Thursday, July16th. Solocup Challenge 2020. @Silky_smooth asked me to Participate. and well why not Iam always open to new Challenges, And I think It will be challengeing. Never grown in a Solocup Before So Iwas thinking a While wich Strains i should take, And i decided to take good growers and resiliant ones. I´ve chosen 3 Strains , 1 Photoperiod and 2 Automatics "Rock Machine" from Doctor´s Choice I started like always in soaking the Seed I took a Bavarian Beerjug called " a hoibe Maß" , its a 0.5l Jug I am thinking about tthe Drainage Material i should take Claypebbles? Claygranules? Mesh? Perlite=? So Pls tell me what you prefer,,,, thy Friday Seed went under a wet Kitchensponge Saturday Seed cracked, Sunday Seeds were Planted. I took Claypebbles and let them soak and wash them a little then into the Jug and some additional Perlite Filled uo with my Soilmix and " Living Organics" Some drips of water.... done Friday# I forgot to update The seedling shows up... but still in the shell

This grow was pretty simple ! They went a total of 103 days from seed! Very trichomy dense buds with the smell of Berries vanilla and skunk ! This is a must try for you all Fastbuds has the greats!!!

@twenty20mendocino Ateam R&D Update! This week went pretty great! The 4 photoperiods got their tops and bounced back real nicely! They will be getting topped again a couple more times but will give that another day , let’s take it day by day! The Sangria Auto is looking real nice, got her preflower going on an we just started her on flower feed on her an she is just lovin it at day 33 for all! This week has been great ,today is day 78 and the girls are just doin their thang , 1 looks ready for flush already and the rest look about another longer then flush for them aswell,, can’t wait to see how these girls finish out over the next couple of weeks 😍!! 11 weeks / 77 days old today. They’ve definitely fattened up more this week. We got to a point where we were 50% amber pistils but then both plants sprouted a load of new ones so hoping for another week of bulking up! We have a few more milky looking trichomes too. I’m hoping they’ll be partially done in the next couple of weeks. Inspected all the buds and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have to harvest in 2 or 3 steps and give the lower buds a bit more time to ripen up. I don’t know what I’ve done to piss her off so much but purple skunk is now covered in brown spots on quite a lot of leaves. I dosed her up with some calmag and since then I’ve switched to water only. I’ve noticed she’s slowed down drinking isn’t taking as much as sticky orange now. Chopped more yellowing leaves from around the bottom. Hoping this is another sign they’re coming towards the end. My patience got the better of me this week and I chopped a little bud off sticky orange to try. I haven’t smoked for months and even though they’re not there yet it almost sent me straight to sleep. So very excited to try the finished product! See you in week 12!

omg, another week has passed...... :) Day 100 - and then there was 11 Buds ....... lol Switched over to normal water on both ... smaller has been on water 1+ weeks ..... Endoscope arrives this week i hope..... harvested afew buds to fit it all in the tent and setup lights properly... trimmed em, wired em abit to support the weight of the buds.... I'll see how the endoscope results show, as to harvest...... i think growth slowed abit over last week or 2, because of poor light setup, not enough room in tent, and other grow 6400k led.... got a new tent on the way... 😎 Day 101 - Pics - edoscope, usb arrived... it's very good, but hard to stabalize / focus, i'll have to work out how to use it better...... the pics i posted were of a younger bud from the bottom..... i'm happy with the cloudy with amber, and harvesting.... 😎 Day 103 - vid of all trimmed and drying out upside down in tent. Things are started to get some size to the buds. I upped the nutes PPM this week to 1050. The durban clearly has awhile longer to go while the green crack looks like it might be done sooner then later. I'm debating giving green crack it's first overdrive feeding next week.. we will see how the buds are looking then.. I used to feed a week earlier then I should have so I'm trying not to get too ancy with it yet. Both look great.. some slight light burn so the light went from 100% to 80%... just put up to 90% to see how it reacts.. if any issue I'll go back to 80%.. that might be the most it can handle at 18 inches at this point. Gave a heavy defoliation to both plants tonight after nutrient freeding. I defoliated more of the top leaves to expose more bud sites. Then I defoliated the bottom buds sites that I know won't amount to anything and the twig branches coming from the bottom that don't get any light neither. Took 3 hours to get it all accomplished.. forgot to take before and after pics but both plants were monsters.. not much light could really get thru the top canopy Now light gets thru the entire plant so the lower buds are exposed to light and better air flow for sure. My final defoliation will be 1.5 weeks before harvest.. pretty much at the point I start to consider beginning my flush. That way it will fatten up the buds and help finish the buds that haven't been getting much light. Excited to see the final results.. this my first time really doing a heavy defoliation throughout a plants entire life cycle. It defintely helps final yield if done correctly from what I've seen. I figured I'd give it a try and see how it goes.. so far I'm satisfied with the results.

Gorilla Glue, aka Gigi was easy to grow. She was short and stocky, only 21 inches. Her strong stems supported buds. She was the furthest from the lights and showed no cal-mag deficiency. While she drank the least water, she generally weighed heavy.

Ladies are doing well, electric sky v3 300 doing a good job.

I feel like I really identify with this strain. This is only the second one I've grown but I can read her well. If you think you've got a green pheno, try dropping your nitrogen and your temps to trigger her genetics (epigenetics) to influence her phenotype. This girl is almost done. She's right on schedule. Her trichomes are about 90% cloudy. I'll let her hit up to 20% oxidized. She's fattening up nicely. Her bud structure is much different than the first Blackberry, she's much more solid/ dense.
