The new growth is coming in a little limey, we insist on reusing Promix so PH is always a bit of a rollercoaster lol.. no sweat, usually a gallon each PH'd to 5.5 with 5ml/gal N solution will get them back to baseline..we seem to have the same issue with most plants grown in our basement during summer, I'm sure the super high humidity and low evaporation rate has something to do with it... if they don't come around after the adjustment, they'll spend some time under the HIDs, this always straightens them out..we topped the mainline for the last time today for 8 mains per side, as well as another full round of toppings on the x2 LST plants... thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy growing everyone!!! ❤️🐱💡🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_ 8/22/21 🐱 Quick update, the mainlined plant is showing signs of calcium deficiency which is odd, with our routine we almost never have Calcium or magnesium issues..its really only noticeable under the florescent lights on this one but we'll have to make changes.. they all have plenty of calcium in their media so I'm wondering if the PH has gone screwy in that pot.. we reuse promix which gets really acidic sometimes and we add lime to buffer this but we guess a lot and may not have used enough (or waited long enough)..I know when our media gets around 5-5.5 calcium deficiency is a huge issue..ill add a little more calcium to be sure and will try using water PH'd higher (6.5-7) and see if this helps anything. Had a blast growing this girl not a whole lot of veg but real nice colas with purple tips under canopy has these lower colas looking like top buds she has soapy citrus smell nice thick stalk and branches and she jus flexes hard trichome coverage is real thick looks like a glitter bomb went not a whole lot of pistols but the ones she has are fire orange curled into the cola nicely sucks I had to restart cause my original froze but she came out looking gorgeous can't wait to get her dry and trimmed and into the cure bag came out to 36 grams wet weight so I'll prob get a 1 oz to 1 oz and half of dry flower so here's to another harvest lfg

It's always a good thing when there is nothing really to report. It's been smooth sailing this week! They are growing so fast and healthy!!! The light is still only at 660w of the 880w available. I can't wait to see some flowers start forming!! Should be this week. My previous tent record is 782g I believe and I would like to shatter that this harvest with this new light!!

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. 04/28/2020 Week #8 of flowering begins will post more pics latter. 04/29/2020 Did some leaf removal had some powdery mildew on some leaves took infected leaves off, plus some for good measure. Drying out every day or two today she took one liter before run off. You can see in the video the colors? And sparkling buds? 04/30/2020 Day 50 I decided to take the top buds in pics , 47 grams wet. It is a 9-12 week strain but I think she need a week or two? But we will see.

Had a great time documenting this grow, despite all the drama going on in my personal life. Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. I’m also seeing nice bud sites developing on all of the photos. My autos are doing great too. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple and the Barneys Farm NYC Diesel is nice and chunky with tons of crystals. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine this week and think it should be fairly smooth sailing from here. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. I’ll leave you this week with another interesting excerpt from “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear: “I prefer to use high-pressure sodium lamps. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. Having read nearly every book on the subject of growing pot, I feel that their authors tend to overemphasize the importance of light spectrum. You do not need to alternate between metal halides (for growth) and sodiums (for flowering). That is an oversimplification of the plant's light requirements. You may do this if you like--it certainly won't hurt--but I firmly believe that the gains are just not great enough to justify the cost of the extra MH lamp.” -Read Spear

RS11 is showing off now , she’s got mad sticky this week and starting to fill out very nicely, keeping up with the defol weekly and tying her down she’s stopped stretching for sure and wants to bulk up . Week started with the seedlings looking like they had simply been overwatered. After a couple of days without watering, the solo cups felt light and the plants began to droop. They were watered, but instead of recovering, the droop became more noticeable. To reduce stress, light intensity was lowered from roughly 300 PPFD to about 170 PPFD, humidity was reduced, and VPD was allowed to rise to around 0.9 kPa. The plants improved slightly, but they never fully bounced back and growth clearly stalled. That led to a closer look at the root zone. One plant was removed from its solo cup and the cause became obvious: the cup was packed with bright white, healthy roots. There was no visible rot, slime, or unhealthy root tissue. The plants had simply filled the solo cups much faster than expected and had become root restricted. Phenotypes #1 and #2 were transplanted into the 2×4 living-soil Tray2Grow planter and watered in with Rootwise Mycrobe Complete, Rootwise Enzyme Elixir, and Kiaha. Within about a day, both transplanted plants showed a clear turnaround with firmer leaf posture, more upright new growth, and stronger overall vigor. Environment PPFD during recovery: about 170 µmol/m²/s VPD: about 0.9 kPa Light intensity: reduced during the stall, then gradually increased again after recovery Week 2 Notes The biggest lesson this week was how aggressively G2 Kush roots. These plants became root bound in solo cups in less than a week above ground. The symptoms initially looked like a watering problem, but the real issue was rapid root restriction. Key observation: G2 Kush appears to need a very early transplant. On a future run, I would not leave these seedlings in solo cups for the usual amount of time.

I am amazed of the amount of love received from community here. Thank you Grow Diaries and Fastbuds for opportuniy to share and grow this amazing genetics. Love you all❤️💜💚 Was looking for strong indica dominant strain and after reading and hearing so much about this one. Just couldn't resist to not give a go. Was a bit worried before planting seeds that my final yield outcome may not be satisactionary as only have 0.26msq and Fastbuds advertising this strain as 450-550g msq but thankfuly my result was way above this scale. My 2 beautiful ladies Athena - right corner lady. She was slighlthly more dominant over entire grow cycle. She got more space on scrog earlier and that's why she developed the most. Xena - left corner lady, I belive that she could outgrew her sister if she just have more space and another week of time. Did not expect her to turn so well on the end. Both girls were put in darkness for 48h before chop. Wet trimmed and hang for a week. Daily jars burbing for 10 days and every 2-4 days now. Weights Wet trimmed Athena 870g Xena 632g Total 1502g Dry trimmed Athena 172g Xena 147g Total dry 319g Bubble hash 6g (37g of trims) I am very happy with this result. In my opinion Banana Purple Punch Auto its a masterpiece. December 8 2018 day 73 from seed light burn but still going good

She has become out of control, buds are way too heavy, a stem fell during the night and the upper cola on that stem has developed mold very quickly. But this isolated incident didn't stop her from producing loads of trichomes everywhere, that are almost 100% milky. A few more days to wait and I'll proceed to harvest 😎

Flowering Week 2 Plants are thriving and starting to develop budsites and leaves. The Area is crowded with leaves, might have to defoliate a week earlier than expected. Top screen looks a bit pale on the left side, so ich reduced the light intensity. I didn't use any fertilizer this week and you can see some brownish spots on the leaves at the upper parts of the plants. Next watering I will add some calmag and a bit of base NPK fertilizer:)

Outstanding results for an outstanding strain. What else can we say, the buds are perfect, covered in a nice thick layer of trichomes. Organge citrus terpenes are strongly available all around the tent combined with a gassy background, a true orange juice flavored strain. Simply amazing! Extremely happy with the high amount of trichomes on the plant!
