Week 8 and the Tart Pops girl is looking frosty and fragrant — sweet candy terps with a tangy twist filling the tent. Buds have packed on some serious weight over the past two weeks, with dense colas coated in a thick layer of sticky trichomes. The colors are starting to show hints of purple and pink under the sunlight, giving them that “dessert shelf” look. Pistils are about 70–80% turned, and trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few clear still hanging around. Feedings are being tapered down, and the plants are cruising into their final phase before the flush begins. Estimated harvest window Day 63–70 (Week 9–10) depending on trichome maturity. A few more days to let those terps peak and resin fully ripen before the chop. The Tart Pops are almost ready to live up to her name — sweet, sticky, and seriously tempting.

Well i broke a branch right off Bubba Cheese cake #2 stem by slightly trying to move a 3 gal pot lol ouchie They will both need supports fyi. Anywho, I either out did myself or these are the longest trichomes I've seen. #2 is bigger n frostier. #1 smells like freaken candy...and i mean the good colors you save for last lol. #2 is more muted but creamier and maybe hopefully some cheese. Increased exaust fan speed, Increased oscillating fan speed. Reduced lights to 11/13. Adjusted far red, adjusted morning to come on later at night and turned off the heat mat (yes i had a heat mat lol). That should hopefully bring out any colors but it seems this one may stay green af. Another grower is going to week 20 i think in flower and still no color change....in my experience that means this wont taste anything like earthy wood anthocyanins.

I am so amazed on how well this plant is growing straight from seed. It didn't occur to me that I should have clone at the early stage of mid - stage of veg growth. Added 2 Tbsp of Dr. Earth Bloom.

Plants are all doing well and growing fast. The lights are still a bit strong for these guys so I moved them lights up a bit. Fed with fairly strong veg mix, thena supplement and water only feed once they had dried, and then a strongv eg feed again at the end of the week. The plants are burning through Nitrogen very fast. The canopy is almost completely filled in. Once every hole has a node or two I will begin the flip into preflower. I defoliated heavily to increase the amount of light getting to the center nodes. By two days later the plants had bushed out quite a bit. I think one more week before Flip should suffice. The Maui clone has quite a bit more nodes than the seeds. But the seed plants have much sturdier and healthier looking structures. I am excited to see if any other phenos express themselves. The Maui clone has been a great version in previous grows,

This pretty lady born on 2/19/2020 she is 10days old being a beauty. I’m really excited to see what she has to show the world. Shout out to sensi for the awesome genetics. Let’s watch and see what she has to tell us. She’s been growing in fox farm ocean Forrest and peralite. Hasn’t been feed yet but we shall see what this pretty girls got.

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity

Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She's over 5 feet tall now and is stretching! She has maintained excellent vigor, color and has shown great resistance to pests and other stressors! 7/6- Yesterday we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod approx. 3g of water from the well, via garden hose.🌱🚿. 7/8- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and today, after watering her with 5g of well water, I gave her a good going over, looking at all the leaves topside and underneath and removing any leaves that were either yellowing or had other issues. Since that day I treated her soooo bad: just sometimes water, nearly no fertilizer, placed her inside a tent, in a glass house and sometimes even outside for days... I totally forgot when she started to bloom or how long she was even growing.

We’re in Week 3 of the flowering phase, and let me tell you, the ladies are lookin’ fresh as hell right now. Everything's running smooth, no stress. The buds are starting to show up like diamonds in the rough, you know what I’m sayin’? The girls are growing like real queens, standing strong and firm, like they know they’re about to take over the spotlight soon. Nodes are tight, no stretchin’, everything stayin' solid like a real OG. Lights are on that 12/12 cycle, and the nutes are mixin’ in just right – no overfeedin’, no deficiencies, just smooth sailin’, bruh. Water game is on point too – pH is dialed in, no dry-out drama. Roots are doing their thing, and the ladies are sucking up that H2O like they’re thirsty in the desert. We’re usin‘ that clean and pure Osmosewasser. So far, everything’s rollin’ as planned. And that changes everything about how we read them. ⸻ 🔁 Quick Recap — For Anyone Arriving Now • 12/12 from seed • Hand-watered • Organic + mineral approach • Multi-layer LED system: • Over-canopy • Inner-canopy • Under-canopy (almost fully active) • CO₂: ~909 ppm • PPFD range: ~850–1200 (height dependent) These are not low-intensity plants. The room is tuned for consumption. And not every plant is ready to eat like this. These are. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Snapshot • 🌡️ Day temp: ~28°C • 💧 RH: ~65% • ⚡ EC: ~2.9 • pH: ~6.5 • 💨 CO₂: ~909 ppm Now let’s address the elephant in the room: “28°C in flower? Isn’t that hot?” Only if you misunderstand LED physics. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf VPD — Not Room VPD Under LED lighting: • Minimal infrared radiation • Leaf surface temperature runs 2–4°C below ambient • So while room reads 28°C, leaf surface likely sits 24–26°C With RH at 65%: 👉 Leaf VPD lands right in early–mid flower comfort zone. Signs that confirm it: • No tacoing • No stress curl • No bleaching • No claw • Strong praying • Fast metabolism • Uniform green tone We guide with room readings. But we decide based on leaf behavior. And the leaves are calm. ⸻ 💧 EC 2.9 — Why So High? Because the room demands it. Let’s break it down: • High PPFD (850–1200) • Elevated CO₂ (~900 ppm) • High transpiration window (correct VPD) • Strong stretch phase (week 3 flower from seed) This creates a high-consumption environment. EC isn’t high because we want it high. It’s high because: • They are eating. • They are stretching. • They are metabolically active. If EC were too high, we would see: • Uniform tip burn • Dark clawing • Slowed stretch • Salt stress patterns We are not seeing that. We are seeing appetite. Important note for readers: Not all plants should be fed like this. You must read your room before copying numbers. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Light Haircut, Not Surgery They didn’t desperately need it. Lots of flowers everywhere on Day 50

Hola a todo el mundo!! Perdon por el retraso🙏😅. Bueno esta semana estuvo muy estresante para las plantas, comencé con una pequeña defoliacion, y a los días, trasplante. La verdad que para ese stress las plantas han reaccionado bastante bien, de hecho algunas han duplicado su tamaño en estos 7 dias.💪💪💪. Las #gorillacookies de @Fast_Buds siguen creciendo de forma vigorosa💪💪😅😅. Las laughing budda de @Barneys también son una genetica que se presta para estos cambios drasticos😅. De hecho 1 ha llegado a los 50 cm, y como las demás tienen una altura similar decidí sacarla del cuarto y regalarla a un amigo. Con respecto a los fertilizantes use un poco de shanty de namaste, algo de trico mas de Namaste y agua..solo eso.
