Since last week I’ve noticed I lil more growth on leaves it hasn’t been stretching as much as it was. I also had to transfer to a 5 gallon bucket noticed it grew more leaves and looks happy and healthy. This is my first grow and have been reading a lot of journals and different ways to grow. I’m still curious about nutrients and how much to give it. I’m on budget with money so can’t buy the top nutrients so does anyone know any nutrients that go for cheap but work good. I really want it blossom and grow i feel like it’s growing a lil slow.

Even though it has only been 4 days since my last update, I want to upload whenever I do more then just water my plant. Something that being said since my last upload I did put more of a bend in the main stalk and defoliated alot of the up higher and down low branches trying to keep it all the same height.

Flushed and using fresh water from here out :) starting to really smell strong, very sweet smelling. had to setup the carbon filter lol. Definitely looking forward to harvest time ;) Will add more pictures as the week continues.

Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Pretty good week. She's grown a full 10cm this week, new growth is coming up. She's mainly still filling in space but still stretching. I'm impressed how fat her stalk is getting and her stems are quite strong, no need for support yet. 💪 I noticed that she is drinking really fast and was a bit limp some days. So I increased the amount of water a lot this week total of 600ml. So far I'm constantly adding a little bit more every feed. Currently feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. No particular smell yet. Buds are just starting to form. Stay tuned for next week's update. Last week of growing for the cheese 🧀 from our friends ganja seeds! For the moment the plant looks healthy! We did some defoliation on the bigger leaves and lower branches. Now only water until next week where we will apply some biobloom to the soil!

Just starting week 5 will keep updating as I go been having a couple issues lately with some of the top fan leaves, they've been starting to get a couple brown spots on 3-4 of the fan leaves not sure what the problem is yet if anyone has any suggestions let me know. Update: Just ordered in a new ph meter from Apera I'm pretty sure my cheap $15 dollar ph meter was all sorts of messed up. UPDATE: ec going in .7 runoff ec .86, ph going in 5.7 runoff ph 6.6 I'll see if the ph goes down now that I have the new ph meter my old one was definitely off. UPDATE: Got the EC down to .4 gonna start slowly introducing nutrients back in, also got the medium pH down to 6.1 from 6.6. Finishing up week 5 think I've gotten things under control now just need to get my EC back up now showing a couple signs up deficiencies on some leaves but nothing too bad, I'm thinking Week 6 will start flower. Did a Flush this Week now looking back on it I shouldn't have done that that caused my plant to go into a deficiency, what I should've done was not flush with half strength nutes I should've used normal strength nutes but just lower the ph more that was the real problem.

I am a day early but I am in the flower room and figured I would go ahead and update. The girls are still pushing along. Sweet smell, very sweet with a bit of berry at this stage. Branches have been leaning for awhile now, but I came into a room with a couple bent over but luckily not broken. Who am I kidding... I would have done a quick dry and enjoyed an early taste. Week 7 is done at lights out and I will be 1 week from the early side of Barney's flowering window. I will be checking trichomes regularly from here on out looking for the signal that these girls are done. I am uploading a quick video. I hope it turns out as good as it looks on my phone.. This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.

Starting week 5 by flipping to 12/12 (9th June) - Hairs popped on the 11th Removing my nitrogen nutes and replacing them with pk13/14 which I will continue until week 6/7 of flower. Im hesitant to defoliate too hard right now but will do so gently over the next week. Everything else is just perfect - super healthy, with the occasional nibble from bugs, one of the minor issues with outdoor growing. However, the ladybird eggs have hatched today and they should make their way up the pot(with the help of a little trail of molasses) and go into battle for me. Update 14th - Still looking great, my battalion of ladybird larvae chilled out by their eggs for a couple of days but they were gone this morning and i spotted them patrolling the plant so that's a nice little bonus. Bit more defoliation on the 13th and just continuing to bend and twist the thinner stalks to hardy them up ready to carry the heavy nugs. Been hot in the courtyard the last couple of days, giving her an extra litre of water in the evenings. Watering will be every day from now on, 2-3 litres depending on the temperature.
