160 days of life harvested on day 63 of flower. I don’t have photos of her vegging but she started off great. About two weeks in, she started having some major issues. Her leaves started atrophying, curling up at the borders, growing 3 finger leaves, all new growth was deformed and twisted and growth in general almost stopped completely, to what I suspect was from broad mites. These fuckers are nasty! I dm’d my local grow shop and tried out some Neem Oil. I diluted it in water like they recommended and sprayed that baby every day for one week, then every other day the following week, then down to once a week. I sprayed her leaves stem and surface of the soil. I also cleaned the entire grow space with some bleach solution. Doing this allowed her to really bounce back, growth started to take off again! So I vegged for a few more weeks and trained her as much as I could to keep her uniform but short, she responded well to this. During flower, she was very happy. I had two main issues during this time, one was being too hot in Nitrogen and a week of very hot temperatures which burned her a slight bit, although she didn’t seem to mind much. I also could’ve continued a once a week spray of Neem oil because I think they might’ve started to come back on the lower and younger leaves that weren’t getting much light. Overall it was a dope grow and hope to do better on the next one!

Fastbuds Week 4 Original OG Kush Auto The 3 of these are staying on the shorter/bushier side. All in all showing amazing growth, good node spacing, and a nice rich shade of green while showing no issue of nute burn. I've given only water up to this point so around week 4 I like to give them a good feeding of a molasses tea (1tsp of molasses/per gallon of water) is what I do and they seem to enjoy it. Harvest time! The colas have swollen up; the main ones are the size of a palm or bigger. I estimate the dried plant will weigh in at just under a kilo. It’s getting 7 days of drying in the tent—in the dark, with a carbon filter running. Then, at least 2 weeks of curing in glass jars. The plant was fed plain water for the entire cycle, so there was no need to flush out nitrogen, and the buds don't spark when smoked. Dense, sticky buds—remotely reminiscent of GHS Super Lemon Haze. I grew Lemon before this, and it really won me over with its flavor and bud density—I even ordered 4 more autoflower seeds of it. Once it’s dried and I’ve had a taste, I’ll write up a smoke report. I’ll also post a review of the gear, nutrients, and anything else you guys ask for in the comments, bros :)

7/6 Plants looked great thos morning. I WATERED A GALLON to the 50 and split one between the two tens. Top of the bags are still moist amd they still have some heft. I'm hoping this will at least carry me 48hrs. These are BIG plants and the wind goes right through those bags and dries them out. I'd rather have that though than worry about overwatering. I noticed some minor deficiencies on a couple plants so it's time to start the nutes. Calcium I'd guess. Just a beginning stage but it's time. Next feeding they'll get some food too. I'll still monitor during the day to make sure they ront dry out. It's amazing how fast they come back after they dry out but it stresses them. EDIT: I WENT OVER AROUND 2OM AND IT WAS OVERCAST AND 83°. ALL THE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND ALL OF THEM WERE STILL SLIGHTLY NOIST EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET. THEY ALL HAD SOME HEFT TO THEM TOO. THE SUN IS OUT BRIGHTER NOW BUT IT MAY RAIN TONIGHT AND CONSIDERING HOW GOOD THE PLANTS LOOKED I THINK IVE FOUND MY CORRECT WATERING RATIO. IM NOT GOIMG TO 9VET WATER IN THESE GROW BAGS WITH ALL THIS WIND. I NOTICED SOME FOUR LINED PLANT BUG MARKS ON ONE OF THE LITTLE PLANTS AND REMOVED A FEW LEAVES FROM THAT THIRSTY 10TH PLANET THAT COULD BE SEPTORIA. IM GOING TO TREAT IT BUT I HAVENT DECIDED WITH WHAT YET. I MEAN I NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT JUST PESTS OR WATER SPLASHES FIRST TOO. I'VE BEEN PRETTY SANITARY THIS YEAR. BUT IM TALKING I PULLED MAYBE FOUR LEAVES OUT OF THE LEAFIEST BUNCH AND INSPECTED EVERYTHING. 7/7 We got thunder storms last in the afternoon and last night. For at least 45 mins it rained harder than I've EVER seen it. Pure sheet rain. It turned over to heavy rain before moving out. The plan was to water everything this morning and start feeding. As I said in the video the soul was still moist amd the bags still had some heft. Not like I just watered them though. I stopped by a local dispo on my way home and talked with the best grower I personally know (thanks Junior) and his advice was the same as what I was planning. I planned on going around noon to check them. He said I could probably wait until like six and then when I do water give them like a 1 1/2 gallons to make up for that monsoon we had earlier. I showed him the video and explained how I have been watering. My intuition feels good about this. I may go check on them earlier but I don't think it's necessary. As usual I'll update as I go. EDIT: AS SUGGESTED (WELL I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE) I WENT OVER TO FIND ALL NY PLANTS LOOKING GORGEOUS EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET REVEG THAT WAS A "LITTLE" SAGGY. I LIFTED THEM AND FELT THE SOIL IN THE BAGS. I DECIDED ON WATERING AS PLANNED EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT HAVE MADE IT UNTIL NORNING. THIS WAS MY WATERING DAY ANYWAY. HOWEVER I ONLY WATERED 1 GAL PER 20 1.5 FOR 30 AND .5 FOR 10. I THINK THAT WILL WORK OUT GREAT WITH THE UPCOMING COOLER TEMPS. IT WAS SO HOT. DIDNT HAVE TIME BUT SHIT IS LOOKING GOOD. 7/8 Finally that hot streak has broken. It's in the 70s and it rained a little last night. Had to use an iPhone and send it to me because my phone was dead. My plan worked out great and everything is looking fantastic. We may get some rain tonight but I'll be watching the forecast. I DO need to feed and may do that. I might wait until next week. I also need to figure out what to do about that four lined plant bug. The birds that perch on my cage do a good job getting pests. Knock on wood I haven't seen many. I killed one pillar and there's just that four lined plant bug. That's really the only damage. I'd Hate to spray my girls with a bunch of shit over ONE bug. We shall see and I'll keep this updated. 7/9 Phone was dead this morning. Went back over later and defoliated a little bit. On reveg ive found a few spots that look like it could be septoria. Could be splash up or a million other things too. The birds have been taking care of pillars. I've found two this season which were promptly killed. Everything looked good. We are in much cooler weather now. Still high 70s with at least 90%rh. Could have showers but I need to keep up with my watering. I kept with the increase and watered everything with 2 gallons. With the exception of the 50 and the two 10's the 50 I skipped and each 10 got 1 gallon. Now it's time for a shout out. I get my seeds from North atlantic seed company. They have a sister company @dirtybirdgenetics which produces amazing strains that flourish in Maine. N.A.S.C has always used me good but this will be my first dirty bird grow next year. None of this was necessary but it's greatly appreciated. The hand written note put a huge smile on my face.

How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). This one kinda snuck up on me lol, I didn’t realize how fast this one finishes so it was pretty much done when I started checking the trichs. Smells very strong dank smell and fruity when you touch it. I feel like the buds would be fatter if there were less branches, and a little more even on the scrog, but I still had fun watching her form. My first mostly indica so I’m excited to try it! 👍

DLI = the total amount of photosynthetic light (photons) a plant receives over one day. It’s expressed in moles of photons per square metre per day (mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹). While PPFD (μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹) tells you instantaneous light intensity, DLI tells you how much light the plant actually used that day. ⸻ 2) The formula (how to calculate it) Use this exact formula: text{DLI (mol·m}^{-2}text{·day}^{-1}) = frac{text{PPFD (μmol·m}^{-2}text{·s}^{-1}) times text{seconds of light per day}}{1{,}000{,}000} Where seconds of light per day = hours of light × 3600. I’ll show worked examples so it’s easy to follow. ⸻ 3) Worked examples (digit-by-digit so it’s crystal clear) Example A — your reported PPFD ≈ 766 μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹ and 11 hours light • seconds of light = 11 × 3600 = 39,600 s • photons per day = 766 × 39,600 = 30,333,600 μmol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ • convert to moles: 30,333,600 ÷ 1,000,000 = 30.3336 mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ So: 766 μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹ × 11 h → DLI ≈ 30.3 mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ Example B — same PPFD but 12 hours • seconds = 12 × 3600 = 43,200 • photons = 766 × 43,200 = 33,091,200 • DLI = 33,091,200 ÷ 1,000,000 = 33.0912 mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ Example C — other quick refs • 700 μmol × 11 h → DLI ≈ 27.72 • 800 μmol × 11 h → DLI ≈ 31.68 • 400 μmol × 11 h → DLI ≈ 15.84 • 1000 μmol × 12 h → DLI ≈ 43.2 (You can plug any PPFD and hours into the formula — those are ready-made reference points.) ⸻ 4) What DLI targets are useful for cannabis? • Vegetative (gentle): ~12–25 mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ • Flower (typical good range): ~25–40 mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ — most home/pro growers aim here • High-intensity/CO₂-enriched commercial: 40–60+ mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ (needs CO₂, stronger conditioning) So your example (≈30 mol·m⁻²·day⁻¹ at ~766 PPFD × 11h) sits very nicely in the flower range. That explains the dense bulking + heavy resin you’re seeing — our DLI is right where White Widow loves to convert energy into flowers. ⸻ 5) Practical implications — what DLI affects and what to watch • Higher DLI → higher photosynthesis → more carbohydrate to drive bud bulking and terpene/trichome production. • Higher DLI requires more water and nutrients. Plants transpire more and pull more minerals; be ready to feed and irrigate appropriately. • Leaf temperature / heat stress: pushing PPFD up increases canopy energy/heat — keep airflow, VPD, and room temps under control. • CO₂ matters: if aiming beyond ~40 mol/day, elevated CO₂ (e.g., 800–1200 ppm) becomes productive; otherwise additional light won’t be used efficiently. • Distribution matters: DLI is an average over the canopy. Hotspots or shaded pockets mean some flowers get too much or too little — even light spread (and PAR mapping) matters. ⸻ 6) Actionable tips for your run (based on your 11/13 / 12/12 experiment) • We’re hitting excellent flower DLI (≈30 mol/day at 766 μmol × 11 h). That’s why buds are dense/frosty — keep the rhythm. • If you shorten hours (e.g., 11 h) keep PPFD high to maintain target DLI. If you lengthen hours (12 h) you can reduce peak PPFD slightly and still hit the same DLI. • If you raise PPFD to chase more DLI, ramp slowly (a few μmol/sec per day) to let stomata and roots acclimate — avoid sudden bleaching. • Watch watering & EC — higher DLI → faster uptake → more frequent but measured feeding. • If you ever push DLI 40 mol/day consider CO₂ enrichment and perfect VPD control to have that extra light used efficiently. ⸻ 7) Quick rules of thumb • Want to hit ~30 mol/day with 11 hours on the clock → aim for roughly 700–800 μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹. • Want ~33 mol/day at 12 hours → ~766 μmol·m⁻²·s⁻¹ matches that nicely. • If you see leaf cupping/bleaching, you’ve likely exceeded safe PPFD for that canopy or temps are too high — back off, check VPD.

So I have decided to only note when changes are made, observations are warranted, or I feel something of note has happened. I'll still do daily progressions, but the rest has already been documented and no need to create a hundred new pics showing the same. Just understand that if I say "7.1ph," or something with tested amounts that I mean I first calibrated and tested my ph pens and all units are measured for accuracy. I am learning as I go, so it would be of no benefit to report inaccurate details. 112/42 VPD and PPFD are still the same this week. 73-76F in the day and 66-68 overnight with RH set to not exceed 55% but is mostly at 45 to 50% now that winter is here. The fan is set to auto and I have 2 de-humidifiers in the tent. The PH lockout issue is still in progress but I am starting to get the soil up to snuff now. I think using the knitting needles has the most beneficial effect on the soil as it both aerates and allows the nutes to get deeper. 113/43 Defoliated today. I removed the worst of the affected fan leaves and this unfortunately only leaves sugar leaves to run photosynthesis process. Im hoping she still gets enough of everything else to grow the buds, but only time will tell. I will take new control pics for new progression on 3 other sites now. Watering Days. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio, or combination, of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates. These are/will be DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added-in larger, then smaller, ratios while the "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Last feed was day 110/40 (next will be +3) I expect to continue to use 7.1ph with 650ppm of bloom mix concentrate and feed 2.5 gallons every 3 to 4 days, so I expect about 8 to 11 cups of runoff at that time as well. I have decided that I will try to add 1 ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) per gallon of feed on each feed for a week or two to see if this can help against ph lockout of calcium since it cant be N,P, or K. Cant be N because she uses WAY less N in flower, and it cant be P or K because I am getting nute burn with the feeds I am already using... so my conclusion is that she need more micro nutes from the lockout, and since I was thinking it was Calcium in the start, I am going to try a more detailed treatment to test results against from here. Day 113/43 (last feed was day 110/40) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 2.5 gallons of purified water (starting with 16ppm) mixed with 658ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am starting a 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to the feed then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.1. I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I may consider a new feeding standard for all my plants) I got ~7 cups of runoff (~11 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume but glad to see she's taking it better now since I started knitting needles. Runoff was tested at 6.12ph and 2250ppm (5.9ph with 1860ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.23,6.31,6.57,6.38 for an avg of 6.372 (6.327 avg after last feed) - next feed will be 7.1ph again as I'm still liking where the ph is finally going, but rather see it closer to 6.3 or 6.4 top and bottom. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit and I will continue to monitor runoff ppms as I expected this to be lower with less runoff but have to consider they maybe washing out salt with the knitting needles. Next Feed should be 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 7.1 in +4 days (117/47). I will run 650ppm and 3ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again. Day 117/47 (last feed was day 113/43) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water (starting with 299ppm) mixed with 671ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am starting a 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to the feed then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.4. I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. Good morning, time for the weekly update! Today is day 34 of flower and I’m starting to miss the training, topping, and busy days of veg growth! Just peek in on them once a day and water anymore, getting boring! Last week they got one watering with silica and one with fish shit, week 6 of flower is starting so after this week I’ll probably just be giving them plain ph water. I hope the flowers have stacked well and start to put on some weight now, maybe you guys can give me some feed back on how the buds are looking at this stage! Thanks for reading see ya next week :)

I ran out of BioBloom but the harvest is really close now so I would have water with clear water anyway, cool! I harvested the Gorilla Cookies end of the week. The two other ones are almost ready, I'll probably harvest them end of next week 😎 I also rearranged the last two ones to put them right under the light.

Overall a great strain too grow as grows with ease and seemingly without issues even with minimal care. With care she can produce hefty buds, as kept mine small my flowers reflect but still produced great smelling powerfully buds 🌱 Cycle finished in time essentially with ease and I'd be happy too recomend this strain from fastbuds. I will update with more images and videos upon timing complete and give dry weight ect, these girls wont bring much but smell absolute treat. Atm I have tried 1 small nug but still not ready not long untill can trim up, great oils and taste just need a little cure up once finished. Tried uploading longer videos but again says error 👎 have now added few extra videos

Alright... not everyone bounced back and it´s like they´re working in two speeds! 😩 Some are thriving and I´m struggling to keep up with the training and others are lagging and don´t offer me much to work with. 😅 I had to rearrange the pots to even out the canopy and did some more defoliation. 😉 Was planning to experiment with the light schedule by removing an hour a week until it reach the 12h, but its getting too cold and the temp drops a lot with the lights out. I might keep them at 17 or drop to 16/8. But definitely I´m trying it out in the summer. 😎 The damage is done and now just have to make the best of it! ✊

Had a lovely smoke all week , weighted in at 149 g of super frosty buds ( I’ve smoked at least 10g )

I added top dressing of soil mix to all plants. And put the plants into flower. Let the fun begin.
