End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. Tag 17 seit Beginn der Zeitumstellung. Der Stretch ist noch nicht abgeschlossen aber es sieht schon ganz gut aus. Da werden einige Triebe Potential haben. Morgen wird mit 2g Bloom Topdress nachgelegt. Erste Mischung zu Start der Blüte war mit 3g / L. Ich gehe von 9-10 Wochen für die Blüte aus. Der Magnesium Mangel bei der Notorious THC scheint gestoppt zu sein. Ich habe Bittersalz mit 0,5g /L gegeben. Silic Rock ist schon länger nicht mehr dabei. Da muss ich mehr auf dem PH Wert achten, für diesen Lauf pausiere ich damit. Bemerkenswert ist bei der Garlic Budder, dass direkt Trichome erscheinen. Dazu diese interessante purple Farbe. Ich habe keinerlei Ahnung vom Stecklinge schneiden, aber ich überlege das zu probieren. Am Ende der Woche wird eh alles kräftig entlaubt. Ist die Frage womit die Stecklinge beleuchten? Eine Q1W wäre noch vorhanden.... Wünsche einen guten Start in die Woche. Edit 17.02. Eine Nahaufnahme der Garlic Budder hinzugefügt. Ich habe noch nie so eine purple Blüten Entwicklung direkt ab Start gesehen. Interessant. Und dann noch Bilder der Blueberry Muffin aus dem kleinen Zelt. Läuft ganz gut, ist alles irgendwie kleiner, ist komplett neu für mich.

here are the kids in week 4. man did they blow up! I have fed them 3 times so far. the last 2 times have been with big bloom and grow big. they seem to really like the new soil and nutes. I topped Ursula and started her on LST. I tied down the 24k" ruth" 7 days ago and she just filled the fuck out! so im hoping to have the same results with Ursula. ol Kathy skunk really started to fill in too. I germed the last seed I had and started it in ffof. I have read that ocean forest can burn seedlings ,but its doing pretty well in there. we will just have to wait and see.

Came in well and has officially sprouted! I put it in soil and the hanging pot I'll be using for this grow. It's a small ~.5 or less gallon pot (tbh not 100% sure), thay I'm reusing from a plant I got at a nursery a while back. I thought it'd be neat to try and grow a hanging weed plant so now here we go! Will post when the sprout comes out

So far everything is going great. Girls are are stretching nicely approx 2cm per 24h. It's looking that will cover entire scrog net with these 2 beauties. Simple plan for the week. Training on the net and maybe selective defoliation on week end. Week updates: 20-26 Nov. 20/11 day 43 Girls adapting well to net😁 21/11 day 44 First watering for this week. 2.5 ltr each pot. Runoff approx 200-300ml from each. Runoff Ph Xena 5.9 Athena 6.0. 23/11 day 46 It's seems that they stretched at least an inch overnight 😁 absolutely love my 🍌💜👊 girls. 25/11 day 48 Second watering for this week. Approx. 3L each 🤤 runoff 150-200ml. 26/11 day 49 Athena was stretching so much that decided for sort of heavier selective defoliation and cleared good bit under the net. Xena is at the same stage of flowering as sister but she is still much smaller, branches are shorter and tinner, will wait bit longer before go any heavier on her. Was able to nicely relocate longer branches of Athena all over the net. So aufgehts mit Fettarschfrau. Gewählt Samen von Flo. Lasse nur eins von 3 erstmal keimen...also muss 100% Keimrate sitzen🤭...keine Selektion etc...und vor Allem ohne dieses Hopfenzeugs🤭 Kommen aber später sicher nicht in Living soil...obwohl ich Flo sympathisch finde, weiß ich mittlerweile, dass es einfach nur ein riesen Markt ist, mit dem man gut Geld verdienen kann. Mann muss lediglich den Gärtnern gut ins Gewissen reden und mit vielen Fachausdrucken wie "Bodennahrungsnetzwerk" etc. gut umgehen...aber es funktioniert. Wurde übrigens alles bei den Amerikanern abgekuckt...wie fast alles andere auch. Dort natürlich alles viel größer wie es z.B. Weather had been crazy good the last days. Plants are growing like crazy. Used a little Boom Boom Spray of Biotabs on the plants and now they look all nicely green again. Plant 2 and 3 where looking a bit light green before. Also going to give them some Orgatrex and Bactrex solution this week. Like the biotabs manual says in week 5.
