Here we are with another super strain from Royal Queen Seeds!!! This one was my first choice, but she was still not available on March, so I had to wait to have the chance to grow this super plant! Royal queen seeds sent me this amazing package full of gadgets and goods for cultivate, so I'm testing their organic nutrients to see the differences and the yield they will have on my tiny plants :) During this week I was not at home, I waited germination then I went to holiday, but everything was ok when I came back! For the moment the Hulkberry auto is under led light -a cheap one, just for first two weeks- I’ll move her outside when she will become a little bit stronger (I have a lot of snails and parasites in my garden and they literally love this kind of plant 😒) Thanks Royal Queen Seeds to gave me the opportunity to grow this beauty ❤️

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. 9/1 - Start of week four and all four of my Purple Microdots are female! That means I got 100% feminine seeds from this round and they are looking strong. One of the ladies is split at the main cola as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great. 9/6 - First signs of flower! Each of the four have little pistils coming in and they look beautiful. I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies and that's about it. Will feed at the end of the week.

I'll maintain the reverse osmosis (RO) water regimen until she ceases sprouting fresh white pistils, a testament to her ongoing development. It's a delicate balancing act, providing enough support for her increasingly heavy branches burdened by significant gains, yet the plant's structural integrity remains a priority. Visually, the transformation is captivating; she's commencing a magnificent fade, with the unaffected foliage adopting a rich, deep purple hue, bordering on an almost blackish tone – a stunning display of her natural lifecycle. This chromatic shift isn't just aesthetically pleasing; it's a clear sign of the plant's life cycle progressing towards its grand finale. The chlorosis-free leaves, once vibrant and full of life, are now taking on this regal, somber palette, indicating that maturity isn't far off. Moreover, the trichome-laden buds are a sight to behold, their calyxes continue to swell, and the once slender branches now require additional support to sustain their own weight. Day 77 This tall plant displays strong vertical growth with a sturdy central stem and several well-developed side branches. The leaves are broad and evenly distributed along the stem, showing a consistent deep green color that indicates good health, The upper section has vigorous new growth, suggesting the plant is actively developing. The pot appears adequately sized to support its height, and the soil surface looks well-maintained. It smells extremely tasty 😃, and this time I'm very curious to see if the pheno tastes better in the aero than the last time it was grown on earth. I would never have thought that it could taste better on aero than on earth, I always thought it was a Mhytos, but the last run with the Blue Gelato # 41 on aeroponic tasted even more intense than the same pheno on earth 😃.
