Week 5 of flowering for the three ladies went well. A couple of the hairs started turning orange and shriveling. Tricomb production is looking grand, smell just continues to grow stronger and stronger. Stinking the whole house up even with a 4” carbon filter and fan constantly scrubbing the closet. Ph fell down to the lower 6.1-6.2, plants started yellowing and loosing older fan leaves, could have something to do with them Inching closer to harvest time, also probably has something to do with the slight ph drop, either way sugar leaves, new growth, and bud is all thriving so as long as the problem doesn’t continue to get server I’m not worried about the plant using up nutrients and offing some at this point in time useless lower fan leaves. Popsicle cake is giving off a straight gas/diesel fuel smell. The tallest unknown plant is solid lemons and Kush, and the middle sized unknown plant has a semi sweet but yet gassy aroma coming off her. Very exciting leading into week 6 of flower!

Buds are starting to take proper shape now, second quickest of the four I have now although the sweet tooth did get topped possibly slowing it down. Got some bad looking marks on lower leaves some are completely dead. Look like pH or phosphorus. Got a pH test pen on the way tomorrow so will test when I water them. I will update the diary once tested. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

I’ll update ya’ll on the smells and tastes after drying and curing! So far both are packed with ice and smell very potent, a little overpowering still, so I want to give it some time before they’re cures and can show their true terpene profile!

Really happy with my yield. 70 grams doesn't look it. But adding up 14 plants i nearly push 1400g.. so overall I'm a happy chappy.. Love MSNL. I've lots to hit on their list. I've another GDP auto going Thc bomb auto & Purple haze auto. (I've like 6 hazes going atm so I'll run this later)

Moderate, controlled increases in sugar support the energetic demands of flowering and act as a signal trigger, but excess sugar is more likely to inhibit flowering or damage the plant. Balance, like everything else. Visually, when the chloryphyll green gets darker, it is a subtle indicator that the concentration of nitrogen is increasing / more is being stored than is being used. I noticed when you push very high intensity lighting, it slowly fades the green as the plant degrades chloryphyll faster than it can be replenished. When the green of the leaf continually gets darker, it is an indication that the concentration levels of nitrogen are increasing, and I dont want to increase light intensity. Turn down the nitrogen faucet. C:N ratio dictates the rate at which nitrification occurs, if at all. 11 weeks completed! The plants seem healthy and doing their thing. I will be harvesting this week. There is definitely some amber in the trichomes. I gave them a tiny feed mid week since they had seemed to be a little stalled out (first feed in 1.5 weeks). I watered them last night. I'll check the trichomes when I but them to bed in 2 days and see if that is when I'll leave them in the dark for 48 hours and then harvest. If they are still not ready then... I'll water again when I wake them up and then I'll check them 2-3 days after that! Either way, I cannot see this not happening in the next 4-5 days!! Looking forward to harvest!! Plans are already underway for my next grow. Probably going with Seedsman's Strawberry Auto Cheesecake.
