Dropped hours to 17 to get closer to the 15 we will have outside in a few weeks. A week of battles for this tent. Lotta pest activity. Bulb mites and Nematodes (never going to have regular perennial flowers and dahlia bulbs in the tent again), lessons learned. Active pest strategies tried: - listerine / water soak - Neem oil / water soak - Dr. Bronner soap / water soak - worm castings to boost balanced microbial life - insect Frass to provide chitin - diatomaceous earth top dress - mosquito Dunks prior to organic amendments to deal with any eggs/larvae in soil

Sanlight EVO 3-60 at 80% Day 22: did nothing today 👌🏻 Day 23: looking good and watered again🌊. Watered with rain water, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. Day 25: looking good and watered again. Watered with rain water and 1ml/l Powerzyme, 1 ml/l Hesi Boost, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, 1 ml/l Bloom Complex and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. EC at 1.0 and a pH of 6.4.

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Day 57: Watered every plant with 1,0 l of fertilized water. Advanced Nutrients Overdrive only for #3 and #4. I think I will harvest these two after week 10. Day 58: Nothing important to do... just sat there for an hour, watching the ladies grow, and collected some fallen yellow leafs. Day 59: Watered every plant with 1,0 l of fertilized water. Advanced Nutrients Overdrive only for #3, #4 and #5. Day 60: Nothing special to do. Day 61: Watered every plant with 1,0 l of fertilized water. Advanced Nutrients Overdrive only for #3, #4 and #5. Day 62: Did some defoliation on #3, #4 and #5. Day 63: Nothing to do today.

The germination i forgot to take pictures so i just have a video of the first 3 strains i started before the other seeds arrived. I used the same metod for all of them 24h in the glass of water after that 48h in the cotton pads in the zip lock bag with 3 sprays of water on the cotton pads and 1 spray when inside the zip lock bag is closed untill 80% leaving a small gap for them to breath. I decided to plant them after that in the final resting pot for this strain in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I used the following media on the bottom of the fabric pot i used 10% of Goldlabel HydroCorn after filled up with Ecothirve coco (70% coco 30% perelite) and i made a hole for my potting soil where i used Advanced Nutrients coco cultivator (50% coco 30% perelite 20% pebbles) and i mixed on the media some Azos , Mykos and Great white. The light schedule for the first 5 days was 24/0 and after that i change for 18/06 schedule. Just water the plants on the 15/06 i think all my seedlings are stuned because my light is too strong for them and the light is dimed to 25% waiting on my new seedling light the Spider Farmer SF1000EVO LED should arrive just on wednesday. And my light meter for lux is saying i have 8600Lux converted is 148 and my dli on meter from the phone is saying 150 so its 3x times more the recomended i just dont understand if this phone app is working correctly. Update on the order from spider farmer from Ebay (Order the item on a thursday and the order was not updated on ebay on the following Monday so decided to contact them to understand when i am gonna receive my order i was told true ebay that my item as been shipped and i will receive an update within 1 hour to tell what time the item will be delivered. So never received any message giving my time slot delivery. Never received the item and at 21pm the tracking updeted on Ebay saying delivered so i contected them next day to be told that the courrier actually lost my order and that they will reshippe the order again but was told i need to wait 2 buiness days for the warehouse to processe my order beacuse they are busy what i replied that why should be me the costumer that needs to wait 5 or 6 more days for the order to arrive to me that they should send me the item on the same day and send me with one day delivery. The ansewer was they could not do it so i cancell the order asked for a refund and never more use their products appailing costumer service)

15/01/22: Everything is looking good and as it should - the plants are really showing their sativa genes super tall for the 10liter pots. the largest is 43 inches high with the rest of them an average of 36 inches high. Defoliated a few days ago with the lower fan leaves to promote concentration on the buds. the sites are very bright green and showing good signs of pistils developing.

This solocup grow is moving along nicely. Shes flooring and starting to want to stack. Smells very strong of fuel. HOWEVER I did catch 4 different pollen sacks this week. I was able to remove all of them before they ever opened. I kmow the correct move would be to eliminate the herm. But, I would really like to make this grow work! I'm gonna sew if she will get thru another week without causing me any more problems.. if it herms any more, I will have to execute her! I have another of the same strain running in a 5 gallon pot without any sign of herm. Id definitely say this is streas induced from the tiny pot. These are big plants with big root systems regularly. Fingers crossed I can keep her going! Of course I xould have left this part out, but its the real world. And im trying to bring it to you like it is! These things happen sometimes!. Moved her to the HPS light this week from the T5.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Semana 6: estoy muy emocionado y contento con el progreso que están teniendo las plantas. Las puntas ya se ven grandes y cubiertas de muchos tricomas. Dentro de poco cortaré las Wedding Gelato. Algunas plantas, principalmente las Desfran y las Wedding Gelato, cargaron tanto peso que varias puntas comenzaron a doblarse, así que tuve que improvisar sobre la marcha y logré mantenerlas erguidas. Esta semana también comencé a usar Overdrive en las Gelato. Cualquier comentario o consejo sobre lo que opinan de mis plantas, o cosas a tener en cuenta, será realmente apreciado. Week 6: I’m very excited and happy with the progress the plants are making. The tops are already looking big and covered with lots of trichomes. I’ll soon be harvesting the Wedding Gelato. Some of the plants, mainly the Desfran and the Wedding Gelato, got so heavy that a few of the tops started to bend, so I had to improvise on the spot and managed to keep them upright. This week I also started using Overdrive on the Gelato. Any feedback, advice, or thoughts about my plants, or things I should keep in mind, would be greatly appreciated.
