4/9/25 This plant is beyond frosty. Stacking up super nicely. Seems like she will yeild quite a bit. My only gripe is that she has like no smell at all. Using the foil as a soil cover is working quite nicely. the top soil is getting filled with roots quite well. Top dressed 1tsp of Bloom 1tsp microbe charge 1tsp bloom

Day 36 - In the picture, I demonstrated the efforts I put in for leaf tucking, the back half, so that light can get deeper in the canopy. A had also removed all of the flowering cover crop to prevent it from going to seed. It served its purpose and now serves as compost for my outdoor garden. Day 37 - This plant does not slow down! It is maxed out, for my preference, horizontally. Stretch is slowing down. Bud growth will now be the focus. Day 38 - She really needed a haircut, so she got one. Everytime I do this, I honestly scare myself. I know the potential these plants have, but a mistake that would cause additional stress to the defol can change everything.. cover crop is also cut down and breaking down in my outdoor garden. One last spray down before buds appear and a good feeding to push her through this heavy strip. Love to see worms hanging out on the surface of the soil, breaking down all my top dresses. Day 39 - She's praying to the skies! This plant isn't skipping a beat with vigorous growth! You can see how all those lower sites are now getting adequate lighting! Day 40 - Realized I had stopped adding picture to demonstrate her height. She's a great height! Honestly taller than I had imagined! Nodal spacing is super tight at the top. She's going to have some huge nugs! Really debating on getting another natural co2 generator to get higher levels during peek flower. Loving this plant!! Day 41 - Looks like I havent even taken any material off this plant! I almost wish I would have done a higher lollipop... I need to stop second guessing myself when I lollipop. Now I must ponder the thought of removing more material, or adding some side lighting.. excited to see these flowers start to stack! Day 42 - Life got a little busy for me. I stopped writing down daily changes or updating this. I still did my best to get daily pictures and videos. I will write about the grow as a whole when harvest day comes.

Moinsen, Tag 7: Ich hab schon wieder Thripse im hinteren Blähton gehabt, aber Plant Diddy hat genug Neemöl am Start. 💦 Ansonsten sieht alles gut und gleichmäßig aus. Tag 10: Die Thripse habe ich in den Griff bekommen denke ich, allerdings hat die letzte Dusche dann ein paar Spuren hinterlassen. Die Blätter der ersten Nodie sehen etwas trocken und angebrannt aus. Trotzdem sind sie ordentlich gewachsen und man kann jetzt schon sehen, dass die Black Dog etwas langsamer ist, als die anderen beiden. Das führe ich darauf zurück, dass sie eine andere Auto in der Genetik hat, als die anderen beiden. Sie hat die Super Auto drin und die anderen beiden haben die XL Auto drin. Im Moment scheint das Aer-DWC die Nase minimal vorne zu haben, was sich aber noch ändern kann und vermutlich auch wird. Endlich mal die in der Mitte, die groß werden will, hoffentlich 😅 Die ersten Ein-Finger-Blätter sind ziemlich groß und sie versuchen sogar noch Finger abzuspalten. Wirkt zuerst ein wenig Ducksfoot mäßig, aber das kenne ich schon aus vorherigen Runs. Ich bin jedenfalls hoch erfreut, dass sie ohne Zusätze so gut wachsen. Ich nutze dieses Mal kein Rhizotonic und auch keinen Boost. Es bleibt bei Vega/Flores A+B, Calmag Agent, PK13/14 und Cannazym 1/2 Dosis. Das Licht läuft im 24/0 Zyklus bei ca. 350 µmol/s/m², also einem DLI von ca. 30 mol/d/m². Dadurch habe ich keine Temperatur Diff. mehr, da es ja keine Nacht in dem Sinne mehr gibt und ich kann dadurch die Lichtintensität etwas vermindern. Ich erhoffe mir dadurch weniger Lichtstress, trotz hohem DLI und absolut gleichmäßige Umgebungsbedingungen, die sich überhaupt nicht ändern. Dadurch kann ich mich genauer an die Leistungsgrenzen rantasten, da die normalerweise vorhandene Dynamik in der Optik von Tag zu Nacht so statisch bleibt, anstatt dass die Blätter im Zyklus "rudern". Mal schauen, wie dieser Test so verläuft, aber bisher auf jeden Fall schon einmal deutlich besser, als ich es erwartet habe. Aber man soll ja den Tag nicht vor dem Abend loben....😅 Tag 12: Heute habe ich ein Video gemacht und danach leider erst festgestellt, dass die Black Orchid Auto erstmal so motiviert ist, dass sie sogar an den Keimblättern noch extra Finger bekommt. Sieht zumindest so aus. Ansonsten geht es ihnen gut, sie wachsen extrem schnell und der Run wird vermutlich wieder awesome, ich hab da so ein Gefühl 💪👽👍

Week 10: 29.03.2026 - 01.04.2026

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are topdressed @ ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we started with lots of sunshine and clear skies.Then we had a pop up severe thunderstorm with grape sized hail. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes. Day 2 we have clear skies and sunshine. The temperature is mid 70's. You can see the hail damage that occured day 1. The #3 plant was topped by a hail stone. Luckily it only got the top and didn't take out the side branches growing out of the 4th node. This was very fortunate a topping above the 4th node done by nature. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. Day 4 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏 Day 5 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏 Day 6 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 7 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. Overall this week was a success. We thankfully avoided any major damage from the hail. The girls more than doubled in height and really kicked out some branches after topping.

The pound cake auto is really taking off. I’m happy I didn’t top the plant and just let it do its thing. It’s gonna have big long bugs all over the whole plant is just gonna be nugs. Not sure what I did with this plant but I got the roots perfect this time and it’s showing it the growth of the plant

This week went pretty well, I did not get the final toppings done yet, so I will be doing that later this week. I am still feeding veg nutes, and running a 19/4 light cycle. I am hoping to get the final toppings done this week, and then keep her in veg until around week 9 or 10 then flip to 12/12 and see what happens. Day 84 - June 25 June 25 - 09.30AM Trichomes still not ready at 50/50 milky to cloudy. Soil is still moist. Will water either late this evening or tomorrow morning. I suspect this will be the second or last watering before chop. June 25 - 09.00PM Removed a dead leaf - I want to remove some of the dying leaves on the colas, as underside of plant has a beautiful purple hue to the leaves. June 26 - 08.45AM Trichomes are starting to turn milky, with 60/40 milky to cloudy ratio. Will water this evening as pot is getting lighter + soil isn't as moist. June 26 - 01.20PM Purple is here. I think it's time to chop tomorrow as I'm seeing more ambers. I'm noticing some bright green growth which I hope isn't the start of nanners. June 26 - 01.20PM Watered 3L. Chop tomorrow. June 27 - 00.00AM CHOPPED (Day 86). . June 27 - 00.00AM Inspected detached calyx with strange (I suspect pistil) growth. Many amber trichomes found. Strange, given colas I inspected were all cloudy with no amber, but this calyx (located at centre of plant) had plenty of amber trichomes. Perhaps this is due to recieving a higher than expected DLI at hotspot of light. . June 27 - 00.00AM Underside of Buds are underdeveloped in comparison - easily due to light blockage. I aimed not to defoliate as she entered flower, but perhaps with better LST and leaf tucking I could've produced more even yield. . June 27 - 00.00AM Trimmed Fan leaves and mostly necrotic foliage - want to avoid bud-rot at all costs, but I may have over-defoliated. . June 27 - 00.00AM Drying hanging upside down with oscilating fan above (2/10) and one beneath driving air toward a wall of the tent. There's also an extraction fan at the top of the tent. . June 27 - 00.00AM Humidity 60-62% & Temperature 64-66F. . June 27 - 02.45PM Temperature is rising in the tent to 69F, inside a sealed bathroom room. Sealed Bathroom offers no light leakage, but I might need to open the door and allow light + cool air in. . June 27 - 03.45PM Moved tent out of bathroom to get cooler air. Tent temperature was just under 70F. I've likely lost some flavour over a few hours - but now that it's in a cooler environment (with slight light leakage) - things should improve. . June 27 - 04.05PM Added portable cooling unit to intake, this should drop temperature by a degree or two hopefully. Ensured Fans weren't directly in path of buds. . June 27 - 04.30PM Humidity is 66%, I've increased oscilating fan speed to 5/10 to combat this. . June 27 - 08.50PM Humidity is 60%. Temperature is 66F . July 1 - 09.00PM Branches still bend - not snap. Will trim and start cure process tomorrow. Leaves shrivelled up. . July 2 - 10.00AM Rough Trim, and placed into cure jars. 58% RH and 60% RH Probably should have harvested last night. Will maintain RH in jars via burping. Roughly 2oz (56g) of bud harvested.

It was a easy strain to grow and was happy with the several watering she needed! I was feeding her every couple of days and she rewarded me with some immense dense buds! I have one more of this strain that might be heavier! I just got done with my 2nd plant and she was a big one! Got 792grams or 27 Ozas Wet weight! My best so far with a 5 plant limit this is the weight of only 2 of the 5 I grew..
