*********Week 6 - January 13 to 19, 2020 (Days 36 to 42 from germination) This is going to be a brief update but that’s a good thing 😀 The week went by pretty quick and overall it was great progress. She stood up more and her bud sites set in and are starting to stack.👍 Her colour holding nice and her leaves are still pretty wide work up. Have done some further cleaning on the bottom and removed a couple of leaves that were blocking. Took off a couple of low nodes as well. Introduced Massive this week for bud density. She has a very thick main stem. It bends right away but a “quarter” roughly in diameter. Should help hold all that bud😎👍 Keeping wet and happy is a balance. She was good with 2L last week and by the end of the week now she wants 3L and approaching 1 gal a day. Note for week 2......also noted by breeder.😱🙏 Following the breeder notes I also bumped up the CalMag on one of the feedings a bit to help ensure she doesn’t show issues. Don’t want to use CalMag much longer though because she already gets lots of nitrogen. Not sure how much longer to feed......will go another full week for sure. If she runs a full 9 weeks then if allowing a 2 week flush you only go through week 7....that next week! Therefore, even if I push it I will likely only go another week and a half of feeding😟😓😕 Crap time goes fast!!!!!! Gonna have to ensure she is wet and happy👌 Little more detail: Jan 13/20 - Day 36 - 1L feeding of Sensyzime, Piranha, Voodoo Juice @ 2ml/L. Not pH’d......water been running 6.3. this was in the AM - PM feeding 2L only Dual Fuel @ 1ml/L, Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 1.5ml/L = 575ppm pH 5.8. - trying out the Green Planet line so I introduced Massive this week. - lowered temps in room at night. Down to 65 degrees. - notice couple of brown spots here and there about 3. Noted for now as raising the pH already for flower. Jan 14/20 - Day 37 - Hit her harder today with full strength feed. 5.95pH - Pots were light so 3L feed. - Rhino Skin back in for some more silica. - Didn’t go......holly crap she got big last night😮😮.....but she is filling in her width. Jan 15/20 - Day 38 - 2L feed today. Only giving base nutrients and Sensyzime @ 1ml/L pH 6.1. - drinking more now and she doesn’t give run-off before 2L minimum. - keep an eye on the ppm not getting too high and consider increasing her moisture. Jan 16/20 - Day 39 - 3L full feed today. - want to strip a bunch of her leaves!!!! Keep tucking the leaves but even those stems are stubborn.....good problems👍😝 Jan 17/20 - Day 40 - She is hungry :) - 3L feed full strength. - runoff water: 1100ppm, 5.9pH........medium in good shape:) - Good growth last night....liked the nutes👊 - In the tent with only Green Poison is giving a little extra room and she is loving it. Jan 18/20 - Day 41 - She was not dry in the AM but rather inbetween. - watering with supplementals.......Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Weight, VeloKelp, Piranha, Voodoo....and CalMag. - 2L with 240ppm and 6.2pH - nothing in PM.....pots still wet......she is looking for 3L per day still roughly. - They are growing taller......top of tallest nodes falling to sleep sooner at night. - replaced CO2 in tent. - Very happy today and good growth with leave up. - 23” tall and 27” wide......with LST. Jan 19/20 - Day 42 - 3L feeding again today. Full strength again. - runoff: 1125ppm and 6.0pH. - stripped two lower nodes and 1 huge fan leaf. - her buds are getting wider and taller....filling in😎 - she is happy....keep the same and don’t change things......less than two weeks feed left. Love FB and it's easy to understand why ;)) I started my run at same time as this one,think Mars super light had influence for girls finishing in such nice colours and short time. Here we are guys starting week 2 of flower and this beauty is starting to pick up pace! Zamnesia Seeds again with strong genetics.. 💪 i haven't been exactly fragile with this young lady .. there has been some domestic disputes going on getting her ready for her pageant .. i'm just glad plants don't talk because if they did mine would call the cops lol .. I'm looking forward in the next week or two to introduce the plant to her new Plagron nutrients!!!!hope everyone is having fun in the contest and their plants are growing, according to their plans.. to everyone else, happy growing, and to all God bless 🙌 ✌️. Day 42: so today, I uploaded a quick video showing just how wide this girl is along with the picture to show that she is at least a couple weeks in flower.. i fed today silica, cal mag and for the very last time Maxibloom... from here on out, we will be using Plagron nutrients and I am very excited to see how my lady reacts to her new feeding... as you can tell, i've been training this girl to be wider than tall.. i have been using trainers to keep the canopy even versus super cropping, which essentially would do the same thing. But I don't want the plant to have to recover, especially when weeks 3 to 5 are the most important for bud building.. next update we'll be using Plagron for the rest of the grow.. good luck to have one new tournament. Servus all✌️ 6 weeks of flowering are done. This wasn't the best run I have to admit, but we're entering the last chapter of this turn. The Strawberry Guava will finish first. Buds are big and dense and covered in Trichs. The S1 line definitively took a more sativa-dominant Cultivar for pollination. Former plants had been clearly more on the indica side and had a different terpene Profile.. The Dulce de Papaya on the other Hand will reach the 10 weeks Mark. Buds are also tight and trippin in Trichs but due to her relatively short internodial distance and dense growth, maybe I'll have to harvest twice to give the third and fourth stage a little more time to mature. Noticed some slight Nitrogen deficiency so I removed 20l of the tank and added 20l with Yara Kristalon Blue 19-6-20 + Calcinit A+B and it seemed to do the trick. Went low on ORP this week. Saw slight tip burn so I'll lower EC next week seems that ~2000 is the sweet spot. Did some defoliation as usual whenever needed, never noticed any stunting in any timelapse, also did a little lolipoping. This one is going to be a big one for sure, really happy. 15 Noviembre: -Hoy se instaló el sistema de riego "Drip to Waste" que me permitirá hacer riego de precisión, con protocolo "Crop Steering". -Se instalaron sensores de humedad de suelo, para saber cuándo y cuánto regar, el sistema manda datos de humedad de suelo, temperatura y humedad ambiente, etc vía internet a mi celular. -Mañana se comienza con el primer riego de precisión. 17 Noviembre: Segundo día de riego automático, 3.0EC y 5.9pH, las plantas crecen a buen ritmo, las raíces ya están saliendo por los orificios de drenaje a 2 días de transplantadas. 20 Noviembre: Se realizó una pequeña defoliacion de las hojas tipo abanico muy grandes.

🥒 Project Blue Tent – Week 4 Pickle Lemon Haze F1 – Pheno A (Folder 14A) Hello everyone, and welcome back to another update from Project Blue Tent! 💙🌱 For anyone joining this journey for the first time, this project follows four individual plants, each documented in its own diary from seed to harvest. Although every plant shares the exact same environment, nutrients, lighting, and care, each one is given the opportunity to tell its own unique story and reveal how its genetics express themselves. Today we're catching up with Pickle Lemon Haze F1 – Plant A. ⸻ 🌱 Week Four – Recovery and New Beginnings Last week marked an important milestone when Plant A received her very first topping. This week, however, was all about patience. After performing a high-stress training technique, I always prefer giving the plant time to recover before asking anything more of her. Rather than continuing with additional training, I simply let nature do its job while carefully observing how she responded. Sometimes, the best thing a grower can do is... nothing. Looking at her now, it's safe to say she appreciated that decision. The recovery has been outstanding. The two new leading shoots have quickly taken over, growth has remained vigorous throughout the entire plant, and the side branches are now pushing with much greater determination than before. The change in architecture is already becoming obvious, with the canopy beginning to widen naturally as the plant redirects its energy away from a single dominant tip. It's always rewarding to watch such a dramatic transformation from one small cut. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Consistency continues to be one of the biggest priorities inside Project Blue Tent. Stable environmental conditions allow the plants to recover quickly from training while encouraging continuous vegetative growth. Average conditions this week were: • 🌡️ Day temperature: 27°C • 🌙 Night temperature: 25°C • 💧 Relative humidity: 67% • 🥥 Root zone temperature: 24°C • 💦 Nutrient solution: 18°C • ⚗️ pH: 5.8 • ⚡ EC: 1.88 mS/cm • 💨 CO₂: approximately 450 ppm • 💡 Light schedule: 18/6 With the Phytonaut LED providing an even spread across the canopy, the plants continue receiving all the energy they need while maintaining compact internodal spacing and healthy vegetative growth. ⸻ 🥥 Feeding Adjustments As mentioned in the previous updates, all four plants developed a slightly lighter shade of green during the last couple of weeks. Although their posture remained excellent and growth never slowed down, I felt they were asking for just a little more nutrition. Rather than waiting for deficiencies to appear, I increased the base feeding slightly. Current nutrition now consists of: • Plagron Hydro A — 1.8 ml/L • Plagron Hydro B — 1.8 ml/L • Plagron Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L By the end of this week I was already beginning to notice a richer, healthier green returning to the newest foliage across the entire tent, suggesting the adjustment was exactly what the plants were asking for. One of the things I'm really enjoying about growing in coco is how quickly the plants respond to small, measured changes. ⸻ 🌿 Pickle Lemon Haze F1 – Plant A This phenotype continues to impress me every single week. The recovery after topping has been remarkably smooth, and it's already clear that the plant has shifted into a completely different growth pattern. The two new main leaders are developing beautifully, while the lower branches are accelerating as they receive more energy than they would have under normal apical dominance. Instead of growing upward through one dominant stem, the plant is now beginning to spread outward, creating the broad, balanced framework I'm hoping to build before introducing the SCROG later in the grow. The stems continue to thicken nicely, the internodal spacing remains tight, and the foliage has maintained excellent posture throughout the week. Although she's still carrying that slightly lighter shade of green, the improvement in colour over the last few days is already noticeable, and her overall posture tells the real story. Leaves are praying toward the light. Growth is continuous. The plant simply looks happy. ⸻ 🔍 Looking Ahead Next week should be another exciting step forward. With the topping now fully recovered, I expect both new leaders to begin stretching more aggressively while the side branches continue filling out the canopy. For now, I'll continue allowing the plant to develop naturally, avoiding unnecessary stress and simply monitoring her structure as she prepares for the next stage of vegetative growth. Great growth, was worried at first because of the nitrogen toxicity but she recovered and gave good gains. Yet to trim, dry and cure then will update. Great taste and very clean flower bud, quick effects leaving you very relaxed.

Finishing out week 5 of flower and continuing my daily treatment for PM. Using Athena Mildew Control, an organic reactive treatment spray that you can use on the entire plant up to harvest. Realizing PM is systemic and is like herpes...it never goes away! All you can do is spot treat on a daily basis, the outward symptom of PM, which is the white patches/spots. Treating primarily Mimosa, but also parts of the Bling as well. Napali Pink - As usual, is impervious to this type of PM and is thriving, with huge fat buds that still continue to get fatter and tighter by the day. They haven't even fully swollen up yet either. If the smoke is great, which I am sure it will be, this is a strain that I highly recommend growing. It has excellent branching structure with upward growth with very little help. Takes nutrients well and not too fussy or needy with any of variations of NPK or micros. I would say based on the looks of the buds and trichs, she will be a last to finish, but well worth the wait, as I have so. Many. Fat. Ass. Buds!! Mimosa - such an amazing daytime strain that I would loove to always keep on hand, as this strain is on of my All Time Favorites! However, with such prized buds and terp profile, she is vulnerable to PM. She has had it the worst, and always continue to spot treat it daily. She is gaining this cool hue of purple along the outer edges of the leaves, as well as what I thought was PM, but surprisingly turned out to be a shit ton of trichs! Buds are fattening up nicely and think she will be the 2nd to finish out of the bunch. If I could grow her again, I will, but will be sure and do a preventative treatment for PM during her entire life cycle. The Bling - she has been a trip growing, as she is very viney and lanky, but her branches firm up nice and strong. Practiced some Kushman Chiropractic on some of the stems with success. Had to spot spray, but not as bad as Mimosa's PM. Since I defoliated all leaves covering bud sites, along with huge fans, the buds have actually grown in height and girth! This one never ceases to amaze as she has come back from a bad HST. She is so heavy with trichs, it looks like it snowed on the buds. I am hoping to get a good yield but between the three ladies, she will come in last for that. Used bamboo stakes to secure all branches/bud heads; used zip tie and paracord to secure to bamboo. Now every single bud gets light! Also testing out a Diminishing Light Schedule and now down to 11 hrs of daylight this week. Will continue to reduce by 1/2 hr each week until I hit 9 hrs of daylight. I will hold at that. Otherwise, patiently waiting for harvest!

💎 Black Diamond Auto by Zamnesia – Pheno A Week 6 | A Black Diamond Revealing Its Brilliance Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! Some plants ask for your attention. Others simply earn it. Black Diamond Auto Pheno A has quietly become one of the standout performers in the room, displaying remarkable vigor, outstanding health, and an effortless elegance that's becoming more impressive with every passing week. Growing under the exact same conditions as every other plant in this project, she's proving once again that genetics have a personality all of their own. While some phenotypes take their time settling into flower, this lady has embraced the transition with confidence, stretching beautifully while already building an impressive number of developing bud sites. For a plant grown 12/12 From Seed, and especially for an autoflower, her progress has exceeded my expectations. She's growing exactly as I hoped she would. 🌱 The 12/12 From Seed Adventure Every plant in this project has been flowered from the moment it emerged from the soil. No extended vegetative period. No additional weeks under 18 or 20 hours of light. Just twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness from day one. One of the reasons I love this method is because it allows every genotype to express its natural potential without artificially extending its growth. It creates an incredible opportunity to compare phenotypes while making efficient use of the growing space. Black Diamond Pheno A seems completely comfortable with the challenge. Rather than slowing down, she's thriving. 💎 A Phenotype Full of Confidence Standing at approximately 111 cm, she has become one of the tallest plants in the room and is very likely the tallest Black Diamond phenotype of the project. Her architecture is simply beautiful. Long, elegant branches rise confidently toward the light while maintaining excellent spacing between flowering sites. The central stem is thick and strong, supporting a canopy that's naturally balanced despite her impressive height. The foliage is another highlight. Rich, deep green leaves cover the entire plant, showing outstanding health and confirming that the current feeding program is providing exactly what she needs. Every leaf stands proud, acting like a perfectly tuned solar panel powering the next stage of development. She's growing with the kind of quiet confidence that makes you smile every time you open the tent. 🌸 Flowers Arriving Right on Schedule One of the biggest surprises this week has been just how quickly her flowers are developing. Considering she's an autoflower being grown under a continuous 12/12 light schedule, I honestly expected flowering to be slightly more delayed. Instead, she's right where she should be. Fresh white pistils continue emerging across every branch, while the individual flower sites are already beginning to stack into recognizable clusters. The spacing between nodes should provide excellent airflow while still allowing the flowers to merge naturally as bloom progresses. Everything about her suggests she's preparing for a very productive flowering period. 🌿 Gentle Training, Maximum Efficiency Training remains intentionally simple. Earlier Low Stress Training successfully opened her structure, and from this point forward, only occasional leaf tucking is needed to keep the canopy balanced and every developing flower site exposed. Healthy fan leaves remain exactly where I want them whenever possible. Rather than removing valuable solar panels, I prefer repositioning them to improve light penetration while preserving the plant's full photosynthetic capacity. The result is a naturally open canopy with excellent airflow and outstanding light distribution throughout the entire plant. Sometimes less truly is more. 💧 Bloom Nutrition Begins to Shine This week marks another exciting milestone as the flowering nutrition continues evolving. Current feeding includes: • Plagron Terra Bloom • Plagron Power Buds • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Pure Zym • Plagron Green Sensation • pH adjustment using pH Plus and Lemon Kick This also marks the introduction of Green Sensation, one of my favourite bloom enhancers in the Plagron range. Rather than acting as a simple PK booster, Green Sensation is formulated to support flower development from multiple angles, encouraging efficient nutrient uptake, stronger flower formation, improved resin production, and overall plant vitality throughout bloom. Introducing it as the plants fully commit to flowering helps prepare them for the demanding weeks ahead, and judging by Black Diamond Pheno A's response so far, she's more than ready for the next stage. 🌡️ A Stable Environment Consistency continues to be the foundation of this grow. Current conditions remain: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • pH: 6.0 • EC: 1.78 mS/cm • Root zone temperature: 21°C • Nutrient solution temperature: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm When the environment stays predictable, the plants can dedicate all their energy to growth, flower production, and resin development instead of adapting to unnecessary fluctuations. It's one of the simplest principles in growing—and one of the most rewarding. 📸 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs capture exactly why this phenotype has become one of my favourites. The full-plant shots reveal a tall, elegant silhouette rising confidently above much of the canopy, while the close-ups showcase beautifully formed flower sites covered in fresh white pistils and the first visible dusting of trichomes beginning to appear on the sugar leaves. Even at this early stage, the buds are developing with impressive uniformity from the lower branches all the way to the main cola. The rich green foliage provides the perfect contrast against the bright white pistils, creating a plant that's as beautiful to photograph as she is to grow. Sometimes you can tell a plant has something special long before harvest. She feels like one of those plants. 🔮 Looking Ahead The coming weeks should be incredibly exciting. I expect the final stretch to slow naturally as more energy shifts toward flower production, allowing each bud site to begin swelling and connecting into longer, fuller colas. Green Sensation will continue supporting that transition while the flowering program gradually takes centre stage. If she continues performing like this, I believe she has every opportunity to become one of the standout plants of the entire project. The structure is exceptional. The health is exceptional. Week 7 of flower, it seems they are almost done now. Maybe some more days to get rid of the remaining nutes, so I started to clan the soil.mix with "clean fruits" The smell is heavy and sweet, opening the tent is like flooding the room with terpenes now.

Still only watering ph'd water. The plants are actually quite different, the one in the front seems to expand out towards the sides much more the the one in the back. Also the colors of teh leaves are different
