flushing... i am almost done...

8/30 Rained yesterday and pretty much all night. Plants looked happy this morning. I'm thinking about feeding today or tomorrow. The late flowering special kush doesn't have much longer and it will be done. I'm going to need to do another treatment for the thrips. Nights are so cold that I think they aren't a major problem. No signs of septoria either. No signs of ANY molds or mildew. Even where I took the pillar out but I removed a lot. I am noticing (especially on the pink kush and the special kush in the back) the wierd "top hat" lower buds like I previously did. I don't think it's the chipmunk. It's like they eat fresh buds and leave the top there. I think it might be earwigs but I haven't seen ANY. Birds have been keeping my garden pretty clean. Almost everytime I walk down there it's like a flock of birds takes off lol. I was watching the little finches all perched on my cage. I've seen them dart in and grab a snack. It's pretty cool how it works. Symbiotic relationship. I feed the birds amd they help keep my garden pest free. EDIT: Went to check the girls around 430. It seems like everytime I see the flowers they've swelled in size. Especially the natural mk ultra. Everything is really coming together. Pink kush is behind but it's starting. I'm getting lots of fall colors but I'm losing lots of leaves too. I wouldn't have defoliated as good as I have if I hadn't had problems. I thought the plants were done getting taller or stretching but after this rain they ALL seem taller. The buds are swelling as well. I'm on the home stretch with the early special kush. Few more weeks. Everything looked amazing tonight. I wanted to take some pictures but I left my phone. Smell is greatly increasing. 8/31 I don't get how we got NO rain the ENTIRE summer but it's rained the past few nights? Maines bipolar weather I guess. I see the same shit as prior years. Something crawls up and eats small shoots and developing buds but leaves larger ones alone. I thought it was earwigs before. I'm not sure now. I'll have to go look at night and figure out what's eating shit. It's just small secondary shoots mostly. Stuff I should've pruned but I leave on so the won't eat my fucking colas. I got some work to do but I'm getting closer. 9/1 Well we made it to September. Pink kush is finally STARTING to form little buds. After some research (and watching those fucking locusts try to fly into my cage but can't because they are to fucking big. I was lucky I found that enormous one on the stalk of the furthest special kush right where the tip cola starts. Luckily I was able to get him. Didn't have to take pics or a video or even check if they need water. It rained a little last night and the buds were a little wet. I'm planning to feed when I get back. If they need water I'll give it to them. My early special kush is getting real close. I want to harvest at peak timing but sometimes exigent circumstances screw that up. However i think I'll be able to let this girl finish properly. EDIT: Went back over to check weights and everything was super heavy. Plants are all turning fall colors. I checked the trichs on my special kush, mk ultra and 10th planet. Everything looked great in the sun! Everything is swelling and getting frostier everyday. I'm hoping that the pink kushs will finish. My early special kush LOOKS like it should be done but it's not. Looking at the trichs and stigmas it needs more time. I've found on several plants that between the; giant caterpillars, earwigs and pillars that they can take a whole branch and pretty much decimate it in a night. I chased one of those giant locusts around my Cafe and it finally got out. Bastard was almost the size of a small bird! I should feed tonight and possibly do a treatment for pests.

9/14 Week 9 and she is doing fine Little vid she is front rt Nuets not changing for now 9/16 Doing well but some white tips are saying we gotta reduce the salts so will be dropping CT nuets 10% and upping PK to 2.5 Extra space is really doing them well Defoliation again tonight the war on stemmed leaves has begun 9/17 Held a meeting of the minds and decided the best course of action is to flip the light schedule so I can feed them more appropriately, twice a day. Leaving nuets as they are as this will drop pot EC. Setting the alarm for the AM before lights out at 7:30 and changing the sched to 6AM-6PM summer is done no need for current schedule. Lights be out from 7:30AM to 6AM long I know but should not bother them. 9/19 Lights on girls feed buds look fine Video enjoy

The streach continued and growth was good. Bent the taller branches down for a semi uniform canopy. Buds are building and all is well. With the warmer summer temperatures the room became a bit too hot and humidity was too high as well. Turned the A/C on and within a few hours the temp dropped down to 75 and humidity to 51%. Went away for the weekend so I will see what it is like when I get back. I dropped the veg nutrients and am feeding bloom and cal-max with molasses. Need to figure out and fine tune the whole temperature thing. This coming week I will do a full leave strip. Once that is done I will fine tune the canopy. Thanks for looking.

Gaia F1 is looking to be experiencing a bit of a growth spurt, which is nice to see! Hopefully, she will start progressing a little bit more next week. The leaves are a nice green colour looking very healthy, very pleased. I have added an additional 100Watt UVA/UVB lamp, as the uppermost canopy of Acapulco Gold is blocking pretty much everything in the tent. Hopefully, this will aid the shorter plants in surviving until I can harvest it. There will be so much more space and lighting. Can't wait! 😅 Here is what I did this week. 25.9.25: I watered with 2L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 Sea K PH: 6.5 PPM: 565 The fungus gnats have really increased since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm. Hello! Thank you again for stopping in! Last week was a great and exciting week. I learned a lot to say the least. Biggest lesson LESS WATER!! Haha the plants seem to be growing slower than I expected, but that could just be me rushing things along. 😅 I also added a metal grid to half of the ceiling of tent this week. The panels were only $6 each at Menards and makes hanging and organizing all the needed equipment much easier and not to mention it brings a cleanliness to the work/grow area. I highly suggest them. Day 1 Feb 1st- no water Day 2 Feb 2nd- Watered as needed. Approximately 15ML/plant distilled water. Day 3 Feb 3rd- Watered each plant with 15ml Coconut water mixed at 50ml/gallon. 1 Tahoe OG is growing nicely while other one continues to yellow. Im lost for what to do to correct issue as both are in same environment? Day 4 Feb 4th- watered 20 ml per plant. Moved two more super skunk seedlings to tent. Ordered a humidity controller so I can keep a more consistent humidity. Day 5 Feb 5th- watered all plants with distilled water at a PH of 6.3. Flushed Tahoe OG #2... notnsure why it was yellowing when all other conditions are.same.and Tahoe OG #1 is flourishing.  Tahoe #1 60 ml Tahoe #2 flushed 150 ml SS #1  75 ml SS #2 60 ml SS #3 90 ml SS #4 75 ml SS #5 75 ml SS #6 50 ml SS #7 50 ml SS #8 20 ml Day 6 Feb 6th- no water today. SS #8 died. It honestly never really lived. It sprouted but no leaves ever opened. Added metal grating and humidity controller. The humidity controller is amazing.. well worth the $. It keeps my tent between 67-73 relative humidity. Will be able to dehumidify when the time comes as well. I like a clean tent as well as save. All electrical cords minus 1 are at the top of tent and the 1 is well above the water line. I know this isn't a huge deal as I self water, but better safe than sorry. Day 7 Feb 7th- all plants got 30 ml of coconut water and a healthy foliar spray of distilled water. I've seen some good growth this week and hope to see it continue through next week. I did have one SS seedling not make it this week and one Tahoe OG hasn't shown any growth and is completely yellow/golden brown. I still have it going but not sure what to do or if there is any hope. 1/29/24 - Beginning of week. Looked good, was planning on letting it go another week but within a day the top leaves started turning yellow all over and I started seeing amber, just a few but spread out all over the plant, so last minute decision to harvest on 1/31/24.

Week nine of veg and the girls are stretching… all except the Purple Punch on the far left. She decided to go into flower last Thursday! She too is healthy and displaying some purple. Thanks for looking in at my second grow.
