It's happening! It's going to be a high of 32C/90F and so very sunny, so why not train them today? They're both 22 days from seed as of training start. #2 got FIMmed: So I was planning on topping one but ended up choosing to FIM it instead because it's lower stress. I have no idea what will happen now. I've never done either before. I chose #2 because it seems to be having an easier time producing leaves so far. I have a video of the cut. I used a pair of bonsai shears. I was really second guessing that I actually had to cut the leaves? I missed one, and it just felt weird to go back in and cut healthy growth, even though I'd already took off most of the newest leaves. I am not convinced I did this correctly because I don't understand what happens with the tiny new node I didn't cut. We will see. #1 got LST'd: With LST, I maybe should have done it sooner. The issue is the leaves are wide enough that they would be touching the soil if I really bent it like I was planning. I even undid it and tried the other direction just to see that it was even wider across. I propped a leaf on the tie and will have to adjust it again tomorrow once the crown has righted itself. I also read that it's not good to keep them in ties once they've gone into flower for autos because it stresses them, but with two plants I had LST'd, removing the ties just resulted in them eventually straightening the stems back out. So I'll not do that again for this one. I'm also a bit obsessive about measuring my plants, and that's harder with LSTing. I have a ribbon tape measure I use to measure the main stem length instead of the actual height of the plant.

🌱 Day 50 - First Day of Week 8 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! My plant is doing well, and it’s amazing to see visible progress every few hours. 🌱✨ The buds are in full throttle, and I feel like the plant is now needing more water as the pots are drying out faster. 💧 Watering: I’m still watering with 1L every two days. 💦 The dosage of BioBizz Grow and BioBizz Bloom has been increased according to the BioBizz feeding schedule. The pH of the water remains constant at 6.0. ⚖️💧 Temperature & Humidity: Luckily, the weather in Germany is cooling down, so I no longer have to deal with temperatures of up to 30°C in the tent. 🌡️🍂 I’m expecting temperatures to settle between 18-23°C now that we’re in September, and humidity should stabilize around 50-55%. This will create perfect conditions for the upcoming drying process. 🍃✨ Plant Health: The plant is looking good overall. 🌿 I did have some calcium and magnesium deficiency symptoms recently, but I’ve managed to get that under control with CalMag. 💪 I’m continuing to carefully remove any leaves that are noticeably blocking light to the buds and hindering photosynthesis. 🍃✂️ Vibes: Every day, my plant still enjoys an hour of Lo-fi Jazz music. 🎶🌱 I think it helps set the perfect growing atmosphere. 🎷 I’ll keep you all posted, and remember, I upload new pictures to the diary every day! 📸🌿 Stay tuned!

El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 16h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento va creciendo, tiene buen color y va progresando. Aplique vía foliar el tetra 9 preparando ya para la floración. Purple Kush CBD Auto - Seed 1 is growing very well now in the flowering stage. Seed 2 has recovered fully and now growing well but it will not be the same as seed 1 😀

The plant on the left is starting to get lockout from issues with the autopot valve in that setup. It stays attached and working fine for about a month, and then eventually stops working and I open my tent to see water flooding the autopot. The flooding stays contained in the system thankfully, but destroyed my rootzone pH. The plant on the right is doing fine besides the heat.

01/17/22 Everything's starting to grow again from the LST and defoliation at the end of this week flipping to flower. Tested run off last watering it was 2250ppm, did straight water this watering. *Note plant 4 has had hiccups from the start when it popped out of its seed it's tap root was curled I fixed it with tweezers by pulling the skin off and then placed it into the Coco, it shows the most stress out of the 4 plants and does not respond well to anything I do to it, even with 2250 ppm runoff it's still showing signs of a nitrogen dificiency PH in run off at 6.0 so not sure why it's so finicky . It did get the worse light burn out of the 4 , me being a novice at this I'm not sure if early stress ruins the rest of the grow but I'm starting to think it does from past grows and this one. 01/23/22 Just watered plants , the lockout has been fixed that one plants not eating as much as the other three and due to future harvests suggested mixing was way to high 1200-1300 ppm I had to mix by there measurements then weaken it with water till I reached 800ppm. Hello Diary, The fourth week of flowering is over and we are slowly heading towards the end. Last week I did defoliation, so now there is better air flow through the whole plant. Purple Punch looks great, some leaves take on a yellowish color which are the first signs that its end is near. The flowers themselves fill very nicely and become larger and larger and are full of trichomes. As you can see in the photos, Purple Punch has a nice shape, good leaf color, the scent is intense, it’s just all great and I’m looking forward to the harvest. Although there are two Purple Punch on the Farm, I didn’t do photos of both plants this time but I promise to show both in the end. In one watering I added Biobizz and that was the last addition of nutrients for her. From now on just flushing. Conditions in the growbox are good, the temperature varies around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%. Now comes the stage when I start observing the development of trichomes through a microscope, it’s a special experience for me, like I’m looking at something from another planet. Here's a brief overview of the week: 11/03/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I didn’t add any nutrients, I just lowered p.H. water at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 36% humidity. 13/03/2021 - Day 46. Watering. p.H. I downgraded to 6.4 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the current week. This will be the last addition of nutrients. From now on only clean water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 39% humidity. 16/03/2021 - Day 49. 🌸 Week 12 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week has passed, and we are finally reaching the end of this pheno hunt. It has been an exciting journey with plenty of highs, but unfortunately also a few setbacks during the final weeks. 📈 Current observations: Unfortunately, Pheno #1 didn't make it to the finish line. Several buds developed bud rot, and rather than risking further contamination, I decided the best option was to remove and dispose of the entire plant. Pheno #3 never fully recovered after I had to remove multiple main colas earlier in flower because they were growing into the SANlight fixture. That stress significantly reduced its flower production, and in the end it simply wasn't worth keeping until harvest. Pheno #4 and #5 have now been harvested and are hanging to dry. Unfortunately, Pheno #4 accidentally snapped during handling, so I had no choice but to harvest it immediately. Luckily, it was already mature enough for harvest. That leaves Pheno #2 and Pheno #6 as the final two plants still standing in the tent. They are continuing to finish their flowering cycle, and I'm expecting Pheno #2 to be ready for harvest sometime next week. 📊 Current environment: Temperature: 31°C Relative Humidity: 63% VPD: ~1.66 kPa SANlight fixture at maximum height Light intensity: 90% 🌿 Final thoughts: Even though not every phenotype made it to the finish line, that's exactly what a pheno hunt is about. Every plant tells a different story, and every run teaches something new. Some phenos exceeded my expectations, while others showed weaknesses under the exact same conditions. Now the focus shifts to the final harvests, drying, curing, and, of course, the smoke test. I'm especially excited to compare Pheno #4, #5, #2, and #6 once everything is properly cured to see which one truly deserves the top spot. 💬 Which remaining pheno do you think will finish as the winner of this Gorilla Cookies Auto pheno hunt?

Week 9 .......... Flower Week.........June 6 to 12, 2020 ........ Days 57 to 63 from germination She took a lot of shape this week and buds are swelling. She has reacted well with Massive and has increased her nodal spacing. Now she needs to work bulking up and filling in that spacing😀👍 A little more leaf strip at the end of the week to let more light into the middle of her. Focussed on the leaves on the inside of her and left a number of the fan leaves on the perimeter of her to help with sugar production. Her hairs have never really been long but the buds are swelling in nicely. They started off a little small but have grown a lot wider in the last week.......as expected in week 9. Starting to see some possible nutrient issues forming as she is aging and some of her leaf tips are starting to curl down a bit. Red hairs have started so we should be less than three weeks to go and guess at roughly 2 weeks to go. Will be feeding next week but that might be the end......see what the week brings. Environment has been hovering at 79 degrees and 61 percent humidity for most of the week. Yeast and sugar CO2 in use. Still feel there is going to be trade off battling the pH issues of the pots by feeding her 4.5 water and feed. I have to keep it that low to have a runoff of 6.6pH🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 Going to start letting the pH drift higher the next couple of days though and give a couple of waterings at 5.6 to ensure she is taking up enough phosphorus and potassium. The frost coming out on this girl now but she is a little slower coming on. Anticipate the last two weeks here should see good frost coming out. Have not even really looked at it too much yet to be honest. Changed up some of the supplements this week and added in some Advanced Nutrients Big Bud and Overdrive. Always liked Overdrive and when moving the bottles had more than I realized so figured I would change it up a bit......she is already fighting pH issues so no further harm. She is a very pretty little girl and she has beautiful shape. Not bending over her top seems to have been okay for this girl. Just keeping the side branches pulled apart so the light gets done the middle to bud sites😃 Nice work Sweet Seeds.....she is looking great so far.........freaking resilient dealing with pH so high!!!!!!!!!🙏🙏 Little more detail: June 6, Day 57 VPD - 1.2 3L feed - Big Bud, Vitathrive, Rezin, Liquid Weight, Velokelp, CalMag, Dual Fuel. 1150ppm and 5.0pH.......pH little higher today. Lots of runoff as fed late last night. Keep an eye to see the result of the higher pH. Colas more defined today. Standing up nice and looking thick today. Fairly green though so keep and eye on the nute levels. June 7, Day 58 VPD - 1.2 7L water - 285ppm and 4.4pH......checking pH in medium Runoff was 580ppm with 6.8pH Hairs are whiter now and buds are wider and stacking. June 8, Day 59 VPD - 1.2 Dry out day....... She is dark and bushy. June 9, Day 60 VPD - 1.2 4L Feed - Sensizym, Rezin, Vitathrive, Liquid Weight, Massive, Terpinator, Dual Fuel. 1150ppm and 4.2pH.......pulling down a little more since last runoff number. Fair bit of runoff from the feed. Starting to fatten up a bit more.....branches are looking larger. June 10, Day 61 VPD - 1.2 3L Feed - Overdrive, Rezin. 485ppm and 4.5pH Just some supplements and feed tomorrow. Her side branches are reaching up more and increasing the nodal spacing. Now she needs to fill that gap in😃👍 Noticing a pattern with Massive and nodal spacing????? June 11, Day 62 VPD - 1.2 Dry out day....... June 12, Day 63 VPD - 1.2 4L Feed - Terpinator, Overdrive, Rezin, Vitathrive, Sensyzime, Liquid Weight, Dual Fuel. 1380ppm and 4.5pH Hitting her and Sweet n Sour harder as they get closer to the end. She is 19” tall now and 24” wide Leaf strip to increase light penetration......lots of small leaves. Tricomb production getting going now. Nice little Cannabis plant😋😋😋

So we have had a heck of a week. Fought the gnats and maybe won part of the war. I replanted the troubled girl into a fabric pot with roots 707 only. I figured it can't get worse, right? The other gal that topped herself is doing amazing! She's going to be a big ole girl!

Sunday last day of week 11 expecting to cut it down fed banana, molasses, and honey for a final flush with ice, Friday final ice flush. In the dark for 12 hours then cut down for harvest

Welcome to week 4 of flower for this lovely project! I anticipate that things will slow down in the manner of stretching this week and the plants will start focusing on flower growth. I don't think the plants are too affected by the slight mishap of last week ( timer failure ) but only time will tell. Some of the plants are starting to put out a nice nose while others are really subtle still. Over all very excited to see what's going to happen this week! Fuel D.og#2 started to yellow up abit, not to sure why but where going to try and address this issue. Day#24F Pictures N/A. Ladies continue to stretch along and stack them flower sites. Trichomes are starting to stack up really early on these girls. Day#25F The ladies are growing along nicely, adding weight to them flowers daily! The nose coming off them is starting to get stronger and stronger now! Day#26F Pictures N/A. Ladies are almost done their stretching, some have started to slow down now. Won't be long till we look at installing nets. Day#27F Ladies are starting to put on some serious mass now. I hope that we get some nice colourful flowers! Day#28F Pictures N/A. The nose on Kings Juice is INSANE!!!!!!! I absolutely can't get enough. Plants continue to put on mass. Recap: We move the ladies into the bigger tent ( still same growing space 4x4 just in a different tent set up a different way ) and we will be looking to install the nets too to help support these lovely flowers. Over all things went really well this week and we are looking forward to seeing what next week will bring!
