Final weeks, i think 2 more So next week (in 4 days after this update) i will flush her again and start ripen feed I flushed her yesterday and fed her again with a lower dose of the same nutes as i was starting to get calcium lockout due to the medium being too accidic

After a week of super stretch to today 52 centimeters which crashes the 100% growth mark finally bud sites became clearly visible. Now for the final phase. Water intake is massive. When I upped to 2.5l per plant per 2 days from before 1.5l I saw zero difference in how fast the soil went dry etc. The plants stopped transpiring as much such that my humidity came a bit down. I was up to 60% at some times during the day. But it’s down to 50-55 again. Depends a bit on how often I vent the room. Gotta have to have a final stress point which is that I might have too move. Will share some pictures of how I’ll pull it off. Stay tuned.

📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! 24.04.2026 Heute habe ich mich dazu entschlossen die Damen zu ernten. der Hauptpunkt welcher mich jetzt dazu gebracht hat zu ernten waren die trichome, es sind jetzt auf jeder Pflanze Bernstein farben zu erkennen. sie trinken auch nicht mehr all zu viel und ich musste am Ende nur noch alle 3 tage gießen anstatt alle 2 Tagen. sie sind jetzt grob getrimmt und trocknen und curen jetzt in der vcure von vivosun. ich werde noch mehr Bilder machen, sobald sie fertig sind. freue mich schon auf das Ergebnis. die buds werden jetzt 5 Tage getrocknet und dann 9 Tage gecured, also gibt es in 14 Tagen neue Bilder. ich wünsche allen die bei dem Contest mit machen viel glück und einen guten grow, am Ende sind wir alle Gewinner eines guten grows. danke an zamnesia und plagron für das bereitstellen der Samen und des düngers. es gab mir Mal die Chance einen Strain von zamnesia zu testen und in den dünger von plagron rein zu schnuppern. hat mir beides gefallen und ich werde drauf zurück greifen in Zukunft, ganz sicher.

This was my first time growing ganja faremr seeds. Will definately grow more of these. Really loved growing them.

10 weeks total time from popping out of the rockwool. Started 12-12 from seed and introduced nutrients week 4. I had a grow tent next to this one housing 4 plants fighting root rot. Towards the back end "Pinky" here was fighting it as well. DWC...I'm Fucking done and unless YOU have a chiller and or don't heat your home, I wouldn't recommend it. Next grow...soil. Total Dry Weight pulled...less than 21 grams. I couldn't believe the shrinkage when it came to hanging and drying. I'm glad that experience is out of the way...NEXT.

Day 42-49 (Day 43) I was at the dollar store today and I found the best little plant risers. And they all link together in perfect 12” squares. Fits in my tent perfectly and only spent 15 bucks. That should help the dry downs quite a bit. I’m going to transplant the euro genetics into 1.7g pots with amended sunshine mix #4 for their final containers. I moved all of the non-marijuana seedlings into a small greenhouse out of my tent so I have some more space and light per plant. I also set up an exhaust fan to keep the humidity at a perfect 65-70% night and day. (Day 44) Everything is looking a little nute burned and droopy. The garlics are showing signs of overwatering and nitrogen toxicity. They look like they want to flower so badly. Node spacing is weirdly short too. I picked up the American genetics to look for roots and they were busting out of the bottom. They’re definitely not rootbound as they’re not even a foot tall yet. This is likely from having soil that is too compact (from using too much rock dust and not enough drainage) causing my waterings to not even reach the bottom of the pot. This was also happening to my other grow. I will make sure to very lightly pack soil into pots for now on because you can always add more later. I’m going to fluff up the pots and see if I can loosen the soil a bit. If that doesn’t work I’m going to look at transplanting into 3g fabric pots and lightly shaking off most of the old soil. Luckily I added a shit ton of drainage for the euro genetics when I amended the sunshine mix so they won’t need a transplant. (Day 46) The fluffing didn’t do much. In fact it might have made it worse lol. I just went to the store and bought some Destiny Organics soil and have decided to transplant. I dusted off 90% of the old soil down to root ball which will cause an insane amount of stress to the plants. The plants started in the aero garden were being choked out by the shitty sponge plug it was germinated in. I took a razor blade and carefully cut them down the middle so the stem can expand. I might have cut a few major roots one or two plants. Other than that everything is transplanted. I cut all my amendments in half and I packed the soil very loosely this time. The situation is not ideal by any means but I’m hoping they will bounce back in the next week. This should at least set them up for a more successful flower. I can’t really expect much quality from botched run but who knows. I might come out with some fire. Since this is my last grow here I don’t even have to pay the power bill for the next few months! (I have a very generous landlord as he’s letting me finish my grow until mid September now 😂) (Day 47) I’m going to give them their first good watering and test my fluffy soil. I watered in approximately 700mls each making sure it soaks to the bottom of the pot. (Day 49) All the plants have bounced back except for the ones with root damage. They are still looking droopy and sad. The black garlic #1 has recovered really nicely and is looking happier than ever. The apical growth tip is so tight it has like 4 nodes within an inch somehow. I recently learned that hormones contained in kelp and seaweed extracts can act as plant growth inhibitors and shorten node spacing drastically. I only added a very small amount of kelp meal to the soil so it must be leftover from the previous foliar sprays Velokelp. I’m going to pinch the top off bg1 and see if the lowers can catch up. Sucks to do that so close to flip but oh well. The euros are looking fully recovered from their burn a little while ago. The sunshine mix is quite thick and water retentive as well but at least it has some extra drainage. They’re all looking quite healthy.

Made hydroponics system myself. Very easy. I should have fed them with voodoo juice if They were in plastic cups. It took the roots so long to grow in regular soil.

Harvested them on 10/4, washed them and hung them to dry for 4 days, then alternated them in brown paper bags and big jars for a few days until perfect. Final thoughts: Like most sativas I've grown, those biggass colas were kinda fluffy and shrunk up pretty bad once dry, but it's super frosty, tasty, and smells delicious as well. It was very easy to grow, but a pain to trim...too leafy. No deficiencies at all with normal feed, and they bulked up really well in the last two weeks. They are thirsty girls because they have a lot of foliage. They can withstand being less than a foot from quantum boards for their final week or two without burning up too much. I don't like that it took this strain almost two weeks longer than the others, but a good sativa usually takes quite a while longer than these did. Plant A: 79g Plant B: 75g Plant C: 74g Plant D: 88g (this is the one that split and had two colas) Potency: 9/10 Flavor: 8/10 Aroma: 8/10 Yield: 7/10 Bag-appeal: 7/10 Ease of growing: 10/10

They are going slow but steady. Holding back on watering to help fight the gnats. They were with too many last week. Some yellow points because of an 'on the limit' foliar feed. Nothing to worry about. Still very lush greens. I'm thinking the main reason for their slower growth, is the fan that is on high. My mission from the start s to get thick stalks and branches, to facilitate larger buds. Also, I'm pushing the SP 3000 to its max for the age of my plants, they don't have to reach for the light, resulting in shorter, bushier plants. I don't mind, I think the flowering stretch will make up for that and fill the tent. Still very happy with the SP-3000 from Mars Hydro, a much more constant and manageable climate in the tent, a dream to work with. I made a thank you video for @MarsHydroLED, of course, to also show off my music. I'm thinking one or two more weeks before resetting the light schedule for flowering.
