Hello folks, been a progressive week. Girls are stretching quiet bit especially the Sativa dominant Stardawgs on the trellis net side. The other side has Blue dream and stardawg. Both look indica dominant as they are squat and bushier than the above 2. Trellis netting for that side should be up by next week. It came in post today so.... Recharge is started in the feed and girls are looking very healthy, I like the smell of it so the girls must too 😇 they get flush once per week. When the things actually start , Will be flushing them twice a week, so technically on every feed. Works out the best ALWAYS !! They are lolipopped and I will be removing any bud sites if they grow back to focus supply to upper part. Week or so more and this should look like a bed of buds 😎 Stay safe, cyall nxt week.

So here's my first Diary. I'm a new grower just trying to find out what works best for me.

Its a bit rainy today so she is in the safehouse.. dont worry, its nice and cosy..with a lil breeze😎👍 its their favourite spot to come together and catch up .. so they dont mind 👊 So as u can see, my darlin clementine is finally growing up and becoming an Orange! she is showing some pistils too think/hope she is gonna be a sweet Citrus-Cannabis- Bonsai!😎👌 happy growing for all✊

I started this and then had to quarantine for 2 weeks. I did not have enough soil for 3x 2gal. pots. They grew so fast in the solo cup I just macgyvered a setup from stuff I had. Stuck a timed water pump on them over a res and cut holes in the solo cups to let the roots out. Res is 3 gals cutting edge solutions basic 50%

Increased Buddy to 1mm p/l. Will be adding PK14 in the next 2 weeks as they're peak flower and will need the Potassium etc. These plants are at the front and to the right in the timelapses.

GEMINATION DAY! 3 of 3 have popped. I'm going t check the taproot again tomorrow and plant them as well. Just waiting another 12- 18 hours from a little more taproot growth.

Ok, so first week is finally here. First off I want to extend a big thank you to the brands Seedsman, MSNL, Exotic Seeds for sending CBG seeds and a big sorry from me for not being able to germinate them. I have made notes that all CBG seeds need a bit of special treatment, Living soils are not great unless they are aged well, and better to just start them in perlite, compost and coir/peat. stupid simple. Now the other none CBG seeds did fine in living soil, same with the herbs but some of the herbs also struggled and has low germination rates like the chives. No idea of the chive seed age as I have not grown them in years so this could be part of it. In better news some of CBG seeds have been replaced with a CBDv and THCv and regular CBD The THCv is a GTR seed vs a Kannabia THCv Seed, curious how these two will compare. Both are a 1:1 ratio of THC : THCv The CBDv is from GTR and the CBD is from CANUK, they sent it alongside the CBG as a "try this out as well" PS still rocking the hoodie, its nice and thick perfect for this time of year. SO onto diary updates, The seeds got their first transplant into smaller square pots at 3.5" vs mini yogurt cups, now I will wait for them to acclimatize into its new size and then transfer up to 1Gal when the time is right. Made a little video of transplanting them and took some extra photos of the herbs that are going strong. Also took a photo of 12hrs after transplant the the plants are looking nice still. I over watered them and let them drain to prevent a spike in EC in the soil. this way the soil can breakdown a bit more slowly and prevent any burning and such. The one THCv seedling I plucked out of one pot is going strong with the cilantro. I did this so their would only be one in the other pot, Will gift this to my buddies who need some plants. Also have some leftover CBDv CBD seeds that I started out of caution, they will be doing the same thing, going to buddies. I'm hoping my one guy takes em all as he was intrested in some of the different cannabinoids like THCv and CBDv and CBG The transplanted medium is amended with lots of stuff and Acti-Sol, the plants seem to do really well on this once they are established. I find topdressing with Acti-Sol is hard and does not work well so it needs to be added into the medium/pot before hand. Outdoors is a bit easier as the roots don't fill the pot to the brim, so topdressing is much easier. Once transplanting is over and they are in their final pot then they will get the liquid feed from the same company, Acadie :) Also first time trying out a Si additive into the soil. Using DE or diatomaceous earth, its now super available but should do the trick. I read studies about it on how adding it into the soil did increase SI content in the plant despite it not being readily available. The mineral wollastonite is a better option but I don't have any on hand. Weird that it comes from a Canadian mine as well. I think that's all, will comeback and update as needed. Fertilizer is going to be added in ml for the whole container not doing the math for what it is per L.

Week 12 for Space Panda by Atlasseed, This one is a hard one for me because i love love her leaf structure/colour, yet her actual growing structure im not a fan of especially for mainlining as she gets barely any side growth. Hopefully after the stress of this last topping she will get her shit together😇😂 Because of the messed up light schedule + massive shifts of temps from 28+ to 6... outside the tent so really for 7 hours their growth is completely stunted, but I'm making due with what I have 😂

42 days!!!! the girl looks very good :) she is already blooming :) the girl drinks every other day with 6.3 ph water and biobizz nutrients, next week I will give her more than 1000ppm :) she must like it :) so far very nice growth @FastBuds as always never ceases to amaze :) good luck to everyone.

As of day 50, the plant is pretty much just putting on flower weight and developing terpenes. It is starting to smell of citrus and blueberries which gives me high hopes for it's final taste. It is also starting to heavily produce trichomes, even on fan leaves and stems. This is beyond any autos I have grown in the past, so I have to give credit to the genetics and the hydroponic grow method. As long as nothing horrible happens in the next few weeks this plant is going to produce a really nice harvest. On the final stretch. Bug issues seem to be under control. All plants were flushed last week. This lady had 9l of dechlorinated water @6.8 pass through her. Checked pH in the run off and was spot on. All the buds are very dense. The way I have trained her has meant rather the some tall colas I have lots of smaller along the same branch as I kept the canopy wide and flat. I can't believe it's been this long! I started this grow after seeing @silky_smooth doing amazing art. So I decided to main line and train 16 colas.. second grow and probably way too ambitious. I have learned so much from her taking 4 clones and finding my way with my nutes. I hope I have not failed her or the great genetics Barney's Farm have produced. I had a vision of what I wanted her to look like and I feel I got what I set out for. Lessons learned. Slow down on nutes. Less is more sometimes! Plastic pots suck ass... At least 25l ones do. If I ever grow in this pot again I will amend my substrate as the drainage seemed way off with just biobizz light mix. Lights... 100% on the dimmer is not always best..(thanks @Mrs_Larimar) Bugs... They are bastards and I will start to feed nematodes into my final pot each grow from now on. And lots more.... 🍮 Chem Brûlée – Pheno B Week 5 | A Different Rhythm, The Same Beautiful Journey Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the greatest joys of running a phenotype hunt is watching two sisters grow side by side while revealing completely different personalities. Same genetics. Same environment. Same lighting schedule. Nearly identical nutrition. Yet each plant chooses her own path. Chem Brûlée Pheno B is proving exactly that. Although she shares many similarities with her sister, she’s writing a story entirely her own. ⸻ 🌱 How We Got Here For anyone joining this diary for the first time, this entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed technique. Instead of providing a long vegetative period before switching the lights, the plants receive a 12 hours on / 12 hours off light cycle from the very beginning of life. This allows every phenotype to decide naturally when it’s mature enough to begin flowering. Some start earlier. Others prefer to spend a little more time building themselves before making that transition. That’s exactly what makes this project so fascinating. Nature decides. I simply provide the environment and let each plant express herself. ⸻ 🌼 Week One of Flower Although we’re now five weeks from seed, this marks what I’m considering Week One of Flower for Chem Brûlée Pheno B. The transition is now undeniable. Fresh white pistils are appearing across the growing tips, signalling that the plant has officially entered her reproductive phase. Over the coming weeks these tiny white hairs will multiply rapidly, forming the foundation for the flowers that will eventually cover the canopy. This is where the magic really begins. ⸻ 🍃 Big Leaves, Beautiful Health Just like her sister… The first thing that catches your eye is those incredible fan leaves. They’re huge. Wide. Deep green. Full of life. Healthy fan leaves are the engines powering everything that comes later, capturing light and converting it into the energy needed to build stems, roots and eventually dense, resin-covered flowers. Looking across the canopy, she’s showing exactly the kind of vigorous growth I hope to see during this stage. There is one damaged leaf visible in this week’s photographs. That one is entirely my fault. Sometimes, while working around the plants, accidents happen. Fortunately, it’s nothing more than cosmetic damage. The rest of the plant continues looking exceptionally healthy, and one damaged leaf certainly won’t slow her down. ⸻ 🌿 Gentle Training Training continues to remain intentionally simple. Rather than forcing the plant into unnatural shapes, I’m using gentle Low Stress Training, carefully bending and repositioning growth to improve light distribution throughout the canopy. Leaf tucking also remains part of the daily routine whenever needed. Small adjustments performed consistently usually produce better long-term results than aggressive training all at once. The goal isn’t to control the plant. The goal is simply to help every future flower receive as much light as possible. ⸻ 🌡️ This Week’s Environment The environment continues providing ideal conditions for this stage of development. This week’s averages included: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67% • Nutrient solution: 24.2°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂: 639 ppm Humidity remains intentionally a little higher while the plants are still stretching and producing fresh vegetative growth. As flowering progresses and buds begin to stack, humidity will gradually be reduced to provide the ideal conditions for healthy flower development. Watching the room evolve each week has been incredibly satisfying. Every update feels like another step closer to seeing this full canopy covered in flowers. ⸻ 📸 This Week’s Photos This week’s update includes a variety of different perspectives, including bird’s-eye views, side profiles, detailed close-ups, and room shots documenting her progress from every angle. I always enjoy photographing plants this way because every perspective tells a slightly different story. From above, you can appreciate the canopy. From the side, you can see the structure. Close-ups reveal the first pistils beginning to emerge. Together, they create a complete snapshot of this stage in her journey. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead Over the coming week I expect Chem Brûlée Pheno B to continue stretching while producing many more flowering sites throughout the canopy. The number of white pistils should increase significantly as flower formation accelerates, and the plant will begin directing more energy toward building future bud sites. Training will remain gentle and minimal, allowing her natural structure to develop while simply improving light penetration where necessary. Despite the problem with my humidifier stopping working, the genetics adapted well to these conditions; only one of the plants showed signs of stress which were corrected in the new growth, I don't have the money for a new one, so I'm going to continue growing it this way. I hope everything turns out alright.
