~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering her daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and she stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is! 1/23- I watered/fed today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. She's looking fantastic and I'm really looking forward to Week Five of flower where she should really start to strut her stuff! 😍💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! She drinks like no other auto I've grown before she loves the nutrients but I'm keeping the PPMs below 650 for now. I'll be testing her a 750 this week and if she continues showing no signs of deficiencies I'm leaning on trying the product from Green Planet called Dense which is 0-0-62!!! This week all plants but the Sweet Tooth will be getting Massive nutrients from Green Planet which does wonders for getting those fat colas.

Week six I’ve been watering when dry and I bumped the nutrients up a bit. I started to prune some of the lower fan leaves to help with the bud growth. Everything looks to be going well with Billy by Mandy still seems to be pretty small.

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Both the girls are doing very well and are continuing to stretch. No problems at all from either one of the plants. They deff started sprouting there pistols and where Alaskan purple fell behind in veg, she is now ahead in the flowering stage. The bottom leaves shrivelled which I am aware this will happen during this stage so I cut them off and there is a little nutes burm on Alaskan purple so the next two feedings will be with distilled water with pH of 6.5.

welcome to Day 29 15/1/21 she has grown so much in 1 week and that makes me happy as she was quite small. I have done light trimming of the lower leaves and toped up the res with the addition of flower nutes. that's all for this week happy growing and as always keep your stick on the ice

Purtroppo le 5 genetiche con la p hanno sviluppato le 🎱 🎱 ed ho preferito tagliarle per evitare stupide impollinazioni alle altre 20. Purtroppo si è staccata la corrente ed una vokta attaccata mi è rimasto il display del deumidificatore acceso durante il periodo notturno, CHE SFORTUNA!!! Ma si va avanti ancora più cazzuti di prima! Le piante sono bellissime le ho defogliate e fertilizzate questa settimana ora si finisce il tutto. Vedremo nelle prossime cosa succederà!!! Grazie a tutti per il supporto 🔥🔥🌲🌲

Haze 1 presented as male and was promptly culled from the room, leaving Haze 2 as a confirmed female. With the open space, Skunk #1 has been moved in alongside her. It's a solid lineup to have two foundational genetic legends growing side-by-side. The Haze stretch is also living up to its reputation. The vertical growth has been aggressive, with the plants more than doubling in size, jumping from 16 inches to 34 inches. Additionally, I've observed that both the Haze 2 and Skunk 2 plants are consistently going into shock for a full day after watering. I am certain this is due to the water temperature being too low. Moving forward, I will be upping the water temp from 64°F to 72°F to eliminate the stress response.

Sherbert Creamsicle is down!!! Small buds, but lots of them. BMX is just BEASTING away with arms of power. The resin is insane on these ladies. She's beginning to slow and ripen now. No more nutrients, just a weekly worm casting/molasses tea to keep my soil healthy.

UPDATE!!! Guys I need some advice, after watering the plants yesterday I noticed these "Rust" marks in the BlackBerry. Are these still Cal/Mag deficiency spots? none of the other plants have them. Hi Growers, I'm surprised how fast the plants have started growing! The BlackBerry by FastBuds has almost doubled in size and has started producing frostly deep purple leaves and smells awesome! Eariler in the week i noticed some Cal/Mag deficiencies so i've added Shogun CalMag to the nutes and it is slowly clearing up the issue. The Zkittles by FastBuds has given me no issues at all this week and has started to smell like fresh raw mangos😍 The two SweetSeeds Honey Peach CBD plants have been awesome too, no issues with nute burn or CalMag. The HP CBD Plant on the back left was planted 1 week after the rest and has somehow grown to the same size as the zkittles and other honey peach. It hasn't started producing any pistills yet so i will be interested to see the yield difference between the two plants.

9/22 topped them at 4th node. some of them are looking better for mainlining that others. some of them i may not mainline and others i left an extra node in case i want to keep clones around. #1 is looking happy with the topping and looks really good. #2 is the only one thats been praying and is the tallest and strongest looking all around. #5 short and such tight internodal spacing that it makes it hard to see whats all there. just looks like a bunch of small leaves until they grow out. i may not mainline this one either be cause of it being so tightly packed it may make it 9/27/24 day 20 theyre growing quite well. #1 i ended up taking the bottom nodes. i was originally goi g to use them as clones later on but decided to just let her go with her 4 nodes. #5 is so tightly packed, she has like 8 mains all in such a small space, its hard to even make sense of it all.
