📆 Week 14, Harvest 11-20 January 2024 11 January - I made a determination to cut light power to 25%, and go to a 12/12 schedule, instead of turning light offs for 3 days. After a review of current philosophies and theories - I understand there may be a possibility that coldness, not light, could be more associated with a terpene and cannabinoid boost during this end process. So I will try something new. . 13 January - Harvest Day. When I opened the tent, the smell of fresh berries, sweet, ripe, heavy with a slight scent of pine filled the air. I cut branches and all shade leaves off, without damaging the sticky buds, and hung them to dry. The closet was at a low 35% RH (due to the 0-5 degree F temps outside) and 60 degrees F. It will remain here with circulation for about 5-7 days. 18 January - The buds were small enough and the closet RH staying staying 35%, it was ready to trim and jar up. This wasn’t too bad a process actually. The leaves flaked off prefectly leaving the bud in tact, so most of the trimming was done by hand using my fingertips, not clippers. A delicate process but fast once you get the hang of it. I’ve weighed and jared them up, along with a boveda 62% RH packet #8 in with each. Here they will stay and cure until their peak THC/terpene levels are reached at about 30-40 days, burped daily until a RH of 62% is reached and maintained. 📑 Product Review: Hybrid Indica Dominate The outcome: 4.2 ounces/119 grams of quality bud in about 90 days. The developer says just under 65 days, this could be done, it would have to be manipulated somewhat. The buds appear large, compact in size, but not so dense, a true bush variety. They are however loaded with trichomes and covered in resin. There is an excessive amount of sugar leaves that make it more challenging for the beginner to know how to care for it in later stages, especially flower. 13. Woche, BW 7. White Truffle säuft wie ein Loch, Buds sind im Vergleich aber eher klein, dafür aber viel mehr wie bei den andren, denke viel größer werden die leider auch nicht mehr. Weiß nich was die Phenofee mir da gegönnt hat aber an ne White Truffle laut der Beschreibung erinnert die absolut nicht 🤣, der Geruch is extrem süß und erinnert an Juicy Fruit Kaugummi 😅 will mich auch nicht beschweren aber hab echt was andres erwartet.

Day 99. All 3 girls down. Wet trim . Can't wait to try them out. Scissors hash was so sweet ... 1.6 kg for wet plant is not bad too I think. Plant A should be biggest in this grow from all strains ... She has to beat 202 g. of AD. Happy Growing !!!

Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. 11/4 Week 6 Light training to get the buds in light and keep her dry. Watered 11/3 one gal @6.5PH - Fish Sh!t 5ml - Karo syrup 5ml Just keeping an eye on her 11/5 Gorgeous smell coming off her purple buds, reminds me of a taffy shop. Drooling over her Growing well got her into the canopy better. 11/7 Update and bragging! Watering/feeding day today, she loved it! She is turning so pretty! The deep purple looks like fairies stole in the night and are using the little brushes to color her leaves. He hairs stand tall! First strain I have seen with them this tall. The smell is sweet with a warmed fruit smell...for those that bake, closest I can come. Still have some questions as if this is a true Runtz. From her coloring and bud development and her leaf shaping she is a good match. She's staying short & bushy naturally but I still topped & defoliated. I topped and defoliated every plant. I'm trying to form them into canna-bushes. Hopefully I'm doing the correct training procedures to make them all grow that way both indoors and out.

Commencing week 5/Day 29: on Nov 21st Day 29 All is doing well now and a few more plants have roots in water but tomorrow is going to be well below freezing as well as the humidity has dipped very low Day 32 Still growing steady the cold temps and low humidity haven't hurt or slowed them down too much Day 34 Happy to say 6 out of 8 girls have pretty massive root masses developed in past week into bucket. I have been very lightly foliar feeding every day a slightly acidic low ppm solution. Lights were put back on timer since the temp and humidity are going back up I don't need the lights for heat. pH has remained steady for past two days in low to mid 5.8s. Is this too steady I wonder 🤔 I put on fans today today as well as under lighting LED strip. D35 Am check-in and all is going well. All 3 Gorilla Zkittlez are absolutely killing it, way bigger than the rest of the bunch. Although the 818 Headbands and the Raspberry Diesel are not far behind. Unfortunately both the Boss Hoggs seems to be runt-ish. One especially is really funny looking. But I always cheer for the under dog in the fight so who knows 😎 Turned off under lighting. Raised overhead LED Panels up 3-6 inches and re-oriented (angled) towards girls. *I've decided to break off the barely mentioned personal crosses into their own journal in the next few weeks in case anyone was watching or wondering, it's coming. I'll be editing this journal accordingly when the time comes to be more accurate and useful. Lastly I am adding a new journal today for "🍋🍰" aka Lemon Cake by Moxie. It's terpalicious 👅. super sugary and lemony on the nose. Does anyone from the US or elsewhere know what's "Country-Time" lemonade mix is?? It makes your mouth water and smells almost too much like the sugary lemonade mix. Stay tuned 💚🙏

They are happily growing had some problems with powdery mildew but got kinda rid of that atleast thats what I hope Date: 4.9.2024

Day 141 from start and this will be the last week in flower. Buds have gotten so heavy they split the stem. So I had to repair her because of that. But it looks like i will have a great yield from this one. I have 3 clones off her doing good. I definitely am proud of her and can't wait to get her cured. Disclaimer: This is the second plant go back a week to see a purple wonder full of fantastic trichomes that you can't miss. Let's be clear this Slurricane is a masterpiece of genetics, this time in a "normal" green color but still full of yield and with very high quality buds. It seems once again to be in California with Snoop making Bluntz of Slurricane. Technique used // In this case we only cleaned the plant at the bottom and let it grow free and happy to preserve the main cola. Better with the techniques or normally? This time we have two very different phenotypes, a plant with medium internodal distance. This time I prefer the purple plant worked with the techniques is breathtaking. The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Right where the divide was from being topped she split. I quickly mended the split with duct tape and crossed my fingers for luck. I also place a couple more support poles to help support her. With another week of flower behind her, the Papaya Sherbet is looking to be in great shape for the upcoming weeks where she'll be putting on weight! The grow was one of the best I've done, the strain itself is awesome, taste, smell and effect are all 11/10. If theres one strain I would grow again it would be this, if you haven't tried it.. it's a must grow. A hidden GEM for sure. Do not miss out!
