Had a few hiccups. Plants ended up developing a nitrogen toxicity from too much worm casting. I simply did a flush on them with water PH’d to 6.3 and allowed the soil to dry out

Part 1 of a video project I give myself for this run. And wow ,I'm absolutely loving this grow. The girls are preforming brilliantly with the training, although the Forbidden Runtz excelled with LST more so then the StrawNana, she is more bushy and compact, which made it quite tight in the 2x2 grow tent, but not overcrowded. I'm just a grower, who just loves growing. My passion was vegetable gardening, but living arrangements are different now and can no longer have a garden..... but it has opened up the possibility of indoor cannabis growing which wasn't a option for me before. My medium is a make up of reamended soil from my last run, to make my 25% supersoil base, 65% complete organic compost and topped off with 10% light seedling soil. I also fed a compost extraction once a week from WEEK 5 and they always responded brilliantly. I used the chop and drop technique when I defoliated which my worms seem to love and also used the compost feed for my compost extraction as a mulch layer every week after the feed, which covered the defoliated leaves. 23.06 Day 59 of bloom, from now on I check the trichomes more often. 26.06 Cleaned the tank and prepared a new solution, to flush the plants, since I see enough amber trichomes developing. I still add some major nutrients. EC level is at 0.6. I will continue to flush until 04.07 - day 70 of bloom, afterwards I will waterstress them, if they are not ready already.

Week 10 I actually thought it will be ready soon, but the trichomes still need time. I hope to harvest it before the end of the week. Not growing anymore, I’m pretty happy about the size, can’t wait to harvest it! looks healthy

2 Black Cherry Gelato - Clones from my clone guy 1000w LED, 4G Autopots,, coco/perlite 65/35, RO water, AC pro Controller and T8, 5x5 GG Tent with extension. Garage grow SoCal Another hot week in the garage averaging high of 88°. We just put in AC dehumidifier and we brought down the temp to 70 Degrees and 48% relative humidity with lights on for ripening. The girls are starting to finish the ripening stage and ready to cut the tops. Smell is unbelievable sweet and dank. As we’re at the final few days we’re running straight Jacks RO. This weeks accomplishments: AC for ripening Eradicated the Spider mites by doing manual scouting and removal every day. Long term issues None. We’re just about done. I hope you all are having as much fun as I am. And thanks to my beautiful fiancée for her patience and scouting talents. Check out my purple push pop grow and compare side by side- same clone batch. I've pretty much gone over everything in the video. Super not happy I've had to turn this auto grow into a photoperiod grow. I'm not really set up for light leaks hence why I grow auto's. On the only plus side, I think two are MABEY starting to flower. They would be the smart pot pair. The big sativa is still stretching even though it did that during week 3-4! All I can say is thanks for suggesting the 12/12 switch @biggreens420, if this grow turns out fine then we'll be smoking buddy lol I was gunna kill three off and start a fresh grow with BETTER GENETICS. But I'm willing to see how messed up they can get so I can give a PROPER review. Thanks for all your time !

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making their way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Week 9: Late Flowering and Ripening Signs of Maturity As we enter week 9, the plants are well into the late flowering stage, with the buds ripening beautifully. The trichomes are becoming more prominent, and there's a noticeable increase in resin production. The aromas are intensifying, making the garden a fragrant delight. The plants are showing clear signs of maturity, indicating that harvest time is approaching. Nutrient and Watering Adjustments To accelerate the ripening process and boost bud production, I'm using FinalPart by Terra Aquatica for Banana Purple Punch and Blue Dream. As from T.A recommended I use it alone with no other nutrients combined. I use it at full dosage but I hope I don't burn them in the end. No risk no fun. However, for Tangie and Gorilla Cookies, I have not changed the nutrient composition, as these plants will likely need another three /four weeks to fully mature. The watering schedule remains consistent, ensuring the plants are hydrated but not overwatered, which is crucial during this delicate phase. Pest Management and Plant Health To combat thrips, I've placed yellow and blue sticky traps around the plants. Fortunately, there have been no further signs of aphid infestation. The plants appear healthy and vigorous, showing no additional pest issues. Individual Plant Observations Blue Dream: Some pistils are starting to change color, and the main bud is becoming denser. The fan leaves are also transitioning from green to yellow, indicating that the plant is drawing nutrients from them. The trichomes are becoming more cloudy. Banana Purple Punch: The plant is experiencing slower growth, with minimal bud expansion. The pistils are changing color, and the buds are developing a beautiful purple hue. The fan leaves are turning yellow as the plant draws nitrogen from them. I’m hoping FinalPart will stimulate a final boost in bud production. Gorilla Cookies: Bud development is also progressing slowly. However, all the large leaves are still green, so I’ll hold off on FinalPart until at least next week. My goal here is to maximize yield. The resin production and aroma are intensifying daily. Tangie: Still in a growth phase, Tangie is a real eye-catcher. While the bud production is underway, the plant may need at least three, possibly even four more weeks to reach full maturity. The resin production and aroma are not yet as advanced as with the other plants, but Tangie looks very vibrant and healthy. Seeking Final Tips and Harvest Advice As we approach the final stages, any tips or advice on maximizing flavor, potency, or overall plant health would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to gear up for the most exciting part of the grow cycle—harvest! Update 27.07: Today, I decided to switch my Gorilla Cookies plant to FinalPart as well. This should give her a boost in trichome production and aroma, and hopefully enhance the flavor too. Tangie is the only plant still on regular bloom nutrients, as she clearly needs another three, maybe even four weeks to fully ripen. Judging by her current growth, she seems poised to yield the most by far.
