Veg Week 3 Day 21 to 27 - 4/17 to 4/23 A lot more to talk about this week. It's topping and transfer week. I started the week off (day 21exactly) by making sure I had at least 5 to 6 nodes of growth and topped P1 down to the 4th node and P2 down to the 2nd node as a test. (typically I top to the 3rd) I also removed all other node branches and fan leaves and usual. I left a large stump in my tops so the nodes can use it to grow around and help support the larger weight of a mature plant. I gave a couple of days of recovery while I hand spread the nodes daily to train the new waterways through the nodes. I changed my schedule and watered a day after and then transferred the plants into their forever pots/top watered in Feed this week was .5gal transfer and top feed at 100ppm total before add-ins. I used 100ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.2 Feed plan next week will be a final top feed of .5gallon and then turn the reservoir on. I tried trimming one plant. I left the other one untrimmed and went to dry them. We’ll see what happens :D Just a little experiment. The trimmed plant looks really funny, but at the same time it actually doesn’t look bad at all.

Harvest some of wifi last week. Its now in jars and looks amazing! Cant wait for the smell when cured!! Got 80 grams already!( started 70% humidity in jars and go for 62% over 3 weeks) Just finished cuting down some of the cookies right before uploading this, those are some super heavy dense nugs. *Update*95 grams dry weight so far Purple punch finally has a few blotchs of purple and will be coming down tomorow night just ran out of time today, that plant is just toppling all over and cant hold evrything up!

This week I keep cheking the ripening by shooting supermacros and analysing thricomes and pistils. Watermelom is the most compact yet the first ripen, denser and stickier with healthy leaves with no yellowing at all. Dosidos is bigger and well spread after the training but despite many buds (kinda violetish) they are really not as beautiful as Watermelon's. Mimosa is going on as it has always been late...I decided to try to speed up by reducing the hours of light (from 20 to 17) and the intensity mimicking autumn. As trichomes are getting milky soon I plan to harvest Watermelon and Dosidos next week. See ya 🙏 happy growing buddies!!

The buds smell very tasty and look very good so I'm really excited. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber. As always, it came to the darkroom 48 hours before harvest :-). There it will now remain after harvesting at 62% humidity for 8-12 days before it is put into the jars for fermentation with 62% boveda packs :-). so week 11.. The gorillaz are carrying on beautifully, however I realised having 5 plants sharing one reservoir is now quite a bad idea.. 2/5 of them look to be well into flower, fattening up and some tri's starting to turn cloudy but look like theres still plenty of fattening up to do. The other 3 are now just beginning to fully pistil up so will still be requiring flowering nutes when I should be beginning a flush on the other 2.. any comment or advice on this would be greatly appreciated!? The Stardawgs have basically grown into tennis balls. Such a vast majority of bud sites all the way down look so much larger than I could ever have hoped and i've had to tie some of the buds to the main colas!! I will Be starting the flush this week as most Tri's are now cloudy i'd say around 4/5 currently but more throrugh macros will be taken as the days progress. The only problem i've had is some of the sugar leaves on 2 of the plants have really taken a beating and show some strange signs. I think the LED's aren't to be under estimated and i've battled some burning and what seems to be calmag issues through the grow.

2 less hours of light, will remain on 12/12 schedule. still flushing.

Overall looking good, despite the persistent spider mite problem. Spraying them with my garlic concoction for that. Having cooler temperatures now; Green Crack tends to display a show of colors when exposed to colder temperatures during flowering. I'm starting to see a few red streaks in the flowers. Giving them their last feed this week. Going to start flushing. Ordered a pocket microscope to check on the trichomes.😎

Noticed that on one plant leaf tips are curled down and some of them are yellowish. As I am giving them enough nutrients and using ph perfect advanced nutrients it still may be the ph because these nutrients are meant for hydroponic system. Thinking that they might have a nutrient excess because how dark green they look. After topping their growth have stunted a bit but it’s normal. Overall they seem very healthy

D43. The start of a new week, and not much to report. ------------------------------ D46. The reservoir is finally just about empty after 17 days. I'll top water with compost tea and sprouted seed tea tomorrow before filling the reservoir again in a couple of days. ------------------------------ D49. We're at the end of the third week of flower, and things are on autopilot. I'm not completely happy with the soil I'm testing as I'm seeing clawed and burnt leaf tips. Maybe I'm being picky, as it's relatively minor, and the plant looks happy overall, but I have never seen this growing in my own soil mixes. I filled up the reservoir with 7 liters of water @ pH 6.0. I adjusted the pH to be on the lower end since it has a tendency to creep up over time. ------------------------------

Day 71: The left plant is starting to show some of the same problems I see on the right plant so I am going to flush her too tomorrow. I think that it is mostly due to the light stress from before, it is just showing now, but to be safe she gets a flush too @5.8 ph Day 73: Hmmmm... It is difficult to see if the problem persists, or its just the affected leaves that will not recover. Should I remove these "sick" leaves? - They seem to be happy abut the new light intensity as some of the problems is defiantly improving like the leaves are praying, and the sides of the leaves does not seem to bend as much. I have been very gentle with the feeding, after having done 3 flushes (15L at 5.8 ph) and have updated my feed schema above Day 75: I am sure that I had some light-stress, and it is over now, but I don't think I see a full recovery.... I think I see the leaves to get more yellow but it might just be as mentioned before, that the sick leaves won't recover but I do not know what to do from here. Should I just leave them, or do you growmies have any suggestions? The grow has, and is, very slow in my opinion but I still see progress UPDATE: I decided to doe some heavily defoliation. It might have been too much for the left one. I haven't done much defoliation, but they where so bushy, that I thought it was necessary to get light on all my buds. Also I wanted to get rid of those "sick" leaves. I think I am on the right track, and the symptoms I see are old problems now
