Started with some bent which really made side branching take off. I'm just doing leaf tucking, all branches get plenty of light, so no need for bending IMO. One is quite a bit bigger than the other, if this is a fenotype thing or something I did we will never know since the sample is too small to make conclusions... So its the one in the slightly smaller pot that is bigger. Also, I switched positions between both to see if this makes difference... but I never noticed hotspots or such in my earlier grows.... One of my annoyances of small-scale operations is that there is never enough data to be able to make conclusions based in facts. It could always be nature or nurture, because I lack control groups. Maybe my government will someday finally see the backwater retardedness of our way of dealing with cannabis. For now no other option than staying within the law. I like weed and growing but I like my freedom more. The XL Runtz are remarkably resistant and vigorous, with extreme growth in just under three weeks after germination. Beautiful plants and they handle a high light / high organic nute situation from very early on. Coming week I'll just be leaf tucking, no further LST since they are already going into flower. Ill be adding BAC Organic Flower coming days along with my solution of wood ash and perma tea. Also Ill be starting the three 56 ltr growbags to start the three regulars that will run in the same 18 hr lightschedule. And that light, trusty SP-3000, what a machine, what results so far and how reliable so far. She doesn't get too warm at all, just contributes to a nice greenhouse atmosphere without any climate management other than me checking temps and RH. Usually, I need no adjusting, no ventilation, no heating or airco, my system is pretty self-containing and autonomous in the stabile attack where it is. And lets be real, I get results as in grams per watt and per plant that only the 600 watt / Hydroponic guys get. With organic growing, in such small scale with 300 watt. What can a say; it’s been a ride! Seven months of love, hard work and just being a good shepherd to these ladies. These giants were an incredible experience, they taught me a lot! What separates the good from the great is the ability to persevere, to be dedicated to a vocation morning noon and night, on top of the work we do for money. There were days that I was dead beat from working in the hot sun, it was a very hot summer here where I live; still I dug deep and loved these plants each and every day, and at the end it showed, and payed off completely for my efforts. It’s a bittersweet moment to harvest these illustrious and incredible plants; I sought so much therapy, purpose and love in these beautiful beings that I nurtured, they are a physical representation of my love and care, and they are beautiful beyond words; I see the product of my love manifest itself physically in these beauties. They couldn’t have made me more proud; this was a monumental grow, the kind of grow that shows you what your made of, and then blows that precedent away. I am honoured to call this crop my own 🔮💜

Week 9 in the grow tent has been uneventful. The ladies buds continue to fill out and the hairs have turned to orange on .Started to flush Banana Purple Punch. And feel she may be ready to harvest by this weekend. The other ladies appear to have a few more weeks.

Its my first plant so I'm very excited, sometimes I'm just staring how they growing for an hour and it's making me very relaxed😅

So since I had the mold and bud rot problems I had to divide my schedule of harvest and divide the product as well. - Healthy buds are ones belonging to branches where there are no signs of rot/mold. -Mid-healthy buds are untouched by disease but still belonging to a branch where there was some disease. -Last category are the salvaged ones, where I cut them from bigger buds that had disease or they were in some part affected. These 3 categories each have their own drying space and where harvested in this order to prevent spreading of spores and stuff. For the salvaged buds every time I removed a part with disease I cleaned the scissors with alcohol. I only removed the sun-leaves + penguin leaves and will be doing a dry trim for the sugar leaves later on.
