Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

Worm Feeding: - This week I fed my worms about a pound or so total of: Banana, mango, dill, tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, aloe filet, green beans, covered in a dash of oyster shell and alfalfa meal. - I layer down some canna leaves, layer diced up worm food, sprinkle dry amendments (kelp, oyster shell, neem, etc.), layer canna leaves, then replace bedding and they are happy! - Creating the food layer protected by the green manure gives the worms a nice buffer zone to move freely through eating as much as they want. - This method is inspired by HerbinFarmer on Youtube. Day 9 - These plants are growing immaculately. Dark green, thick, healthy leaves, no stretching, they're growing like an absolute dream. Since removing them from the run-off catching orange cups, they have happily air pruned themselves and are continuing to beast out. 💪 I've only watered them once on day 5 so far. I've been warned by other growers that M3 is very easy to accidentally over water, so I am keeping that on my mind with every check. Day 10 - Noticed some pale spots on one of my seedlings. It's only on the second true leaves of one plant. Gave them a watering with 6.5 pH water Day 11 - Spots on one of my plants still there, taking up a little more space on the leaves. Still only present on the second true leaves of this plant. The plant appears otherwise happy and healthy. All three others are green and mean. 💪 Day 12 - Transplanted these little lovies into 1 gallon pots. Gave a light watering to just the outer ring of the pot with 6.5 pH water. My Step-Veg program for my California Lightworks Solar System 550 has been gradually increased to R80 W80 B99. First time transplanting anything outside of a seedling before, I was embarrassingly nervous. Made sure to get a ton of pictures of each one because I'm Mom af. 😂 Anyway - excited to see how many ladies I can score this round! Please give me at least one! 💜🙏💙 Day 14 - Closing out a beautiful week. I'm still unsure of what is causing the spots on one of my plants. I've gotten many suggestions of pests, but I've spent at LEAST a cumulative 4 hours over the past 2 days with her under the microscope, combing the leaves like an overprotective mother, and I have seen zero suspicious microscopic gang activity. As a precaution, I mixed some neem oil and dish soap and sprayed all the plants at lights out. Storytime was a big hit with the kids. 🤣💜

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. Early flowering happened earlier than I expected. Is that because of some sort of stress or something? I think, they aren’t mature enough.

Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 13 Jan 8- Jan 14 This was another amazing week. Girls are behaved very well. Drinking their juice like crazy. 2 waterings of 9ltrs on Jan 10th and Jan 13th. Runoffs at ph 6.2. Buds are gaining some serious weight and the trichomes development is of the charts. Girls are covered with frost. Trichomes are mainly milky now with individual ambers here and there. On Jan 10 noticed on one Athena top colas a white topped bud! It's something that has never happened to me. It may be only led bleach or it's something abnormal and phenomenal. It's white and has red and amber pistil hairs in between and all covered with trichomes. Few days after. White coulour is not spreading and not seeing any damages. The smell in my cabinet its insane. Very sweet scents. I wouldn't say bananas but definitely sweet berries and gummies 🤤 new dehumidifier doing an amazing job. Humidity when light is on is between 49-54% and 52-58% when lights are out. It's all looking that my 🍌💜👊 girls will be ladies very soon. Harvest is coming big time. Next week planning to gradually cut nutrients down and prepare for flush. Week 10: This will be the final update before Harvest: I will update post harvest after the dry and weigh. Day 64-66: Decided I would continue feeding them until I harvest since they could go 7 days longer. Albeit with a half dose of Calmg and Boost(micro). All White Cracks seem to be doing good. I realized a few days ago the outer plants underneath the blurple LEDs seemed to be showing slight signs of light stress(the leaves were bending away from the light instead of toward it). I lowered the Blurples a few days earlier so I raised them back up. These are some FROSTY plants... Day 67-70: Going good, plants under the blurples responded postively to raising the lights. Seems I was wrong last week about these smelling stronger than the 4AM, it's actually the other way around lmao. But these are still some great smelling plants! Can't wait to dry and weigh that thicc double bud and main cola from WC#1! Hope it's not too airy, they look like pretty dense buds! Really bummed that I have to harvest this weekend, I would have liked to let #2 and #3 go for another week, but it's all good! Next time! Still this will probably the dankest shit I've smoked in a very long time 😂😎 #1 is probably the most mature at this point with about 90% cloudy and a 5-10% amber. #2 and #3 are the same with about 70-80% cloudy and a few amber. This has been an awesome learning experience and I'm already thinking about ways to improve my next grow! These White Cracks have been quite resistant to my newbiness! Awesome plants to grow! Much easier to hanlde than the 4AM!

Donna Jo is still being watered; -Tuesday with full gp3 (green plant 3 part) plus Cali mag by General hydro PhD to 6.2 roughly 2 litres - Thursday get PhD Cali mag water and Only 1 litre at most. Try not to water Thursday unless she is to dry to make it to Friday -Friday full gp3/ Cali mag PhD 2-3 litres -Sunday full gp3/Cali mag PhD 2-3 litre -Monday/Wednesday/Saturday no water. This week had a pretty major change not just in flower production, but also decided to change tent set up as well. Changes to the tent included ditching the 600w led and the 2x 2000w garbage led lights (i call bs on manufacturer saying they are 2k) These 3 lights are now out and we have stepped up to cmh 315w. Should have bought this cmh 315 right off the hop and not spent the money on led. Now going to cmh the tent run way hotter and has required other upgrades to keep from overheating. The duct system was dual t4 cloudlines running one in and one out off the same control module has now been changed to a T6 cloudline exhausting with a t4 feeding cool/fresh air. Tent jumped 9 degrees with cmh 315 so had to also add the overheat back up plan. Put a 6” inline duct (can fan pushing extra 200 cfm) along the exhaust line closer to window exhaust point which is plugged into an ink bird plug and play thermostat set to 82. This just helps the T6 do a better job with less noise. With these changes I feel way more confident of yielding a higher gram/plant ratio. I believe if you look at last weeks pictures and compare to this weeks you will probably agree with me. You decide .......😀

Growth has been good even with serious power / lighting issues. But with effort the plants had very little down time. The heads are starting to look thicker and continue to stack and grow. Some of the plants are more frosty then others but that is pheno variation more than anything. Really looking like we may have a substantial yield in the next 5-6 weeks. The plants are being watered heavily with 2-3 day long dry periods and it seems to make the growth after a feeding just insane.

Cherry Cola will be harvested soon. Crystal Meth will stay one more week.
