After defoliation? She bounced back like nothing happened. No stall. No stress signals. Just structure, stacking, and deep healthy green. That’s not luck. That’s environment + balance. And she’s beautiful. ⸻ Environment — Playing on the Edge (But Controlled) Room Conditions • Canopy Temp: ~28°C • RH: ~70% • CO₂: 1000+ ppm • PPFD: 800 → 1300 µmol/m²/s On paper, 28°C + 70% RH sounds high. But numbers without airflow mean nothing. Massive Airflow We’re running: • Strong horizontal movement • Vertical air displacement • Active air exchange • Under-canopy circulation Airflow changes everything. Stagnant 70% RH is dangerous. Moving 70% RH behaves very differently. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf VPD vs Room VPD Room VPD says one thing. Leaf VPD tells the real story. Under strong light, leaf surface temperature runs slightly above ambient. That increases transpiration. Add 1000+ ppm CO₂: • Stomata don’t need to open as wide • Photosynthesis rate increases • Plants tolerate higher humidity • Metabolism stays high That’s why they’re not just surviving. They’re pushing. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy — Scaled to Structure We are not blasting everything equally. • Larger tops: up to 1300 µmol • Smaller plants: ~800 µmol Light intensity is matched to plant size and leaf mass. No ego lighting. Only usable photons. ⸻ 🔦 Under-Canopy Lighting — Why? This isn’t a gimmick. Purpose: • Illuminate lower bud sites • Reduce larf • Stimulate lower-zone photosynthesis • Improve uniformity • Keep lower canopy metabolically active We’re not replacing top light. We’re filling in where dense canopy blocks energy. Active lower buds stay healthier. Healthier lowers improve airflow. Better airflow stabilizes microclimate. Everything connects. ⸻ 🔴 End-of-Day Red (15 Minutes After Lights Off) We run a 15-minute red pulse at lights-off. This is phytochrome management. Plants operate with two main phytochrome states: • Pr (red-absorbing) • Pfr (far-red absorbing) Red light pushes phytochrome into the active Pfr state. In darkness, Pfr slowly converts back to Pr. By giving a short red signal: • We influence phytochrome equilibrium • Support flowering signaling • Encourage structural consistency • Potentially stabilize transition timing It does not extend photoperiod. It manipulates light signaling — not day length. And as always: We experiment. We observe. We document. No magic claims. ⸻ 🌱 Feeding & EC — They’re Hungry • Soil EC: 0.9 • Feed EC: 2.4 This tells us something important. They’re eating aggressively. As long as runoff EC stays stable and does not climb: We maintain strength. High metabolic demand requires high input. If soil EC rises? We adapt immediately. No rigid formulas. Description: ORGANIC CALMAG Calcium-Magnesium booster for highly debilitating plants When the rate of photosynthesis in plants increasingly declines and their leaves begin to turn yellow prematurely, it is time to act quickly. Organic CalMag has been designed to meet the ever-increasing demands of highly consumptive plants in plant breeding. This means that Organic CalMag specifically prevents calcium and magnesium deficiencies especially in the increasingly frequent indoor cultivation of plants under LED lights; with many automatically flowering varieties; when the growing medium coco or airpot is used; or with prolonged acidic pH-values of below 6.0. With Clean Fruits: • all unwanted nutrients are rinsed from the growing media fast and thoroughly from the first application on • your fruits are able to develop a far better taste thanks to a well-flushed growing media • desalination of the media and the plants guarantees a mild taste with no trace of fertilizer, as is often witnessed with commercially grown fruits. Clean Fruits offers many advantages: • having to use enzymes or chemical desalination products to flush your growing media has finally become a thing of the past • can be used as a replacement for enzymes during the entire life cycle • signs of nutrient burns are treated fast and effectively • the substrate can be reused directly after preparation Application: Clean Fruits can be applied for: Flushing during the last week(s) of flowering: • 5 ml per 1 liter of water Increase the volume of your growing medium threefold and flush the plants with this amount of Clean Fruits solution. When the plants have lost their color to about 50%, a further application is not necessary. Curing toxic nutrient conditions: • 5 ml per 1 liter of water Keep on flushing the plants with Clean Fruits until their natural color comes back.

Everything about this strain is excellent. Explosive lateral branching and vigorous growth makes this strain live up to its name. She was daunting to keep up with defoliation at times. Her smell is pure diesel and tastes of diesel and skunk. Smokes great, comes on smooth then busts your lungs.

Another week done. Final selection of the 3 phenotypes I found in a 10 seed run of the f4's. I am pretty confident I'll be carrying on the dark purple/red male since heavy anthocyanins production is what I was hunting for in this particular venture. Will be collecting pollen as I'm doing a good job keeping humidity low in the grow room so should be pretty viable. Will be crossing this into my winner from the ethos hash plant run as well as the rainbow belts

Well these beauties are stood at a whopping 42" and are now working on their flowers in full effect! I'm quite sure at this point all these clones are the same strain of sugar bomb punch 😁 so ending up with the favourite in their! She reminds me of runtz muffin because of the orange punch in her genetics!

Buds are pretty fricken fat this week, super dense and solid, when you squeeze, there is no give.

Week 3 (30/03 - 05/04) D15: - D16: added a layer of light mix soil to fill the pot and to sustain the plant. 1ml of Root-juice in 0.5 l of tap water @ pH 7 D17: - D18: glass of tap water D19: - D20: 1ml of Root-juice in 0.5 l of tap water @ pH 7 D21: 1ml of Root-juice, 0.5ml of Bio-grow in 0.5 l of tap water @ pH 6.3 (corrected with 0.25ml of Terra Aquatica pH-)

For sure i will keep this plant in stock. Very different and potent head high with great looking buds and strong flavor.

This week I defoliated all the flowers, did Bruce Banner's topping, increased the light to 75%, and continue to do LST. I think to give 2 more weeks of vegetation, defoliation once a week. Next I'll transfer to 12/12 and we'll see 🙃

Hey guys, Week 7 and the buds are growing fast! After defoliation my girls are happily continuing to suprise me everyday day by day, they are turning huge! I just did ScrOG training, Hoping did it right cuz its my first grow ever!
