Hi, I've done this on larger scale in the past, now I do my best to keep within lines of Dutch laws. This is a bit difficult but very doable. I started late with taking pictures, Yesterday I noticed the first white hairs 😀 So I took some pictures today and uploaded them. I grow on very small scale under a desk 😏 so the plant can't grow to large in height. No topping for me, since this is an automatic, I'd like to see that it does. From seed it has been on 12/12 :) also to see if it still will become a nice lookin plant, also to keep it short. I added some chicken fertilizer for extra nutrients, just on the soil. On day 24 (3,5 weeks) I decided to make the plant a bit smaller with LST technique. I hope I didn't break the stem otherwise I'll have to update to HST / LST. Bloow has been set and is going fast. remember, this is from seed on 12/12 lighting.

Everything is going well, plants are healthy, I did a successful HST, waiting for the bloom, lights are already on 12/12. As soon as we show sex we start the bloom. Everything's fine already.

Zzz. Hit with Aptus PK double strength! And top dressed! I believe this seed had a crazy weird mutation growth for almost a month and was tiny before it started vegging normally. Maybe same thing happens in flower? *shrug* We will find out, smells minty and really really sticky. Not a fan of the mint smell

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I come from an area where mandarins reign supreme, when I was a kid the peels ended up covering the numbers of the first rudimentary bingo games. We all have a clear smell of mandarin in our nose and olfactory memory and we distinguish it from other citrus fruits, at least lemon. She's responding super good to lst method she looks absolutely gorgeous I would have loved to be able to grow her since march however It was not posible but I keep this wonderful indica in my list. This wonderful pheno of Alien gorilla has started flower the 3rd of August.

Well, week 9 of flower in the books and she is done as of this posting on 5/19 (day 63). She finished up well and the trichome development has nice mix of milky with a little amber. She's is extremely frosty and gives off a super strong smell of fruity goodness. She'll be cut down today, so stay tuned for the subsequent harvest report and pics. All in all, first time DWC bucket grow went well, in my estimation. It's a lot of work, but the results speak for themselves. I learned a lot with respect to monitoring ph, ppm, and ppfd readings, as well as reading my plant for visual cues. I eventually understood I needed daily readings b/c growing hydro conditions can change on a dime, especially for someone new to this growing method. But once I found my stride, the process became easier. Another lesson learned was how much space is needed for vegetative and flower stretch. Hello folks 😎 9th week of flowering, we are near the end ! 1 more flush and it will be time to harvest 👌, I love to see the leaves fade like that 😍 This week the outside temperatures have dropped a lot, very cool for the end and especially for better drying so im happy ! All trichome are milky and some amber, I could leave it another week longer but I want to be able to smoke it the day, and not stay glued to the sofa 😁 So the harvest will be done after about 60/62 days Anyway, I really liked this run ! and I would try other strains of this bank really soon stay tuned and see you next week for the final upload guys 😘 I also have another diary with one Pineapple kush from RQS if you want to see Peace Love & Weed GD Fam😍👊
