🌸 Grow Diaries – Permanent Marker, Week 2 Flower 🌸 This week is special on many levels. Not only are our Permanent Marker queens thriving in their second week of flower, but it’s also a milestone for the Dognabis Cup: the welcome packs are on their way! We may or may not keep it, but for now, it’s been running, helping maintain consistency while still letting us keep a close eye on the girls. Now, the stars of the show, the Permanent Marker phenos. Both are growing beautifully, very similar in structure, with Pheno #1 stretching just a touch taller. Compact yet strong, stacking beautifully, and already showing promise of what’s to come. Alongside them, the whole room is thriving, and I’ve shared a video to give you all a glimpse of the bigger picture. 🌿 Lighting is another key topic this week: I want to highlight the ThinkGrow ICL 300 inner canopy lights. Hello everyone. so the growth causes me some concerns from what I believe I have identified as a deficiency in calmag but I have trouble getting out of it despite a second spray with 1ml of calmag/li at ph 6.5. yesterday I watered adding 0.8 calmag/litre (biobizz) I'm waiting 2/3 days to really panic. on the other hand, the stems are really big and suggest a robust plant and the well erected leaves reassure me about the overall health. I take all your advice with great pleasure. thank you all.

Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. 02/10/2019: hi guys i'm having problems for about 4/6 days: i'll explain I gave the nutrients as usual, and the morning of the next day i found the leaves around some buds, burned and softened !, i thought it was the nutrients, but reflecting well and looking at the leaves that have the tip pointing downwards, I thought, even in a heat wave that did all of this inside my tent, but the fact that out of 3 plants only one suffered so, I Give up some doubts, if you have any opinion I would be grateful! good 4:20; all this 2 weeks from the harvest :(😵

Day 47 and I switched ferts completely. I wanted to find something besides 20 additives so I'm trying jack's. Old timers know what they are talking about and swear by this stuff. They are responding great to it already in 2 days!! So easy too. I also changed bulbs from a well known brand to a denkyu bulb. This bulb is awesome and is way brighter. Not sure why neither one of my blackberry have turned any color.

This week will be the last of the 18 hours of light. When the little ones have settled in on the increased light intensity. If the cycle is changed to 12/12 and then the wattage of the lamp is turned to its maximum of 300 watts. Gradually, of course. More on that later. I hope they will show their gender during the week that the bloom can be initiated. Day 67: It is time for the first flowering phase. Plant 1 shows the first characteristics of the flower or rather it becomes sexually mature. If the others follow suit this week, it is the last week of growth. Instead of cutting out the big leaves, I spread them out under the net. In this way, the light also reaches the lower shoots without stressing the plants during sexual maturity. We don't want to provoke misfortune. Day 70: 10 weeks of Vegetation. I think it's time for Bloom.

Very happy so far and I turned the lights on to 12/12 today. Also turned the LED up to 380w and still learning how close I can get the plants to the light with such a efficient LED.

The Gorilla Cookies FF is now outside. Unfortunately, I overwatered it while it was indoors, which slowed its growth, but it has recovered. We'll see how big it gets. I'll probably repot it again.

The experience was good. Easy grow and attractive plant. I wouldn't grow autos with 1212 again tho. Only if in 20/4 because I think yield was effected dramatically. Maybe not, but in going to testit next veg cycle to tell. Beautiful plant otherwise tho. Violets and purple hues.
