Fractal week 18 & 19. 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. June 30, 2020 update: Fast Buds Cream Cookies... I have a total of 4 Cream Cookies going right now - 2 outdoors and 2 indoors. All 4 have started to start showing small bud sites in the last week. I still consider this part of the vegetative stage personally. Once I've seen the stretch occur and also see dime sized buds, then I consider the plant to be in flower. The 2 indoors are bigger with more nodes and bushier overall. They are growing on a 19/5 light cycle under a 315w CMH. I feed them all the same regimen of nutrients (Fox Farm Trio at 75% recommended strength). If its raining, the indoor plants may get an extra feeding. We have gotten a lot of (much needed) rain this week so I think I've only fed once in the past week, but they seems to love the fresh rain too. The outdoor plants are 16-20" in height, the indoor are 20-22" in height. I have one indoor and one outdoor plant that both show some discoloration on the leaves. When I look it up it looks most similar to Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) and there does not seem like there is much that can be done for TMV. I'm just gonna let them rock and see how they turn out. At this point my prediction is for a larger yield indoors, but I'm hoping for a better flavor and high from the outdoor. Also, I have a separate diary comparing only the Cream Cookies - check it out!!! 😃 Anyone interested in the other girls growing along side of the Cream Cookies can check out the other diary I have going "Dudes Summer Catch All Diary" I'm looking forward to next weeks update, I'm expecting lots of growth and more buds! I may also bend them all over at a 45 degree angle this week. I'll be using LST this time, instead of HST. The HST I performed on the Lemon Cream Kush seemed to be too harsh for her and had me worried for several days afterwards. Thanks for checking in! 10/29 Week 9 and she is doing great Continue to keep an eye on the trics not there at all yet Increased her light by moving a plant to another tent and focusing the the 3 LEDs on her. Time to change the nuets she is entering the home stretch. Dropping koolbloom increasing Peak and fish shit/recharge leaving bloom nuets as is just for now. The plan is currently to shift nuets to organic-ish and then just go on water only through finish, couple of days. Will continue to runoff twice a day so all salts continue to be removed. The idea is to allow her to finish clean without starving her, see how it goes. 10/30 Biology should be established, dropping recharge reducing fish shit she is ready to shift. Adding Organic Bloom nuets, strong dose initially (15 ml/gal) then 5ml/g from there. Cocotek reduced today gone tomorrow. See what happens shall we? 10/31 Nuets switched A single feed of heavy nuets and bugs then listed feeds twice a day to runoff as a flush - this is to see if any advantage, watching buds closely, still building, trics not ready still far too many clear of course. She may be a little slow but she needs to finish next week space is at a premium so hoping she finishes faster this way for one thing. Enough stress in the change so should get similar responses from the plant. PH to 6.2 Going to end the Si, no further need of it 11/1 Bud growth really popped over night, noticeable which is great considering the late stage of flower. Continuing on with this feed for today, see how it goes. Update: Looks good going to just water 1 gallon twice a day 10-20% runoff Looked at trics close about 90% white some clear a few amber, very sativa ready large improvement in just a couple days. Hello Growmies, We’re sailing into week 13 of flowering with our Epic Buzz, and she’s taking up nutrients like a champ. Her appetite has grown to a robust 2.5 liters of nutrient solution a day, prompting me to stay vigilant with reservoir top-ups every three days. With the flower stretch winding down, I’m prepping to add PK 13/14 to her diet, aiming to bolster her as she enters the final stage of bloom. The marks of a previous hiccup when the reservoir ran low are visible, leaving a few leaves to yellow with chlorosis. Yet, most of her foliage remains lush and unaffected, a reassuring sign of her overall vigor. I’ve opted to keep the blemished leaves to avoid any additional stress that might come with their removal. Beneath the foliage, a network of healthy roots is hard at work, supporting the development of dense, trichome-rich buds that are starting to resemble golf balls in size. These buds are clustering around the colas with the promise of closing up any gaps, a sight that’s building my anticipation for what’s to come. The snapshots of Epic Buzz reveal her current state: a resilient plant pushing forward, her unaffected leaves standing out against the backdrop of her less fortunate counterparts. The canopy is speckled with trichome-laden buds, each one a testament to the careful balance of watering and feeding that has been maintained. As we prepare for the addition of PK 13/14, it's with a watchful eye and an eager mind, knowing that each adjustment now can have significant impact on the harvest. What a plant! 2 of the 7 harvested a few days in front of the rest but they are amazing, the way they grew the final few weeks was amazing, they look like there double in size, maybe more compared to the lemon cherry, not slagging the 🍋s off because they look stunning, and smell like heaven, anyway, I can’t wait to get these dried and cured, but not to rush them 🙄😂, will update each plant as they come with a final update at the end with a smoke review

Leider kam es kurz nach beginn der Blüte wieder zu Mangelerscheinungen wodurch sicherlich noch etwas Potential liegen gelassen wurde. Stand jetzt bin ich mir noch nicht sicher was genau der Fehler war jedoch bin ich in der Hoffnung das der nächste Grow nochmals besser wird. Für meinen 2ten richtigen Grow bin ich trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Terza settimana

Einfach schön zu sehen wie die buds anschwellen, alle sind sehr fest und voller Trichome. Just nice to see the buds getting bigger and bigger, they are all really dense

This week i made a plan for the plants feeding. For start gave a small portion of nutrients like 1/4 from the suggested to see the reaction of the plants. Day 21: fim one plant (the plant referred as cotyledons now is going to be mentioned as fim).In a few days will top the other one.
