Still some minimal LST. Lots of tops. One plant super purple in color. Other plant still green and no purple at all. Huge difference in the plants though. One is lighter in color, taller, and slimmer. The other is dark green, shorter, and fatter. Both doing amazing. Added 2 new plants in the tent this week. All are loving life!

After you found some good sector and clone it you let the mycelium grow and fill almost all the petri dish like I did last week. So now you're ready to move forward. Making grain spawn!🍄🍄 For grain you can use Organic Rye Berries, but you can also get away with wheat berries, or brown rice or even corn kernels(which I used myself) ! And you'll need some mason jars or honestly I used some jars that I had home just clean them very well and sterilise before using Making a grain spawn can be broken down into 6 easy steps. 🍄Hydrate Grain By Soaking 🍄Make Specialized Lids 🍄Simmer, Drain and Dry The Grain 🍄Sterilize 🍄Put your agar in the jar 🍄Colonize 🍄Soak the grain by placing it in a bucket, covering in water, and leaving it for 12 -24 hours. Easy. 🍄Drill 1 hole on top of the lid. Right in the center and cover with a small dab of high temperature silicone sealant, and leave it overnight to dry. And your jars are done. There other diff types for different methods like liquid culture etc. But I'm just going roughly through what Ive done. 🍄The next step is to simmer the grains on the stove. This will thoroughly hydrate the grains, and will soften them to make them easier for the mushroom mycelium to consume. Cook soaked grain on the stove for about 15 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long, because eventually all the grain will crack and you’ll get some mushy grain spawn. We don't want that. 🧐After the grains have simmered on a low boil, you’ll need to drain them off. What I did is I drop them in the sink with the drain cover on. The grains will drain over an hour or so, after which you can go ahead and fill your jars. 🍄Once your jars are filled, they need to be sterilised.This kills off all the other nasty contaminants in the grain cover the lids in tinfoil (to prevent water dripping into the lid) and then just pressure sterilise them for about 90 minutes at 15 psi. 🍄After that let them cool down. Get your SAB, wipe down the walls with some alcohol wipes and place the jars inside. And wait untill they will be warm to the touch... not hot and painful 😤patience is key. Bring in your plates that had been stored by you in a dark place. And what u have to do is sterilise your scalpel and just accurately and efficiently decide your mycelium into about 10 pieces and quickly place them in your jar. And complete for every jar u make. You have to be very quick. The more you keep you're jar and your agar plates lids open the more cans they will get contaminated. There certain technics you can see online.. 🍄Ones you're done close all your jars lids tight and Jake your jar so the mycelium pieces will mix around the jar and place them in the dark place to colonize. And just keep waiting... 😅 Untill the mycelium will conquer your grain. Keep your eyes on the jars, any weird smells or colour during the waiting time.. because that would mean you got a contamination going on. Oh yeah and when about 55% of your jar is filled with mycilium shake the sh*t out of it so it will break the mycilium inside and make spread more faster.

Auto Maxi Gom is growing good. She got her first lst today. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in Xpert Nutrients. The feed chart might be a bit strong for autoflowers. I think I got it better figured out now. Everything is looking really good. This is the last week of vegetative growth. The plant is growing very strong, forming strong branches and big fan leaves. Continued LST on the main stem and some other major branches. Growth is now penetrating the canopy and is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Pale leaf tips/edges may be due to light stress, so maintained the light distance whilst tucking branches under the net as they shoot through. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained at twice a day (at lights on and 4hrs prior to lights off period) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant. Big buds with lovely tones - OG Kush is known to stretch slightly during growth but soon starts to fill out during flowering. Generally, it will reach a height of 90 to 160 cm. Its buds are large and dense, lime green clusters covered with a large amount of resin.

All but two of the clones rooted. 4 of the best ones from "Sundance" (she is the best pheno type of the three) will get indoor grown again and the rest go to an outdoor greenhouse.

Hey Guys! Here we go again.. I have been busy this week so i am letting the pictures and video speak for itself😎. I took PH and PPM and checked the RH so you can check where i am right now (i just did it to check the bigger rig so everything works)👌. I also upped the nuts a bit just to get them to 1000 ppm 😊. What we want is perfect condition and we are getting there slowly but surely...🙏🙌😏 Edit: Lets talk about this GSC, She is catching up even though she took some calcium and magnesium deficiency early but she will still be a thick one. Some nutrient problems but nothing serious so i am not worried about it. I will feed some calmag for the GSC and Diesel this week. She is picky in my opinion. But get it right and she will reward with a quality yield i guess. I have learned a lot this grow so for the next harvest she will have slightly better settings. I am thinking that i might invest in better soil and down the nuts and run calmag from start for all my "kushy" strains. Don't forget to leave a like! Until next time Cheers! 👊

Week 18, and my buds are on a growth spree – they're growing and growing, reaching for the stars! But here's the funny part – I can actually smell them now when I open the tent. I'm a few days late on updating this diary as well as feeding my girls (well, just a couple days late on feeding) and the weather is not helping! It's 48F and drizzling out, which is prime conditions for mold production😒 but there's not much I can do about it at the moment. So I did include a video this week to give a better look at the girls (And please ignore me saying Amy aka CBD Gorilla is a late September finisher.. It's actually mid-October, I can't keep anything straight) Jojo is still the runt of the litter, Amy is catching up to her big sisters and Bubba and Ice Cool are still the stars of the show. Nice colas plumping up and soon to be ready👏 I'm excited!

There is nothing to report this week. The ladies grow diligently in front of themselves. The smell is now very strong - Dark berrie Explosion 💥 🤤 I'm so looking forward to the harvest! Next week I will change the fertilizer again. Feel free to give your opinion on my diary, I would be happy!

Starting to get some real buds now. Color in leaves changed within 3days. Had me super nervous I screwed up the plant. Thought I was dealing with a ph issue because of how early the leaves changed colors. Green spots on leaves are from me not turing down the light fast enough.
