4/25 Day 54 Flowers are popping up from everywhere

They're getting so big. I'm hoping this week I'll start to see some flowers starting to form. Gave them a ph'ed watering only today. I'll be giving them water with calmag on Wednesday. 7/27 - They're finally budding up. YIPEE! This is my best grow batch yet! GDP1 and BK are about 11 weeks old and GDP2 is about 9 weeks old.

Strawberry Cake Auto has grown good. I battled with ph issues here, and there during the grow. She is really frosty, and has a strong Strawberry Aroma. I will post a harvest video if it allows me. 🌸 Week 5 Flower – RollerCoaster Haze 🌸 The RollerCoaster Haze girls are thriving in mid-flower, building structure and stacking buds at an incredible pace. Both phenos are stretching into the canopy with strength, white pistils everywhere, and flower sites developing beautifully. The plants are balanced, vibrant, and showing no signs of stress, just healthy, determined growth. 💧 Nutrition & Feeding This week we’ve adjusted the recipe, stopping the All-in-One Liquid completely as the soil and pellets still provide plenty of slow-release nutrition. The focus now is on a lean, targeted bloom feed, keeping the roots active without oversaturating. Current recipe (all at 1ml/L): • Aptus Regulator • Aptus CalMag Boost • Plagron Green Sensation • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Power Buds Solution runs steady at pH 6.0–6.1 with EC balanced to complement the soil’s reserves. The results speak for themselves: stalks, roots, and leaves are thriving, and the flowers are coming on strong. Environment • Soil Temp: ~24°C • Room Temp: ~28–29°C • Humidity: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 kPa Airflow, extraction, and monitoring keep the conditions stable. Despite the size of these girls, they’re handling the environment perfectly. 💡 Inner Canopy Lighting – ICL300 This week I want to highlight the role of the ICL300 inner canopy lights. These lights are designed to deliver light where traditional overhead fixtures can’t: deep inside the canopy. Why does this matter? • As plants stretch and leaves overlap, the lower branches and bud sites often receive far less light. Without supplemental lighting, these inner flowers stay smaller, less dense, and less developed. • Inner canopy lights like the ICL300 solve this by pushing photons directly into those shaded areas, ensuring the lower and middle buds get the energy they need to bulk up. Spectrum: The ICL300 units provide a balanced white spectrum with a red push, tailored to maximize flowering response while avoiding heat stress. This means not only are the tops getting stacked, the inner and lower flowers are also swelling, making for a more even, consistent harvest. The difference is visible already: the RollerCoaster Haze girls aren’t just top-heavy. The mid-canopy sites are developing beautifully, with structure filling out in layers instead of just one dominant top. 🌼 Pistils: White Hairs Everywhere At Week 5, pistils (the fine white hairs that emerge from each calyx) are one of the clearest signs of flower development. They serve two major purposes: • Reproduction: pistils are part of the female flower’s reproductive system, designed to catch pollen if it’s present. • Growth indicator: the color, abundance, and orientation of pistils give us a direct look into the maturity of the flower. Some genetics push out bright white pistils, while others lean slightly toward cream, yellowish, or even orange tones earlier in bloom. This variation is completely normal and tied to the plant’s lineage. At this stage, the RollerCoaster Haze girls are full of vigorous white pistils, standing tall and reaching outwards. This shows they are actively building flowers and pushing energy into new calyx formation. It’s also a reminder that this week is about observation: watching how the pistils evolve will tell us not only about maturity, but also about how each pheno expresses itself. Later on, pistils will darken and curl inward as the calyxes swell, but right now, their abundance and brightness are a clear signal of healthy, strong flowering. 🌱 Observations • Bud sites are stacking with strong pistil production. • Inner canopy looks healthy and productive thanks to the ICL300. • Plants remain lush, green, and full of energy. • Root systems are still vigorous, visible at the soil surface. ✨ Reflection Week 5 Flower shows how balance in nutrition, environment, and lighting can work together to create truly explosive growth. Big round of defoliation. Very excited to see stretch, they seem to have entered it after a few days delay. Been clearing up larf in rounds as well, they're not quite lollipopped but I've developed my colas. Most smaller tertiary branches are gone, unless theyre sturdy and not going to crowd. instead of completely removing offending tertiary branches, i have left a single node with a single growth tip on each to yield bud. Trying to remove only the weak, malformed growth and stuff that crowds.... want long, thick colas. Recharge, fresh Actively Aerated Compost Tea w/ alfalfa meal, organic cal mag only, sometimes just spring water and cal mag ph'd.

well, that day dawned :) growing in a suitcase was really difficult, temperature, humidity, plant growth, everything was very difficult to control, but I managed something, it was an extremely interesting experience :) 119 gr wet, I think it will be between 25-30 gr dry , which I think is really good from the suitcase :) it was something different than usual, and now I'm going to grow another begina, which is much bigger than this one :) good luck to everyone, and thank you.:)

Adjusted the light distance to 55cm again it was toooo close about 32cm. 10/12/2019 - Decided to go back and check the basics, removed led strip to give a proper 'night' time, changing light cycle to 20/4h no more 'exotic' 22/2h, re-checked the light distance every 2 to 3 days to ensure 60-45cm and I can tell all ready she is loving it. Also added home made Co2 made with 1 tsp of yeast, 3/4 tsp of sugar 700ml of warm water in a 1l bottle with a tiny pin hole on the cap. 11/12/2019 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.5PH water with 0,5ml of each Grow, Bloom, Max and Alga-mic, and 1ml of each Heaven and Vera,noticed about 10% run off. 12/12/2019 - 8 weeks have passed and no flowers I guess I'm flipping to 1212h to see if she reacts.

I put up a 2nd scrog net and added another sun master making the total lighting 600w + 400w. This gave a temperature rise which made me also add a small air-conditioning unit. I only used this as an fan at this point.

She's looking gorgeous on her 3rd week it's just a wonderful strain to grow,let's see how she performs,I prepare a super soil mix using guanokalong organic dry amendments so I can't tell you about mililiters exactly because that's just not the way I like growing,I also add lactobacillus which are an awesome bacteria,every time I add lactobacillus to their water they just love it,the next day they get suuper green,obviously all the bacteria and humic acids from batguano worm castings and all of that helps,so I recomend if you're growing organic investigate a little about lactobacillus and how to prepare the lactobacillus liquid. 04/28/25 Round two of WongBurger! (After failed autos..) Two methods: directly in soil & glass of water. 4 seeds: 2/2 1 week apart. Two ish weeks ago we bought some worms to eat the roots of the last harvest. The cover crop grew insane. Cut it back & tilled the top soil for the worms. Broke it down fast imo. 04/20/25 planted 2 WongBurger & 2 Bible Fruit Auto Flowers. None of the autos sprouted. We checked to see if it just couldnt get thru the soil. Seeds never popped. So now experimenting with glass of water germination. First harvest we let it Xmas tree & allowing for smaller yield just to see how it grew. This harvest, plan to scrog, tip & fine tune a bit more for a higher yield. See what we can get up too! **First harvest, thru the growing process stem smell checks smelt like pickles & now during cure it has a gassy pickly funky smell. It's pretty loud but you wouldn't smell down the street. Synthetic grows prob lol high: calming, can have sedation, can have munchies, just over all relaxing couch lock. Pretty chill.

Double Grape attempt #2 mephisto genetics double grape 7th January 2021 I have two very distinctly different phenotypes of Double grape 😎 the taller one is really sativa like with it's thin leaves and stretched appearence , whilst it's sister plant is squat in stature and has thos classic wide leaves from it's Indica parentage. However so far they both Smell very similiar so I dunno what to make of that but it can't be a bad thing as the smell is very Nice 👌 Not much else to report so will leave it at that.
