Fotos del día 60: Fase final de engorde de las flores, trabajada con bombastic (línea de nutrientes mexicana). Resaltaron más olores, no se describir bien los terpenos pero es una mezcla de lavanda, con tonos florales dulces. Siguen apareciendo colores entre morados y rojos pero no resaltan mucho.

Week 9 is here and we are looking at harvesting! After checking the trichomes of just the top colas, I decided this week I was going to harvest. I am updating this post after I have dried and harvested the plant so do not have much more details. I flushed the plant this week with Flora Kleen along with terpinator and microbes. I cut down the plants and hung them up in the tent to dry using a clothes hanger with clips I got off of Amazon. It took 10 days to dry the bud and my temps and humidity would fluctuate throughout the day and night. I stayed in the mid to low 70s for temperature and humidity was at 50% at first. Then I added a humidifier and had it dry in 60% humidity. Will update the rest in the harvest update.

Week 7 means last feed for the girl, today week 8 starts and I’m going to start flushing her! She is starting to change color from light green to dark green/bluish tones. The smell is grapes, berries covered in glazed powder

Mamba Negra was a very frosty, and smelly autoflower. Has been chopped, and hung to dry. Looks very promising to be some great smoke. We shall see. No contest winner, but got some good smoke out of it. PEV said they wanted to send me some more seeds to grow. We will see if they get back to me. After this beautiful plant, and Moby Dick auto is going monster size, check it out 🌱😁. It seems like such a slow process to finish growing. I totally prefer the speed of growing shrooms. However I just finished pruning the girls. I'm not presently using any nutrients. I will be using various Advanced Nutrients in later stages. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The psychosis looks like it's stopped growing right at it limit for the space that it is in... hopefully it doesn't grow anymore than 4 inches from now. All plants are doing great tbh and the space is getting limited for maintenance now but after week five I won't need be inside the room until around harvest time !!

These buds are exploding in growth and trichomes. I do a very light defoliation plucking fan leaves here and there every couple days. Wish I would have cleaned up more on the lower of some branches for less energy waste on larf, will have to see how it finishes since this is the first time I use the SE1000 at 100% intensity. Also want to mention that ever since I switched to water soluble Advanced Nutrients pro series the growth, development, visual, size, resin, scent and flavor of the buds has been day and night. Also it lasts ALOT longer compared to their liquid bottles, this is the second grow using it.

Both Lsd25’s on the left side cherry cola on the back right and big bud auto on the front right. Cherry cola seems to have a mutation problem but ima grow her out. The rest are doing great and on the big bud I topped it day 24 and started lst on day 26.

Green House Feeded one is enjoying life and keeps stretching. Advanced Nutrients one moved to left top corner and she seems to be doing better than last week. Light intensisty is at 90% in 50 cm distance.

It started small: a couple of darker spots noticed deep inside one of the colas. Upon closer inspection, we confirmed it — Botrytis cinerea, or as growers call it, bud rot. Thankfully, it was localized and quickly handled, removing all affected material carefully to avoid spreading spores. Despite how dramatic macro photos can make it look, the loss was minimal. The rest of the canopy remains healthy, strong, and radiant under the LEDs. The girls keep thriving like the true champions they are. ⸻ 🧠 Educational Spotlight – What Is Bud Rot (and What It Isn’t) Bud rot is a fungal infection caused by Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in warm, humid, stagnant environments — the kind of microclimate that can form in thick buds during late flower. It usually begins inside the bud, invisible at first, and works its way outward, leaving behind a grayish-brown, dusty rot that can ruin entire flowers if unnoticed. Inspect daily: Use your eyes and your nose — the first clue is often a smell, not a sight. 5. Clean the space: Mold spores can live in your tent, filters, and even fans. Sanitize between runs. Remember: Bud rot doesn’t mean failure; it means evolution.
