Commencing Week 7: day 43 on January 12th Today I left the dirty girls (I call them that because they are in soil 😋) out of the tent for their first time in their lives to hang out with some new girlfriends (my photoperiod s). They seem very happy to be hanging out with them 👍👍 The other day I took one of my personal photoperiod Crosses and pollinated one of the bottom flowers of the bloody skunk, hopefully seeds will be coming soon :-) Today I started thinking about how much longer they have left and it seems the bloody skunk is nearing the finish Line already. In the beginning of this diary I wanted to achieve the goal of getting some autoflower seeds by taking one of the syrup strains and cross breeding it but none of my syrups strains made it from seed for some reason. So now I'm thinking about taking the top bud off of bloody skunk in the next week or two and letting the rest of the plant go through rodelization so I may still achieve that goal. We shall see. Puede ser falta de calcio, potasio, magnesio...no lo se. Les he echado uns buena dosis de potasio y las que están más afectadas les he echado sgua limpia y un poco de potasio. -una de las GG le falta poco para cortar. El resto les quedará poco menos de un mes

I had trouble with my humidifier set up so she only took 5 days to hand dry . Fortunately I purchased a programmable humidifier so moving forward it’s all gravy. After everything was cut from branches & weighed she ended up yielding 20gs of some airy foxtaily bud. I knew this would be a disappointment so we’ll just wait to see what the smoke is like , what the smell is like , & what the taste is like .

📋 This Truffle gas #1 is a really good strain. She put up with some abuse to keep her as low as possible and coped well with the conditions I managed to get. After 2 weeks drying I put the buds into terplock bags, never used these bags before so I'm hoping everything works out. Stats for the GDG21 Truffle gas. Dry decent buds 94g Dry larfy buds 4g Lemonpaya Dry decent buds 62g Dry larfy buds 8g Trashed buds 21g Total decent buds=156g Total larf=12g Removed because of rot 21g Hash=7g Total=163g Light power=217.11 KW during the 115 days of the grow. 18hrs for 35 days=630hrs, 16hrs for 7 days=112, 12hrs for 70 days=840hrs. My overall impressions of this strain from MSNL: Ive noticed that MSNL genetics tend to switch to flower earlier than all the ther autos i've grown. The initial growth on the plant starts out small headed into flowering but then explodes during flowering. Because of this I start my feed at week 3 and I used the full NFTG advanced feed but only at 1/2 the recommended amounts of the early veg schedule they made. This works out well with these plants and by week 5 they can handle the full Nute schedule. A proper flush was needed at-least twice a week during the flowering period. It is a lot of work to maintain PH and soil PPM but its essential with the NFTG and if you do it right you WILL get rewarded with Danky goodness. Last time around I grew three plants and tried 3 different training techniques to see which method worked better for this strain. I learned that LST with minimal defoliation is the best route and I stuck with what I knew and im pretty sure it worked out great! I got nice uniform growth growth and 4 truly massive main bud stalks with very dense growth even below the canopy. I virtually had no popcorn nugs, I think I had one! I also contribute that to my NFTG nutrients and Spider Farmer sf2000 202 W qb, that thing kicked some serious ass during flowering, although it is relatively strong and some of my other autos seemed to be affected by the intensity but this Purple Hulk was very heat resistant through it all. Overall I would definitely recommend using LST to some extent with these genetics because of the small initial growth you will get at first. Start the nutes sooner than later. maybe week 3, but at half the strength. Feeding the soil would be a good idea right from the get go . Mammoth P is a cool microbe that targets phosphorus directly and recharge will slam pack your substrate with beneficial microbes and ive noticed a very clear difference after incorporating these into my NFTG feed. Another thing I did that seemed to help was weekly epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) sprays on top of my bloom khaos foliar sprays. I didn't deal with any deficiencies at all this time around following this feeding regiment 👌 I do not have taste/aroma info for this specific plant just yet but I will update this frequently with new information when I get it including dry weight, taste, and aroma, more photos, and overall impressions of its medicine. so please stay tuned!! I had my light way too close on week 4. I was focusing on trying to bed my stems outward to get a wider plant. This is in preparation for the trellis. Also topped at the 6th node at the end of week 3

Week 5 begins for Mandarin dreams and Divine storm. All four ladies look happy and healthy with minor deficiency signs. All four are bulking up and frosty as my windows (it's -21 °c)! Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

* All plants had one feed last week with some PK soluble ( SODK one more feed this week). The rest of waterings are tap water with some microorganisms in. * No new deficiencies spotted (except stomper#1 & 2 from last week), PK gives us the last boost. * Buds progressing well with a lot of crystals, smells are medium and so glad about that, promising though after curing properly. * Lights at 35k - 40k Lux. * humidity 45% - 60%, temps 20C° - 25C°. * D53 --> Fixing the canopy with a bit more aggressive LST to all the plants, except the main stem of stomper #3 (the stressed one). * D56 -> Final day of week 8 and the most mature plant is the stomper#1 (the plant with the early LST and most affected by N toxicity in early stage. - Trichomes are looking like 10 days before harvest, letting the other 5 plants enjoy more light. Week 8 --> finished ✅

Only running 1 Thin Mint x Cookies + Cream its front left in the tent, great internodal spacing came highly recommended. Switching to Bloom nutrients, two part Cropsalt. Irrigation frequency will be adjusted as flower development drastically increases over the next two weeks.
