Holy crap can you say rocket ship hahaha. Thing grew over 10" I 7 days. I've only got 6" of grow space left before my light is completely maxed out soooo yea fingers crossed lol. She's got tones of buds growing all over and is looking amazing. She has filled this tent out better then my last few grows in this tent. The temp has been holding around 25 to 26.5 light on the last week and humidity has been jumping back and forth between 50% and 60%. I've jumped up to a gal of water a day plus a extra 500ml every other day for run off. My run off gas been between 50 and 100 above my input so that's good. Plants looking happy so I'm happy Well that's all Happy growing everyone!!!!

Yellowing advancing brow spots, some leafs drying and falling off. One girl I will flush tomorrow to cut on the weekend. The other 2 have more one week or 2. Is these yellowing hurt on the stage the girls are?

Week 4 Veg Report: Croco Girls - The Mutant Chronicles 🌱 Hello Grow Fam! Week 4 of veg is here, and what a unique and eventful week it has been for the Croco girls! These funky mutants continue to surprise and amaze with their one-of-a-kind growth patterns. While the colder weather has introduced a few challenges, we’re adapting and thriving together. Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. Shoutouts & Gratitude 🙌 As always, a massive thank you to: Terpyz Mutant Genetics for these one-of-a-kind Croco seeds. Aptus Holland for their exceptional organic-mineral nutrients. This plant is really starting to pack on the weight now. Buds are getting dense and absolutely covered in frost. The smell is phenomenal and very very strong now. I had to take out a few fan leaves that started to cover up some bud. Doesn’t look like this one will be too hard to trim after the dry. Light is sitting around 950 PPFD so she is getting absolutely blasted to the max without adding in CO2. No signs of stress ever in this plant. I’m guessing roughly 1-2 weeks before she gets cut. Will start checking at the end of this week. Next feed will be just CalMag and Silica.

They get topped again day 42, going to try and leave top two nodes per top instead of just 1, so each will go from 2-8 instead of 2-4, if they underdevelop I'll trim them off later. I think they'll be just fine though, saving any branches that reach out from primaries and lowers to make some.nice clones, so don't cut those yet, we will cut clones when we strip for flower.

Entering the second week full of doubts, are they stunted? I transplanted four of them into 8 l airmax pot. Also a little bit of something similar to mold appeared on the seed shells (grey little hairs). Can it be the mycorrhiza? I began adding Royal calk, cause i heard and readed that the autos need it since the begining(this one is susprisingly concentrated) and inoculatethe first time with the microbe photosynthesis plus,3 ml/l the first time and 1,5ml/l the next weeks along with a sugar application once a week in order to feed the microbes and fungi from the floor.

So everything took off in flower, I was super harsh with the defoliating which initially I regretted, but was surprised with how they packed out during the following weeks. In general it's impressive how hardy these plants are. Even the outdoor grows yielded some quality. Add some more nuets (overdrive and carbo load), before flushing about 14 days before harvest, next time I'll do this earlier and really the Runtz could have gone another week but my drying needs to happen in the same space as my growing for now. Apologies for the quality of image, I'm just using my phone and some bits I have to document, I collect records too, so expect weird noises lol. Build a rotating plat from a lazt susan I found, has been the best piece of kit added this season.

It's been a busy 2 weeks. Luckily i took pics and a video i just didn't have time to post so i'm going to do both weeks one after another. Great week for growth, started to see some bud sites. I did a bit of pruning and some more LST. More to get some light into the middle part of the plant than anything else. This plant is growing really well.

Day 64 - Starting week 10 and didn’t do much with her today. Tucked as much as I can and removed some really yellow and dead lower leaves. The buds are coming along nicely and the smell is starting to get really strong. Day 65 - Took her out and removed some dying leaves from the bottom and cleaned out dead leaves that fell from the top of the soil. Checked the soil and not ready for any water yet so put her back into the tent and retucked a bunch of leaves. Day 66 - Nothing much happening today, still not ready for any water yet. Re-tucked the leaves again to keep the bud sites as open as possible. She’s fattening up nicely and can’t wait for this girl to get done cause I’m starting to run low on meds, though I know she’s still got some time left. Day 67 - Gave the girl about a gallon and a half of water today, she was pretty dry. She’s definitely getting fatter everyday and looking forward to the harvest. Checked the runoff and was a little high, 7.2 but not sure now if it’s my pH pen or if it’s really high. Noticed I’m out of calibration fluid so ordered some today so hopefully I’ll get a more accurate reading after recalibrating. Day 68 - Nothing new to report today, she’s good on water and should have the new pH solution tomorrow so I can make sure my pen is calibrated and reading properly. Did a little defoliating as well. Day 70 - End of week 10 today and nothing much happening except she’s still fattening up and getting a more bluish tint to the buds. Will probably be giving her a feed of nutes tomorrow. I do have a few off colored leaves but mostly at the bottom of the plant so thinking it’s because they’re not getting much light. Gonna keep an eye on her and let her go.

End of Week 16 (9th week of flower) Final week of flower. Turned the lights wattage down at the end of this week to 400W to mimmic the sun moving further away from the earth during Autumn and Winter seasons. This also creates an overall cooler temperature signalling to the ladies that the end is in sight. This also protects the trichomes and ensures they don't get damaged and also dropped the The ladies are fading more and more into their vibrant autumn shades. With hues of pink and purple that makes me so excited! Feeding just PH correct water until harvest, which is around the corner. We are currently on day 63 of flower and checked the trichomes - just a few specs of amber and the cloudy trichomes are more prominent although there are still some clear ones. We will push to harvest within the next couple of days, around day 67-69 Pest Report: None Smell Report: Staaaaanky!
