NEW WEEK 7 OF FLOWERING CRITICAL BY RQS Woohoo soooooo excited 💪🏻🤯🤘🏻 I am normally not so excited with certain things but these grows have definitely made me get excited every new week . It also calms me down a little bit with stress and helps calm my nerves somewhat. Also normally not very talkative to others but with the nice community of growers we have here it makes you want to start conversations and it helps knowing you get trolled etc . Tomorrow First day update Day 42 of flowering Critical Hallo guys/girl's not a lot to say it's a waiting game now critical will be cut down earlier then the cookies gelato will . i can take 100 of the same photographs but it gets a bit boring so I will update every day but maybe not ram it full with photos . Day 43 flowering Critical This morning with lights out i gave a nice batch of advanced Nutrients It's overdrive time . So far so good humidity good temp good plants looking good. Also learned i wish lesson to not remove ScrOG netting this far in. Trying to cut netting From the middle and went for the critical plant to cut around plant didn't like that and was waving all the way the wrong way so i ditch cutting netting further rookie mistake but only one little bud got lost in the process . At least i learn not to do that again lol try to video the tricomes on snapped little Bud Come look at my other diaries! This flowering week gave me some experience about watering because i used only hand watering method so i made a mistake when i watered in this week . some nutrient dropped upon some leaves of my banana daddy one (the second biggest of my babies). But i also experienced this on vegetative state so i can take care very well of my plants and they made a great start . Can't wait to see the flowers of my babies but i'm still trying to do another steps and to grow organic.

Day 63 Shes getting a bit of cannoning at her top leafs, probably from the light intensity. Her bud size isnt great either but shes putting on the trichome coverage now.

04/01 (M) As stated in previous update from last week (SEE week 25 update 04/01 (M) ) - Since has been fed accordingly and rebounding accordingly. 04/01 (C) Same as above for the babies (SEE week 25 update 04/01 (M) ) - They are rebounding accordingly as well - Never get to comfortable and execution are key - 04/08 - (M) - The Mom has bounced back nicely - The nutrient feed had to be increased to supplement for when the feeder malfunctioned - Her dead leaves will be pruned this week to prep for budding. 04/08 - (C) - The babies bounced back nicely as well from the EC/PPM/PH burn - Most of their has come back and numbers are optimal thus far. 04/11 - (M) - She bounced back tremendously - Ran her through a part defoliation (Round 1) - She has begun budding - She looks a little underweight but that is from clone stripping. 04/11 - (C) - The babies bounded back as well from the PPM/EC burn - Lost a healthy amount of the green during burn but it has since began coming back.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Black Muffin F1 de Sweetseeds. Esta variedad me resultó bastante sencilla de cultivary es bastante resistente, si no la maltratáis crece mucho y bien sana, la flor se ve increíble, tiene una cantidad de resina considerable y unos tonos rojos oscuros muy peculiares, se ven genial. El olor que desprende es bastante frutal con toques cítricos, no pinta nada mal, las flores están prietas. No da mayores problemas, el ciclo no es largo, cuiden con la altura ya que se desmadran un poco. IMPORTANTE destacar: En las fotos comprobaréis que ya no hay botes de cristal con sobres de bóveda, ahora hay Grovebags. Que son una especie de sobres o bolsas que retienen el peso, previene la aparición de moho y mantiene intacto el terpeno, para que el curado sea más óptimo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. IF NOT IM GOING TO TREAT THE THRIPS THAT ARE ON TWO PLANTS NOW. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH BT-K FOR NY PILLARS AND HOPE THAT THE DISH SOAP IN THE MIX KILLS THE THRIPS. I HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS SO ILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. BUDS SEEM TO BE EXPLODING IN GROWTH. OH AND THANKS TO THE OUTDOOR GROWER THAT MESSAGED OFFERING TO HELP. I APPRECIATE THAT. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome. UPDATE: THE PLANT IN THE TEN I SPRAYED LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I SPRAYED IT! I ALSO DIDNT WATER AS ITS UNDER 70° AND EVERYTHING I WATERED LOOKS WORSE THAN WHAT I DIDNT. WATERING NEEDS CHANGE QUICK WITH A 40° TEMP SWING. THESE THRIPS ARE GONNA HAVE A FEW MORE NOGHTS IN THE 40'S. THE CITRIC ACID SEENED TO KILL ON CONTACT. MY PROFESSIONAL BUDDY ADVISED TO ORDER GREEN LACEWINGS AS OPPOSED TO USING SPRAYS. HE SUGGESTED SPOT TREATMENT BUT AFTER MY RESEARCH ON THRIPS THAT WONT HE AS EFFECTIVE. I HAVENT DECIDED WHAT TO DO. I MAY ORDER THE LACEWINGS AND I MAY CONTINUE AND ROTATE TREATMENT. I DONT WANT TO OVERREACT (WHICHVI TEND TO DO) BUT I ALSO DONT WANT ALL MY LEAVES TO DIE. ILL KEEP THIS UPDATED. IM PLANNING TO GO OVER TONIGHT AND CHECK THINGS OUT. I MAY SPRAY A FEW MORE PLANTS AND WATER WHILE IM THERE. ITS TIME FOR THERE PLANT DOCTOR PREVENTATIVE. 8/20 I watered the two kush in the back WITH THE PREVENTATIVE DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR as they were dry I assume due to the wind they get. The one in the 50 I found one sep leaf. Looking carefully arpund the garden I can tell that I have a thrip infestation. First time I've fought this and it seems most people don't really know what to do besides predators at the beginning of the season. I'm too far along for spinosad. At least thats what I've been told. My pro buddy said to try to spot treat it. It's not bad bit I'm afraid it might be worse than I think. The plants I treated with citric acid look MUCH better. I think I'll dial the dosage of citric acid down and start with that tonight and switch up treatments. I can get rid of them it's just going to take a ton of work. I think I've had them before and I attributed to something else. I so think that the very early pink kush plants could handle spinosad. I hope so. The plants I watered the other day look overwatered. The plants I didn't water look GREAT. The special kush in late flower looks happier than I've ever seen her. The difference being we went from 104° one day to 72 the next with 46° night Temps. This week is highs of 70's lows of high 40°'s. I've got a lot of work cut out for me. Didn't do a video as I didn't have time but I'll do one. EDIT: Nothing needed to be watered at noontime and I'm trying to not overwater so I left them. The two I watered this morning are fine. I'm glad I caught this thrip bullshit when I did bit it sounds like it's going to be a HUUUGE pain in the ass to beat. One thing right after another. I've found those suction marks and the silvery shit they leave behind on pretty much every plant now. I'm thinking me using the leafblower (away from the other plants I THOUGHT) must have blown a bunch of them around. I'm not seeing a lot of bugs. Mainly feces. I did find a couple adults. Honestly, I've probably had these before and not known it or attributed it to something else. Literature I'd all about spinosad which of course I have on hand. AI told me I could use spinosad in early flower so MAYBE I could treat the pink kush plants with it but ill have to figure something else out for the other girls. I'm planning to treat tonight depending on where the research takes me. Not sure exactly what I'll be using but I'll keep this updated. 8/21 IT got cold last night. It was low 40's when I went to the garden. I watered the special kush in late flower and the mk ultra I kept natural. Did some defoliation. Found little feather on a large branch. Birds have been helping with pillars. I left out the plant doctor on those watering as septoria has pretty much been eradicated. Plants are drinking significantly less water. It went from 104° day time to 72°. Same with the nighttime Temps. Luckily with Temps like this the thrips don't seem to have spread. I found a couple lacewi g eggs while looking for pillars. Hopfully they will help. Maybe spot treatment and decoliation will he enough. I'll update as I go. EDIT: Went back over around noon and put up blue sticky traps and did some defoliation. I may go back tonight and treat some stuff. Not sure yet.

Day 57 - Starting week 9 off with a gallon and a half of water and nutes today. She’s doing really well and getting big. Finally really starting to bud up a bit and not just pistils here and there. Not really doing any defoliating until she’s buds up a bit more but she’s getting there. She’s still stretching like crazy and when she seems to slow down, she gets watered and starts putting on the inches again. Day 58 - Didn’t really do anything with her today. Just took her out of the tent to give her a look to see how she’s doing. It looks like she’s definitely starting to bud up and should be an amazing harvest, when the time comes. Day 59 - Looking good and starting to stack up nicely. Still has got a long was to go but all is looking well. I did chop off a couple of lower branches that are completely covered and I’d rather her focus her energy on the ones that are getting the light. She’s gonna need some water again by Saturday. Day 61 - Gave the girl about a gallon and a half of water and nutes today and removed a couple fan leaves as well. She’s coming along nicely and buds seems to be forming nicely as well. Not really putting out much of a smell yet but hopefully she’ll starting frosting up soon so I get get a good smell from her. Day 62 - Not a whole lot new going on today. Removed a few dead fan leaves at the bottom and checked her out under a scope and looks like the trichs are starting to form. Day 63 - It’s the end of week 9 today and she’s drinking like crazy. Going to give her some more water and nutes tomorrow. She’s really budding up nicely and looking pretty damn good. The stretching has slowed down a little so hopefully she’ll start packing on some weight and getting frosty.

Week 13 from seed — or as we like to call it here, around Week 9 flower on this 12/12 from seed run — and the Frozen North is fully living up to its name. Outside may be rain, but inside the tent it feels like a snowstorm made of resin. Animal Mints is absolutely covered, from the tops to the sugar leaves, and every day the flowers seem to gain a new layer of frost. This week is a very calm but very important phase. We are not “pushing” plants anymore. No heavy feeding, no forcing, no chasing numbers. Just water with Pure Zym, observation, patience, and allowing the plants to naturally finish their cycle. Last week we transitioned into this enzyme-and-water-only approach, and honestly, the reaction has been beautiful. The plants are still drinking, still swelling, still stacking weight, while the fade slowly begins to paint the leaves with those late-flower colors we love to see. And this is exactly why these plants look different from many traditional grows. From the beginning, this run followed a simple philosophy: let the plants work efficiently instead of endlessly forcing growth. 12/12 from seed creates a very unique structure and rhythm. The plants stay more focused, more direct, and instead of wasting time building oversized vegetative structures, they channel energy into dense flower production early. The result is a room full of productive spears, compact stacking, incredible resin coverage, and surprisingly efficient use of space and light. Morphologically, they really tell the story of the run. Tall but controlled structure, clean vertical development, excellent penetration, and flowers forming all across the plant instead of only at the top canopy. The under-canopy lighting deserves special mention this week because the lower and middle sections are performing way above expectations. Despite a few small LED burns on buds that grew a little too ambitious and got too close to the light, the overall effect has been amazing. Lower flowers are dense, frosty, and actually worth keeping instead of becoming forgotten popcorn. That alone says a lot. This stage now becomes almost meditative. Every day is inspection day. Checking flowers carefully for bud rot, airflow issues, hidden moisture pockets, stress signs, or anything unusual. Thankfully, everything is looking healthy and stable. Buds are getting harder, heavier, and more resinous by the day. Some pistils are already turning orange and brown, calyxes are swelling beautifully, and trichomes are slowly starting their transition. Right now we still see a lot of clear heads, with only a few amber trichomes appearing here and there. The goal remains the same: waiting for that beautiful mostly-cloudy window before making the final harvest decision. And honestly, this is where patience matters most. At this point, harvest timing is no longer measured in weeks on paper, but in daily plant evolution. Maybe next week becomes harvest week. Maybe the one after. The plants will decide. For now, they are still packing weight, still evolving, still teaching. Environmentally, temperatures may not follow the “perfect textbook grow chart,” but the plants clearly did not read the textbook either. They are happy, praying, resin-heavy, and productive. Sometimes the best approach is simply reading the room instead of forcing strict VPD perfection. Stable plants matter more than perfect charts. The macros this week also tell an incredible story. Frost coverage is reaching extreme levels, trichome stalks standing tall, resin heads clustering together like tiny crystal forests. Some of the close-up shots almost stop looking like flowers and start looking like another world entirely. This is one of those weeks where photography becomes part of the grow itself. Bringing plants into the studio, documenting the late-flower transformation, capturing the fade, the resin, the imperfections, the beauty — all of that becomes part of preserving the journey. Day 60 today! It says from harvest to seedling 67 days, but it’s lookin pretty good? The top especially, The bottom seems to be more clear I’ll move a light around and try to get it facing that way. She’s had plain water for the past week. She smells so good! I’m super excited to taste it and see an end weight! 🤩 💨

Pineapple Express looks to be coming in on the finish line, maybe 2 weeks tops on left on it. The ghost Train haze i the back of the tent is still throwing out all white pistils and i see bo end in sight for that one, the ghost train at the front of the tent however looks much farther along and may be ready in 2-3 weeks. they are all looking healthy, save for some fade starting to hit some of the leaves. the flowers are dense and sticky, i cannot wait to experience these plants after cure!

Apparently you can give your plant nitrogen burn with an organic fish emulsion. Live and you learn LOL

Ready for harvest now, trichs are 20% orange that's perfect for me. They've gone a lovely colour during flush week, dropped almost all her green and gone purple and yellow. Looks lovely, pictures don't show it very well my phone's not great. Responded very well to topping very even chunky buds all round.

Been slack with the updates as we are busy buidling a new greenhouse. will make sure I take nice individual photos for harvest though.

Welcome growers I have finished the tirth week of vegetation with this young PINK KUSH 🌿 She's pretti healthy and faster in growing The lower internodes started to increase in size and they are looking for a lights ☀️ I hope to find some great colors with this one and some good Kush stone.. Trichomes city too ❄️❄️ Anyway.. In the beginning of the week I have transplanted into a 3l plastic pot.. Usually my choice of pot is the smartpot or the airpot 💯 And therefore, considering that the soil will obviously remain less aerated than usual, I have chosen to use a greater quantity of coco coir in the substrate I roughly prepared a mix of 50% light-mix (Canna professional and Biobizz), a 30% of coco coir (Atami), 10% worm-cast or humus (Atami) and around a 5% perlite wich it's already present in the light -mix.. I have also put a few micorizzae (Micosat F), like 10 grams, in direct contact with the roots and around 4 grams of Microlife (Bionova) in pellet form I will use this last one also for making an areated Tea, but during flowering.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. Root-Juice (Biobizz) and Rizostimo (Biomagno) for the last time, plus a little bit of silicium (Bionova) and then Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) {This last two i have used in a foliar spray solution} Simply a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 About the lights 💡 I currently using for the first time, two Mars-Hydro SP3000, running at 25% of the power for now.. Next week im going to increase at least to 50% ⬆️ Onestly this lights looks pretty solid, definetly intense, with a spectrum really close ro the sun light One of the cool things about it it's that you can connected each one toghter with a cable and so you can controll the intensity of the lights very easy, in a precis way 👌 We will see in this months how they works And that's all..
