yemas no se muestran tanto, pero eso es la falta de un bioestimulante de calidad. De todos modos por el momento los resultados son buenos y las plantas están fuertes y sanas. Ya estan a 20cm de las luces y voy a tratar de mantenerlas ahí o como muy cerca a 15cm. Mañana cambio el depósito y repetiremos las fórmulas con un poco menos de EMRO.

Loud hashy, pepper, sulfur, rotten fruit, lemon, and Skittles terps. The landraces got nice structure, terps and yield but resin is lacking. I think that's normal. Gonna have to cross these a few times till I find something great that is worth it.

Yet another fun and eventful week! I did some final defiliation and LST before I flip them next week. I'd love to repot these into 3 gallon pots and veg longer, but I just don't have the space. I should get a good yield anyway. They grew well this week, and filled out nicely. I'm loving the way most of these are developing. The topping worked well and my canopy is looking good on these. I didn't have any problems this week. Everything went well, and I had a great time!

These girls are growing fast! They grew 8 inches this week, and the light got turned up to 6. While applying LST, I broke the two top branches of one of the smaller plants. I fixed it with masking tape.

Plants recovering well …heat is causing some problems in the indica room otherwise all is well …1 more week till flush then 1 more week after that til harvest

Luego del transplante comencé inmediatamente a realizar l.s.t con un amarre del tallo central al borde de la maceta. Se aplicó tierra de diatomeas en el sustrato para prevención y aporte de silicio.

Ehi ragazzi come va tutto bene? Questa settimana la crescita è stata davvero esplosiva!!! La genetica XL della sweet seeds nonostante io l abbia toppata al 4 internodo è già 70 cm!!! Spero nn cresca di più xké ho paura poi di bruciare le foglie e i fiori come mi è già successo anche con l ultimo ciclo, apparte questo sta evolvendo tutto bene ,grandi foglie a ventaglio si moltiplicano e le cime iniziano già a intravedere il colore ,per fortuna,viola di questo splendido fenotipo!! 😽😋💪🍀 Che piacere vederla crescere e che la mia piccola grow box con pochi accorgimenti si è riempita di verde ! Forse grazie alla magia che fa la luce FC E3000 che diffonde la luce dappertutto uniformemente e si vede che le piante ne stanno beneficiando come non ho mai visto in vita mia ! Aug 10: added malted barley and Power Bloom for second time as a top dressing. Aug 13: don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you are then using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Otherwise you’ll be messing too much with the light cycle and might cause them to hermie. I have no proof but I’m theorizing the red light light might help prevent hermies. Worked last year anyway. Buds look good in flash pics so it’s a nice side benefit of using the red light as a bloom booster. Aug 16: good week for weather and she looks great.

Our White Widow is moving past simple hairs, now we can clearly see the beginnings of tiny buds forming. It’s the second big flower stage in her journey, and the structure is starting to express the true White Widow personality: compact, resinous, and promising. I took her out of the tent for another photoshoot, capturing her in detail with the Sony A6000. Close-ups show her leaves, structure, and those first clustered flowers. I also filmed short videos, including one where I share how I talk with my plants daily. For me, it’s not optional — it’s part of a symbiotic relationship. Plants respond to energy and care, and I believe everyone should try it. 🌱💭 ⸻ Light Strategy – Emerson Effect Simulation A special note this week: I recorded a screen video from the TrolMaster TM+ app to show how the lights are scheduled. 🌅 Wake-up: The reds switch on 15 minutes before the whites and blues. 🌇 Wind-down: At night, the reds also stay on 15 minutes longer than the other spectrums. This is designed to simulate sunrise and sunset while taking advantage of the Emerson Effect, a synergistic boost in photosynthesis efficiency when far-red and red light are combined with other wavelengths. The result? Plants wake up and settle down more naturally, with smoother light transitions, reduced stress, and potentially increased energy capture. It’s a small tweak, but it reflects how every detail of this environment is tuned with intention. ⸻ Environmental Changes This week, a big addition: the AC unit. Before, the room was running hot at 31–32°C and more, but now it’s stable at 28°C (occasionally 29°C). Combined with ~66% RH, this gives a steady VPD of 1.33, right in a comfortable zone for flower. CO₂ naturally fluctuates between 450–800 ppm, and the plants are thriving in these conditions. Even during the hotter weeks, they adapted beautifully, proof of the resilience of both the genetics and the environment we’ve been building. ⸻ Feeding & New Recipe Until now, she’s been on the Aptus base recipe: • Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L This week, I introduced a Plagron trio to push flower development: • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Why now? Because she’s transitioned from stretch to actual bud formation. Power Buds helps with compact flowering sites, Sugar Royal enhances metabolism and energy (especially under high light), and Green Sensation supports resin and bud swelling later on. Together with Aptus, it’s a blend of precision and experimentation, trusting experience, intuition, and past results. ⸻ 12/12 From Seed – A Quick Recap This run is about exploration: • Started from seeds, with early germination struggles (mistakes included, lessons learned). • This White Widow is the sole survivor of those early days. • Straight into 12/12 from seed, she grew compact and resilient, surprising us by taking her time to flower despite the cycle. • Now, at Week 6, we see her first true buds. First sights of trichomes on leafs (sugar leafs)! No issues she’s growing good just a few yellow leaves on gc2. Looked like she needed cal mag, chopped the yellowed leaves and put cal mag 6 ml. Usually give cal mag every other watering but ima give them more often since I’m using dechlorinated tap water.

This is the last week of veg. Scrog the plant and took clones from the lower growth. It was transplanted the week prior so after 3 days of recovery from the lollipoping and shaping to fit the scrog. Literally had no issues the veg cycle.
