Già da adesso il colore del gambo risulta più scuro più rosso delle sorellastre, questo dice molto del suo tratto genetico…voglio vedere come si svilupperà, non penso di fare dei particolari allenamenti alle piante ma solo una potatura delle foglie e forse qualche piegatura ma steremo a vedere…grazie @Fast_Buds per queste bellissime genetiche 💯

15.08 Second week going great. The mimosa pheno I hunted is a true monster. Thick stem already nearly as big as the 1.5 inch rockwool cube. Easily over 1 m high. Stacking beautifully. I have a new setup for the 5x5 tent. Vevor EC fan 150mm. With temp and humidity controller paired with prima clima 900m3h carbocone filter which is huge. Also new Mars hydro fc e 8000 light with Bluetooth controller. So far very cool. We will see how it performs. Since I have co2 boosted we will have it cranking at max when the girls hit the bulk phase.

- 12/12: Transplanted remaining plants to 5 gal. pots. They seem to have taken it nicely and 24 hrs later I think they look bigger. - 12/12: Did some more defoliation on lower growth for light exposure. - 12/12: fed 0.5ml/L of alg-a-mic and 1ml/L root juice to transplanted plants and Bio Bloom 2ml/L + 0.5ml/L Cal-Mag feed for Cream Felanitx. Ph: 6.5 Saw some yellowing on lower big fan leave and lower leaves dropping because I was late for watering for 1 day. Some peole say the yellowing. is normal this far ir veg. Rest is ok and the plants seem to have loved their food.

Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Been a good week no signs of shock at all. I have only been watering them with Mills Vitilize silica supplement , i think ive been doing 1 mls per gallon, slowly increasing the dosage. topped 2 plants in here , now am i wishing i did it for some of the others . Hey fellow gardeners, Unfortunately, I couldn't complete this diary earlier because was busy with family stuff and work. So finally here we go with the last chapter of this wonderful grow session. Thanks for Barneys for another masterpiece, we had a truly unforgettable journey with this breed. Its a bit difficult to remember after so long time but we try to collect the most important feelings and thoughts.🌞 So i decided to choose this time a hybrid strain to complement our most sativa collection. The seeds germinated in no time and we were able to put them in the first small pot after only 3 days, after another 3 days except one, they emerged from the soil so the fun could begin. The vegetative phase was actually easy and vigorous, but we made a mistake that made it a little longer than planned. Luckily the broken main stem healed really fast so this extra week wasn't so bad. In this phase we had an experience that we never had before, and yes this was the 13 finger leaf which means that the plants seem doing very well.🌱😎 When we entered the flowering period I was afraid they wouldn't stretch enough as other growers reported. Luckily these ladies got lanky and even didn't want to stop the stretching, which was cause for concern because the time for the last defoliation and lollypop session was almost there. At around day 23 of flowering we made the last trainings and we finally could sit back and watch the magic happen. It was really touching and lovely to see how the colors and aromas change from week to week as autumn approaches. Basically, we could distinguish two phenotypes. One with the purple silk on the leaves and a smaller but rock hard bud structure. The smell of this lady was more pine and sweet at the same time. The other 3 ladies were pretty much the same when it comes to smell and bud structure. Sweet and fruity aromas were characteristic here. Apart from the previous ones, both phenotypes were characterized by cinnamon scent throughout the whole flowering period. It can definitely be said that it is the most frosty variety i have ever grown. I am really satisfied with the outcome in every aspects. First the purple pheno went to darkness with our DWC lady and after two days the other 3. Dried them for 7 days at 21 degrees and 60% humidity and for another 5 days at 50% humidity.⚔️ Trimming these variety was a bit challenging threw the closed bud structure but it wort all the time. We ended up with 368 grams of juicy, rock hard dried buds and 48 grams of larf and popcorn. After placed it into glass jars with Boveda 62% humidity pack. Was a very pleasant strain to grow. I would like to thank everyone who has had a look, liked or commented on this diary. Hope its been helpful in some way. Cant wait for the next journey which will start hopefully at the end of august. FBA 2025 turned Frostbanger was a fun grow in many ways. First, my friend gifted me the seed and I grew outside while she grew inside. It was fun to watch the plants grow in different settings and different growing methods. If you have been following me, then you know our weather has been crazy here. We have had lows of 50* and highs of 90*. We had a hail storm and lots and lots of rain. Today, I was. forced to take my Frostbanger down. I found a couple of buds rotting and it is supposed to rain for the next 4 days, so this grow has come to an end. But first, true to Frostbanger's description, "Just keep in mind, this strain’s dank, pungent odor is super strong—meaning a carbon filter is a must to mask the aroma in any grow room and she’ll make her presence known when grown outside" and boy did my backyard smell. Also, just like its name, it is a "trichome-studded beauty." Sticky, sticky, sticky. It also had a nice fruity smell, almost like a cantaloup. I like to wet trim, so I spent the past 2 days trimming. My wet bud weight is 102.19 ounces. Not A big harvest. Had to throw away some bud rot and I had to take this plant down early --But that is how a hail storm, cold weather, hot weather, Rain and more rain will effect a harvest. I'm happy to be somewhat successful. FYI: today's weather: It has rained 2.05 inches in the past 24 hours and expecting 1.6 inches in the next 24 hours.. I am pretty proud of Frostbanger's cola as it is 10 inches long and approximately 9 inches around. Wish I could have seen it with 2 more weeks of growth. I may not have the growing experience of others, but I am super happy with this grow and glad I could enter a contest. It was fun!

A big week for defoliation and lollipop. It is evident that topping an asymmetrical plant does nothing to create more tops. The 6 Strawberry plants are huge for 7 weeks. Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet. I believe the CO2 Exhale bag makes a difference in the speed of growth and development. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week. I hope to reduce the stretch during the first 2 weeks of flower. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy positions when I go to the beach. Simply planted the seeds a half inch below soil and watered them in... they each sprouted within 3-4 days.

July 19: second week of force flowering for Mimosa Shot. She’s doing fine and height wise has mostly caught up to the other plant in the wagon. Defoliated the understory to remove small buds and most fan leaves. Left some big fan leaves down below but took most out to improve airflow. July 21: doing fine. July 22: Foliar spray with Epsom salts and potassium silicate in the morning. The magnesium in the Epsom salts seems to help with the yellowish new growth. July 23: added another loose Scrog net layer this morning. Tying the net to water bottles to open up canopy to sunlight. July 25: watered yesterday with some leftover water from steaming beets for dinner. That water likely had lots of N because beets are high in nitrate and the plants look really green today.
