Hi. I haven't been here for a long time because I have a lot of responsibilities in life. I added the rest of the photos as the last week... It was a pure pleasure to meet runtz layer cake. I don't remember how much exactly it came out on the scale... But it was about 200g from the plant (+, -)... It stands out with its smell and taste. it is unique in every way and it is my top 3 in my ranking...

. Day 20, started some lst on the baby great response from this plant Day 21 everything is going good, maybe a little slower but I think it will retake is time I just adjusted lamp and ph. Let’s see

Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. The finale grow week for the first Tropicanna XL is there (the one by the wall), she came out just lovely and the smell is mad. I could use it as perfume it's so rich and fruity, never had a plant with such outstanding fragrance. This week we start of changing the reservoir water to which I decided to add nutrients. Yes, this plant will not get a flush before harvest, it's the first time i'm not flushing a plant for the cut but you know only two of the four girls are ready to chop and it's not possible in my RDWC to seperate feed them. So yes it's kind of an experiment for me...some time ago i heard that "man does not need to flush"... yeah I don't really believe what the white coats tell us but then we watched Dr Bruce Bugbee stating the same thing and he quoted experiments performed by his team... I believe him, and I don't really have much choice. Something's not right with my fresh solution or the plants get root rot or something but the girls starting to show K deficiency...I ended up adding an insane amount of PK through the week...good that the plants are on the finish line :) The SE7000 runs at 550 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. Week Seven Flipping to flower was a good idea because of the 6 plants in this little space. They all got into stretch and I had to adjust the light a few times. The gorilla cookies (front right) is the smallest and slowest, the gg4 sherbet is also pretty small (back mid), the orange sherbet. (Frond mid) almost catched up to the other older plants. The sfv purps (front left) stretched a bit, some sidebranches shot up, which is very nice. The gelato (back left) stretched more than the sfv and shows nice flowers starting to grow. The bagseed (back right) shot up the most with 3 big colas. All plants got a topdessing and mulch from hemp clippings. I water every to every other day with 0,5 to 1 liter. The tent got filled up pretty fast and I’m fighting the urge to defoliate. Plan to wait till day 21 of flower. Thanks for reading.

It’s a bit chillier than usual, but these resilient ladies are adapting beautifully. • Humidity: Stable at 65%, ensuring the girls remain hydrated and comfortable. • Airflow: Gentle but constant to keep the space fresh and prevent any stagnant air pockets. Growth Observations: Slow but Stunning • Structure: The slow growth might test patience, but the payoff is worth it. Each girl is like an artist’s brushstroke—no two alike. • Praying Posture: Their leaves reach for the skies like they’re soaking up every ounce of light. Still no cloning or flipping to 12/12 yet, as I want them to grow a bit more before making any big moves. Next week, I’ll decide whether to flip them for a brief period to determine sex or wait until cloning is feasible. Been busy starting back at work, not had as much time as I would of liked to keep an eye on the garden especially now they are all flowering. I thought I may have harvested a plan or 2 by now but the girls are still doing their thing. The original Russian is going to be the first over the line though. Lovely smell coming off her is unreal. Welcome to the beginning of week 7 for Karen. Thank you for stopping by! I'm counting this as the first week of flowering but she's been sending out pistils for two weeks, so I guess that weeks four and five should have been flowering weeks. Sorry about that. Surprised to be here but excited to see the next few weeks. Day 44: This girl is amazing. She took the horrendous start I gave her for the first three weeks, and just exploded. Look at her now! If you are really interested, now look at Misty and Nesia - imagine what they could do! I am really pleased with Karen here, I think she has more surprises in store. I am very glad I decided to LST or she would be towering above everything else in the tent. I have noted early Mg deficiency, as more advanced on Nesia. Correcting with foliar and re-addition of CalMag to feed. Day 44.5: Fertigated approx 1.5l. Defoliated approx 10 leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Day 46: Fertigated 2l. Karen is very thirsty. Her roots have breached the side walls at the bottom of the pot in 360 degrees... this is the biggest root system I've had on any potted plant to date. She is stretching fast now, I think by the end of next week she will be done stretching. I must get a photo of her stem. The base is ridiculously thick. Overall Karen is shockingly good compared to expectations from the poor start. I can only imagine how big she would be. She is currently 27cm tall and at least 50cm in diameter. I count at least a dozen colas. Day 47. She is now 29cm tall and pistils are bursting forth at a phrenetic pace. I have added a comparison shot of my grow space for size reference. Day 47.5: Defoliated approx 30 fan leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Rearranged tent and cleaned floor. I have ordered some risers to raise the pots off the floor, this will make it easier to deal with run off. While I was inspecting Karen I had a good look at her roots. The fabric pot she is in has viewing flaps (they were designed for potatoes) and I had a look... every bit of the pot is full of roots, and they're all properly pruned. I see no circulation or binding. If Karen produces at anywhere near the rate she is supposed to then she might yield as much as 150g. Day 48.5: Rapid changes. Pistils everywhere, more stretching. Karen is very thirsty. Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Did a little LST to separate some bunched colas a bit. Had a really good inspect of the root system. Wow this plant is a beast. Day 48.75: Fertigated 3l Day 49: Height 34cm Diameter: 60cm. End of week summary. Really big week, she is stretching quicker and quicker. Today she has developed a striking scent. I will now have to keep the tent closed so temps will rise. Day 49.5: Removed about 10 fan leaves. On reflection back over this week I think I needed to be taking a top and side photo, so I shall do that from next week.

It was rough waiting and knowing that i did not defoliate and started seeing bud rot almost at the end. Ended up cleaning everything and throwing half a harvest away, BUT A GOOD WELL PAID LESSON.

Girls had a great week at summer camp! Smiles are found everywhere regarding their new homes. Plenty of room to grow and wiggle their toes in the amended formula 707, which is doing what was expected retaining moisture nicely, bringing the watering to a minimum. All three girls received merit badges for hiking(survived transplanting), water sports(2 liters), light tolerance(supplemental lighting), physical fitness(color and strength)and kite flying(added a fan). They are all looking forward to this weeks activities. Girls seem to like what they’re getting at the chow hall, green and growing daily, strong and upright. Plenty of good stuff in the soil. A fan was added and the benefits are three fold, dry out the top layer of soil, pest control, makes them stronger. I will update as needed. ***update, the girls are looking good this morning, well rested, well nourished, vibrant. Their roots must be really liking the 707 as evident by the rapid growth. Measured them this morning with the H. W. At8 in. the V. F. at 8.5 and the 91 Grapes at 10 in. And at least an inch wider as well. No water will be needed today. Note. The greenhouse may be better suited for growing mushrooms than cannabis. Pine trees and shade. No direct sunlight until after 2pm. Dappled sun all morning long, so installed a T-5 4 foot ArgroLed 6550(k) daylight led fixture above the girls. That was a bright idea! ***update, New Video includes new homemade lighting. *** update, new videos. Before 7/14 After 7/15 videos of the girls being sprayed with a folier dose of silica. I had forgot to add the silica on Sunday when I had watered them and they needed it! I would not be able to water them again until at least Friday so delivered it via a foliage spray. Worked wonders , will apply again in a week. Looking mint atm, some slight nutrient deficiency I think. Will use some sensi cal mag and see how they are. Defoilated again removing growth below main nodes to create good air flow and concentrate on big buds at the top. Can see some white hairs coming through , should be in flower now so time to lower humidity slightly and increase the light intensity. Can't wait to see them buds

Lots of training on all the girls this week all original sensible two gorilla glue one is the biggest under scrog already ghost is right behind then going to lay the last babby gorrilla across light range stay tuned

Well, it’s underway... I can’t wait to see everyone’s diaries coming along at the same time, especially now I’ve found some others in the competition with the same strain. So to start off, I popped the seeds into lukewarm water until they all stuck out a taproot. This process approximately took 24 hours. After that, I placed the seeds straight into a 6.0ph damp mixture of coco coir with perlite, mixed with a low dose of monster bud mix, supplied by Zamnesia. Then I placed the pots under the LED light for one night and 4/5 girls have put their heads up. I’m going to give all 5 seeds about 2-3 weeks in small pots to reveal which plant has the strongest genetics, followed by the best being potted into the competition pot provided by Zamnesia. Buenas tardes familia, actualizamos semana y os traigo Malas noticias , una cookies no aguanto y tuvimos que quitarla, quedo atrapada en el caparazón de la semilla y murió. Pero renovaremos hueco no se preocupen 2/3 y por manazas por no quitar la semilla a tiempo . No obstante controlamos todo igual temperatura humedad todo correcto , no tiene que suponer problemas sacar el resto adelante. Os dejo algunas fotos y veis El Progreso.
