Flipped to 12/12 at the end of Week 7. The manganese issue seems to have been solved by lowering the pH levels. Ordinarily I'd strip most everything below the net this week, but a friend asked me to leave him some clippings until week 2-3 of flower. I cleaned it up a little underneath the net, continued to tuck new growth, and started to slack back on grow nutes, and slowly introduce flower nutrients. I was hoping to have a second Aglex 2000 COB LED to add to the tent for flower, but it may be another week or two before I can add it.

Not much has changed this week. Both plants are growing steadily, although the previously injured plant is slightly behind the other one. I expect this difference to balance out over time. You can clearly see where the leaves were damaged earlier, and they are now growing a bit twisted and deformed as a result. The larger plant is already showing strong indica traits with big leaves and thick fingers. During the week, the plants will most likely be transplanted into a larger pot and will receive their BioTabs treatment – including nutrients and beneficial microorganisms. Basically the whole organic setup. I’m confident they’re going to love it. I’ll be away on vacation for a few weeks after this update, so some diary entries may be posted with a slight delay. The plants will be taken care of and watered during that time, and progress will still be documented. Both plants were successfully transplanted into 3.5 liter pots and received the full BioTabs treatment, including microorganisms and nutrients. The substrate is based on reused and reconditioned soil with roughly 50% perlite mixed in. The base soil is BioBizz Light Mix. Since watering is done exclusively with osmosis water, about 7 g of dolomite lime per liter of soil was added to provide proper calcium and magnesium buffering. This run marks the first time following the BioTabs “just add water” strategy. The substrate was prepared accordingly and amended with Startrex and Silicium Flash. Before placing the plants into their new pots, Mycotrex was sprinkled directly into the planting hole and one BioTab was added to each pot. After transplanting, the leaves were lightly sprayed with Boom Boom Spray. The substrate was then watered with osmosis water mixed with Bactrex. Everything went smoothly and the plants handled the transplant very well. From here on, it’s all about letting the biology do the work.

The Plants recovered greatly from being defoliated and grew new leafs around the budsites. At the end of this week i started giving some pk13/14 to support the bud stacking and bulking. In two weeks im gonna leave it out again. I hope its not gonna be too much phosphorus for my Babys 😬❤️

The bud looks thickening trichromes,more pungent and pistil change color to orange.

This grow was pretty simple ! They went a total of 103 days from seed! Very trichomy dense buds with the smell of Berries vanilla and skunk ! This is a must try for you all Fastbuds has the greats!!!

Frosty Frostbanger isn't growing any taller. I started measuring the cola today for height and width. It is 10 inches tall and I am not really sure how one determines its width. I took a picture and will ask a question to someone who is more experienced than me. I plan on entering this cola in a contest, however, I don't really know what I am going up against. :)😬 I have continued to feed my plant on a regular basis. It has been hot enough here in this area that I water/feed on a daily basis. We have a few more weeks to go until its harvest time. I am curious to see how big the buds are going to get. I can definitely see the dense, tight, resin-soaked buds that glitter like fresh snow in a sparkling winter wonderland as per its description of Fast Buds. . Buds also appear to be very compact. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. She's done! Whew! I can say that this wasn't my easiest grow. She had some issues in the beginning, due to over fertilizing (see diary) but she managed to produce some beautiful crystallized nuggets. I flushed her for a week but she looked so ready, and she's so loud, I had to chop her down. Stay tuned for the smoke report.

This week has been amazing! Everyone is thriving and we are getting ready for flowering! The smell is increasing, and over the last 4 day the have shot up almost another foot! I've also found out that splitting up my feedings into 3 smaller feedings for the week works best!

Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

Week 4! We're getting close to flower and so far everything looks well! This is what happened in this week: - I did some LST! 😁 - I increased the amount of nutrients and it seems the girls like it! - The plant on the front is growing more than the one on the back, even when both might look about the same in the timelapse. I also think they need more water. It feels (I could be wrong here) the roots are not reaching the bottom of the pot and I fear they might get root-bound because of that. So next week I'll saturate the pot with water and I'll probably try to tuck some of the fan leaves, the lower branches need some more light. 👌 Thanks for reading and see you all next week! 😃
