the roots obstruct the drainage of the system and the water does not descend into the tank easily and the rockwools and roots are flooded, this causes the increase of ph in the reservoir and in the rockwools. this week I hope to solve the problem, for the moment I use a timer for the water pump (15 on 30 off). update: I solved the problem of the roots on the drain by folding the mat on itself with the whole pack of roots descended into the tub, a little rough but functional. but unfortunately I lost almost a week to flush the girls due to the flooding of the root zone I have to start halving the doses of nutrients again ... ... it was a bad week but maybe I learned something 🍀 water pump restored 24/24h Light lifted up from 50 to 90cm Ppfd 1300 > 1000

Aroma has begun as the flowers are forming. Pulled alot of the large fan leaves to get light to the bud sites. Lots of tops from LST training so hoping she will be a good producer.

I finally changed the photoperiod, and I'm very happy with how everything has gone. The last flush watering worked well to get the plant back to a fresh start with the flowering fertilizers.

´ Week 21 Finishing August, 23 degrees with some rainy and windy conditions during ten days; after that start a new heat waves (38 degrees tomorrow) with sunny days. The whole summer was like this: no really regular conditions. But it’s a pretty good test for finding a way to grow without any electricity during 6 month: preying to get a good harvest in quantity and quality. One of the lessons When you grow in Europe, west coast around 46°N, near ocean is to have an Indoor shelter to preserve from weather irregularity’s (rubbery and cops). There’s good year giving good fine vintage, bad year and poor harvest. To have a reasonable harvest: shelter is better! Daylight 13h - 7h30/20h30 (-3 minutes) Plant is changing to the final morphology. Flowering since around 3 weeks: we needs almost 7 weeks more before the harvest question. I was doubtful about the flowers size, but I compared to the last year diary and note that the evolution of plants were similar. Middle to end October will be probably the harvesting period: It’s because Indica dominant or low Sativa genetic is a reasonable option when selecting the outdoor strain. Normal flowering development for this pretty big plant (did the topping too late) good, easy resistant and satisfying strain for outdoor .lot of flowering sites, always vigorous without stagnation along the different and successive stages. UPDATE : Very aggressive defoliation was needed, (Week 4 day 27 ) room is only 3x5and was very full My goal is having a grow that is easy to maintain with Nice big passages UPDATE: They are showing no damage from the defoliation. The Canopy is growing back quite fast , alot easier to deal with but next grow probably only go with 4 plants , 2 white widows , 2 blueberrys. I haven’t decided lst or top , SUGGESTIONS???? Week 11 - 23.09.2024 - 29.09.2024 Well. Been a week, but I got a second larger grow tent (long story, but ran out of room in the 60*60 :/) so big one now in a 100*100, small one still in 60*60. Lots more room and tested the Light with Photone+Diffusor (tested against a 400Euro Light meter and they were the same +-1%.) plus the smaller plant is now at least 10cm smaller and was getting around half the PPFD, so gave them both seperate suns. So. here is the kicker: My wife informed / reminded me, that I decided to start 3 seeds and only 2 made it. " 2*kalini and one SOMETHING ELSE..... Just proves the point my last grow was good :D If anyone can identify the 2, I'd be grateful. I think it was OG or critical Kush.. but could have been anything really..
