🇩🇪 GrowDiaries – Wochenkommentar Diese Woche hat sich meine Cherry Limeade großartig entwickelt 🌱. Es fühlt sich tatsächlich so an, als wäre plötzlich ein Schalter umgelegt worden. Das Wachstum ist jetzt kräftig und gleichmäßig, die Pflanze wirkt rundum gesund und zeigt weder Mangelerscheinungen noch die zuvor vorhandene Taco-Bildung der Blätter 💚. Am Sonntag habe ich sie getoppt ✂️ und ihr anschließend bis Donnerstag komplett ihre Ruhe gelassen, damit sie sich erholen kann. Seitdem läuft das Low Stress Training. Mit Drahtankern ziehe ich die Triebe vorsichtig nach außen, um eine möglichst breite und gleichmäßige Pflanzenstruktur aufzubauen 🌿. Die Positionen der Drahtanker passe ich täglich an, damit alle Triebe optimal Licht erhalten ☀️. Endlich habe ich auch die perfekte Einstellung für die vier Maxi-Blumat-Tropfer gefunden 💧. Das System hält die Saugspannung nun konstant zwischen 90 und 100 mbar, genau dort, wo ich sie haben möchte. Das gibt mir ein richtig gutes Gefühl – besonders, weil ich nächste Woche vier Tage beruflich unterwegs bin. Ohne ein zuverlässig eingestelltes Blumat-System hätte ich jetzt ein echtes Problem. So kann ich ganz entspannt verreisen 😌. Auch das Cover Crop wird langsam weniger 🌾. Ich schneide es mittlerweile fast täglich zurück, damit vor der Einleitung der Blüte nur noch wenig davon übrig ist. Langsam aber sicher gewinne ich diesen Kampf 💪. Das Gleiche gilt für die Trauermücken ?. Gestern habe ich 6.000 Hypoaspis miles ins Beet ausgebracht und abends, kurz vor dem Ausschalten der Beleuchtung, zusätzlich 3 Millionen SF-Nematoden gegossen. In einer Woche folgt eine zweite Behandlung mit weiteren 3 Millionen SF-Nematoden. Hoffentlich ist das dann das endgültige Aus für die Trauermücken 🎯. Ansonsten werde ich die Pflanze jetzt einfach weiter trainieren und in Ruhe wachsen lassen 🌱. Auf Komposttee oder Fermente verzichte ich bewusst, denn im Living Soil sollten mehr als genügend Nährstoffe vorhanden sein 🌍. It honestly feels like someone flipped a switch. The growth is now strong and steady, the plant looks very healthy, and there are no signs of nutrient deficiencies or the taco-shaped leaves I had before 💚. I topped her on Sunday ✂️ and then left her completely alone until Thursday to allow her to recover. Since then, I have started low stress training. Using wire anchors, I gently pull the branches outward to create a wider and more even plant structure 🌿. I adjust the position of the wire anchors every day to make sure all shoots receive optimal light exposure ☀️. I finally found the perfect setting for my four Maxi Blumat drippers 💧. The system now keeps the soil suction tension consistently between 90 and 100 mbar, exactly where I want it. This gives me a lot of confidence – especially because I will be away on a four-day business trip next week. Without a properly dialed-in Blumat system, this would have been a real problem. Now I can leave home completely relaxed 😌. The cover crop is slowly disappearing as well 🌾. I am cutting it back almost every day so that most of it will be gone before I start flowering. Little by little, I am winning this battle 💪. The same goes for the fungus gnats ?. Yesterday I released 6,000 Hypoaspis miles into the bed and, in the evening just before lights out, I watered in 3 million SF nematodes. In one week, I will repeat the treatment with another 3 million SF nematodes. Hopefully, this will finally bring the fungus gnats under control 🎯. Apart from training, I will leave the plant alone and let her grow naturally 🌱. I will not use any compost tea or ferments for now, because the Living Soil should already contain more than enough nutrients 🌍. 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno B Week 7 | Grace, Balance & Beautiful Beginnings Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the things this project keeps teaching me is that two plants carrying the same name can still become completely different individuals. Every phenotype receives the same lighting. The same nutrients. The same environment. The same care. Yet every one of them chooses her own path. Godfather OG Pheno B continues proving exactly that. While her sister is racing toward the ceiling, this beautiful lady has found her own rhythm, combining impressive height with an elegant structure and some of the prettiest early flower development in the room. She's another plant that immediately catches my eye every time I walk into the tent. 🌱 Twelve Plants, Twelve Different Stories If this is your first visit to this diary, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed technique. Every seed received twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness from the very first day of life. Instead of forcing a long vegetative stage, I simply allow each phenotype to decide when she's ready to flower. That's exactly why this project has become so fascinating. Every plant is growing under identical conditions, yet each one expresses her genetics in a completely different way. Some remain compact. Some branch heavily. Others stretch toward the lights. Godfather OG Pheno B has chosen elegance. 👑 Beautiful From Top to Bottom Now standing at approximately 155 cm, she has become one of the tallest plants in the room while maintaining wonderful balance throughout her entire structure. Her internodal spacing is excellent. Her branching remains clean. The canopy feels open and airy, allowing light to travel deep into the plant. Everywhere I look I see healthy flower sites preparing for the weeks ahead. It's the kind of architecture growers hope for before the buds really begin stacking. 🍃 Vibrant Colour & Early Flowers One of my favourite things about this phenotype is simply how healthy she looks. The foliage carries a beautiful rich green colour. The leaves are perfectly formed. The stems remain strong and upright. And those fresh white pistils... They're everywhere. The flower sites are becoming more defined every single day as small clusters of calyxes slowly begin stacking together. At this stage the buds are still young, but you can already see the foundation of what they'll eventually become. It's always amazing watching flowers slowly build themselves one calyx at a time. Week after week... Layer after layer... Nature quietly creates something incredible. 💧 Hand Watering Creates Connection Unlike some of the other ladies in this room, Godfather OG Pheno B continues to be hand-watered. Although the nutrient solution is exactly the same as the shared reservoir feeding the AutoPot plants, watering by hand allows me to spend a little extra time with her during every irrigation. Each watering becomes another opportunity to inspect the leaves, admire the flower development, and notice even the smallest changes. It's a slower approach. But it's one I genuinely enjoy. Sometimes slowing down allows you to appreciate the little details that make growing so rewarding. 🍽️ Feeding This Week This week's feeding included: • Terra Bloom – 2 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • pH adjustments using Lemon Kick and pH Plus when required. The recipe continues supporting the transition into stronger flower production while providing everything she needs to finish the last part of her stretch. 🌞 Under Canopy Lighting One exciting addition helping this entire project is the Lumiflora under canopy lighting. Because taller phenotypes naturally create more shade beneath their upper canopy, lower flower sites can sometimes struggle to receive enough light. The under canopy lighting helps solve that problem by illuminating those lower branches from beneath. Rather than only relying on light coming from above, the lower bud sites receive additional energy throughout the flowering cycle. The goal isn't to replace the main light. It's to help those lower flowers develop more evenly, improve bud quality deeper inside the plant, and make better use of the beautiful structure she's naturally creating. I'm looking forward to seeing just how much difference it makes as flowering progresses. 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Consistency continues to be one of the biggest priorities throughout this grow. This week's averages included: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • pH: 5.8 • EC: 1.95 mS/cm • Nutrient solution: 24°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm Stable conditions continue allowing every phenotype to express its full genetic potential without unnecessary stress. 📸 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs perfectly capture why this phenotype has become one of my favourites. The full-plant shots highlight her graceful stature and balanced architecture. The close-ups reveal beautiful clusters of fresh white pistils emerging from healthy green calyxes across nearly every branch. Every image tells the same story. A healthy, vibrant plant that's settling beautifully into flower while still carrying enough energy to continue developing over the coming weeks. 🔮 Looking Ahead During the coming week I expect the stretch to begin slowing as more energy shifts toward building flowers. The calyxes should continue swelling and stacking together while the flower sites become more defined across every branch. I'm also excited to watch how the Lumiflora under canopy lighting supports the lower flowers as the upper canopy continues filling in. If everything continues progressing like this, I think she's going to produce long, elegant colas from top to bottom. She's healthy. She's balanced. Hi all. Hope we are all well amd healthy. This was the last weeks veg period for the FFT crew. The poorly girls are not going to break any records for returns in the grow but thankfully the 2 that are in soil are more than making up for the miniture FFT#8. she is the right colour at least . Her size really is small which is down to the root rot issues that hit the tank hard. FFT#9 is a different game all together and is getting very big. I expect the stretch to help flatten and widen her out to give a nice sized canopy. Inner growth is getting nice and plentiful too so should be a good yielder. FFT#10 is really looking Indica leaning now with the colour of deep green all the way through. Her leaves are nice and broad for those lumens that need to be grabbed too. I would love to know what these strains are and have a few of the FFT i would vertainly purchase and grow. I think most of us testing them have a very positive experience in general Well done Fastbuds. Lets see these ladies with some stretch on next week. I will use this week to get them as lateral and flat as possible and rhen use atretch week 2 to build the bud spikes. Plan is to defoliate at around day 18/19 as they are fast flowering so should be showing some flowers forming by then. Thet are alsondue sone ecothrive charge , bio-sys and life cycle to boost them for their flowering start.

Start of week 3 today.. Only running 4 x250w hps due to high outdoor temps..max 33c low 23c in tent..topped all at the 5th/6th node. Ec 1.1 ph range between 5.9 and 6.1 ph perfect advanced nutrients..

Ach ja, die Eiscreme-Zwerge werden weiter gefoltert... 😢 Nach dem Umzug in ihr neues Zuhause hat eine Zeitschaltuhr den Geist aufgegeben, sodass sie 5 Tage lang 24 h Licht bekommen haben. Das hat ihrem allgemeinen Wohlbefinden nicht gutgetan. Obendrauf kamen dann noch ein leichter Magnesiummangel durch ungeprimtes Kokos sowie kalte Außentemperaturen. Das Zelt wird nur durch die Lampe beheizt, daher wird es mittlerweile etwas kalt. Wir werden sehen, ob der gesamte Grow vielleicht doch umziehen muss. 😬 Als wäre das an Stress nicht genug, mussten die Damen dann auch direkt noch ihre Köpfe lassen, um das apikale Wuchsverhalten zu brechen. Außerdem sollen sie diesmal nur zu dritt ein relativ großes Zelt bewachsen. Lange Vegetationsphase, wir kommen! 😌 Wünscht den Mädels Glück! 👍

Increased Buddy to 1mm p/l. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is at the back of the timelapses.

Very easy strain to grow yields well as has some cheese in the cross. Flavour is sweet with cheese with an old school earthy twist from the black Domina

Purple pheno is showing strongly on one, the other is mainly purple in the buds. They also react differently to nutrients and water, so I am just learning their personalities. Weather is taking a breather with a little rain before summer weather returns. Overall no major issues so far and good growth.

Looks like the stretch has officially come to an end and with it, the first signs of trichome production have started to show up!✨ Unfortunately, the plant stayed pretty small despite being in a 20L pot, which is a bit of a bummer. I was hoping for more size, but hey let’s see what she can deliver in quality! Sometimes the small ones pack the biggest punch. 😏 Excited to see how the buds develop from here!😊
