Welcome back to Fat Yappa's ladies and gentlemen, its been another mad week in the garden. This week these girls have began to produce some serious quantities of bud sites, but the transition into flower has not been without its adversity to be conquered. Gone is the humidifier, and the battle with humidity has commenced. All of a sudden the three larger Banner ladies, together with their Wedding Cheesecake Fastbuds cousin in Coco Coir have levelled up from 2.5L per plant ever four days, to 2.5L every two days, which has increased the humidity substantially, and this week has mostly been a battle to get the RH down to 50% or below, which has meant the tent door has been open as much as situations have allowed for that, the grow tent heater has been turned off, and my central heating has been ramped back up to 21c in an endeavour to dry the air some what, and the room in which the grow tent is situated has seen the addition of an old but reasonable dehumidifier on loan from my parents. I have also had to put some further serious thought into air circulation, and the T6 has been ramped up to level 6 as a constant, the intake fan has been increased, and Ive lowered one of my 40w fans closer to canopy level. The other 40w fan is situated in the top back corner, opposite the carbon filter to try and prevent stale air from building up in there, and I did try and lower this one also, but the way I have it wired, the plug flex would only allow me to gain a couple of inches. Circulation has improved, but is still not ideal across the entire canopy and this has caused some anxiety in regard to humidity and mould etc. To counteract this, and now that bud sites are developing, gaining a clear vision of which fan leaves could be removed, there have been a few defoliation session this week. Nothing major, maybe a couple of handfuls off the the older Bruce Banners, yet compared to the Wedding Cheesecake in Coco, which stands at a whopping 28 inches, towering over everything else in the tent by almost a foot now, despite the LST, which is much less of a leafy specimen and has only lost a dying leaf or two. In terms of LST, I have continued to perform the technique two or three times a week on all the plants, yet have stopped on the four larger plants in the past few days as I fear their stems are becoming too rigid for it now, and to further add to this, there is literally no more space for them to go besides up. The Wedding Cheesecake in Coco is a concern, with it being so high above the rest of the canopy, but there is literally nowhere else to tie her down. I will continue on the smaller Wedding Cheesecake, growing in living soil, and the Bruce Banner runt for another week or so, which at the moment I would describe as being in pre flower, and seem to be about a week behind the other four, until I feel the same fears in regard to the technique damaging them. As hinted at above, space is becoming an issue, housing these six big autoflowers in a 4x4, and the five plants that were originally intended would have been more than adequate to fill the space, and things have become so tight in there that I have had to remove the intake fan and place it on the outside of the tent, but the increase in sound from this has left me dissatisfied with this as a permanent solution. The increase in intake and out take fans, and the edition of the noisy old dehumidifier has caused noise to become a slight issue, but I will be ordering a good, modern, efficient 20L dehumidifier tomorrow and hopefully this will aid significantly toward solving a number of this weeks issues. With most adequate timing, the click from the timer on the sf4000 signals lights out on another day in Fat Yappa's Garden, its time for me to zip these ladies up and tuck them in for the night, so I must bid you all farewell for another week, and wish that all is growing well for you too

I repotted one plant of unknown origin, but I’ve removed it from the tent because it’s totally different to the others, I think this is the seed I found in a bag of weed I’d bought locally but she wasn’t growing well and all her stems and stalks were like rhubarb, anyway the others are all at different heights and stages I think, the tallest being 40 inches and very spread out stems the next is 26 inch, then 19 and 14 inch!! I’m not sure what stage they are and I have noticed they are wilting slightly, I topped up the soil as the roots were showing, I’m only giving them 1ml floral gro per 1 litre water, I really don’t want them to fail now I’ve got this far!! It’s difficult keeping the lights even as the plants are different sizes, if anyone can have a look at the photos and let me know what stage you think they’re at I’d be grateful

I like the structure of this plant it starting to look pretty healthy ima hook up the watering system soon and flip to flower soon aswell

Week 1 24 hours ethos popped and began to stretch Temp 76 humidity domes on top 5 of 5 out going directly into pots and 24 hour lighting on day 3! gonna run 24/7 for 30 then switch over hopefully. Nothing added but FishShit and rootdrench to pop

Another good week in the garden. Weather outside has turned cooler and wet but tent keeps an even 25c at 60 RH and smells great! I keep making excuses to put my head in n take a big breath. They still taking water every morning and dry within 24 hrs but I think she is starting to slow down now. Pistills turning darker and buds getting sticky n fat. Bit of frosting on the topmost sugar leaves and are beginning to fade in colour. Cleaning my loupe ready for next week. Titan is doing great too, can't wait for her to have the tent to herself and see what she can do.

This they popped after 2 days of being in the soil. They’re stretching but not too much. I have a fan blowing against the wall in my 2x2 grow tent. I have the phlox on 2x4 grow light on the lowest level 18” above the plant with an avg temp of 75 & RH of 47%.

Update July 30 102 °F Plants now need to be watered twice a day with 3/4 gallons. All my garden is burned except these incredibly girls, is a hard challenge. I can't understand not how much these plants survive but how they thrive instead Very hard to stay outside, very hard to take decent pics, very hard to sleep, to breath too. Closed at home I am building a dry trimming dock with a 120 microns sieve which I will then use to beat the dry trim in the Moroccan way. On Monday 27, the first day of the second heat wave, 90 ° F, the plant already begins to show signs of low heat stress and the forecasts are very bad, this could last for 2 weeks. This is a problem for me because I have planned to start stressing the plant with underwater, an impossible mission in this heat. For the same reason I'll stop to defoliate. I was forced to bend the tallest branches again for privacy reasons, this girl is fucking vigorous. From now on I will stop counting the height and the water, the first because the plant is completely folded 3/4 times and has exceeded 75 inches abundantly. The latter because I water them directly with the water hose. I will report only nutes when gived. Grasshoppers are starting their fucking job chewing leaves but I don't care, this resilient girl has tons of leaves so I'll let them to make defoliation in my place, checking only the new sprouts and for mites. Occasional mealybugs are prompted burned by my lighter, the best method!!! Still waiting for stigmas. PK has almost 20 thick branches with fantastic lateral shoots, I bet this resilient bad girl will be a heavy yelder. 06/20/2019 Transplanted! Finally! Into my own compost, see the baby worm in second video, coming out for the camera, As if on prompt. Amended with 0-5-0 to help roots lessen transplant shock.and get her comfy ASAP.She should adjust quite well. It will be a great week outside for transplant according to the weather man.

2020-08-03 Had to add some yo-yos as the main colas are getting ripped now. I have had to mash the plant into the tent, it's hogging all the light from plant 2 but oh well, not much I can do now and the yield from Plant 1 will be nice. Running same nutrient ratios still. Plant 02 has never matured into a full drinker, plant 01 is up to a gallon of water a day and is doing great on 800 ppm. 2-3 weeks til harvest!!

Not qui te ready ! I think I'll be startin to flush the big one by the end of the week, seems like it's near the end. You can see that the trichomes are not milky like it is advised on the web, but it's really soon! I now give them 11 hours of light, and next week it'll be 10h. I'm finally seeing the end of it !
