Start of week 5, everything is healthy. Most of the plants are short I’m guessing those are the ones thats grape ape dominant. Only 1 plant ( Z 1 ) is a fast grower. They are now under 750 watt hps for the rest of vegg. Last week of vegg. Then flower for 10 weeks.

Almost 3 weeks into flowering and we have some pretty little buds showing with tricombs already . Leaves are starting to turn color because the plant thinks it’s fall right now.

8/5/2023 - Day 32 Veg: This is officially the start to week 5. She has been in the earthbox for one week now and I can definitely tell the difference. She has finally started to pick up speed, and it looks like she has grown out of the minor deficiencies I started to notice last week. It was nothing too serious, but the leaf in between the veins was looking a bit light. The foiler feed and compost tea seems to have helped. I'm sure the larger bed of soil is helping too. So far she seems to be looking more indica leaning, with the fatter leaves and she's a little squatty, so I haven't had to do any training yet. I will still probably top her at least once, but I haven't decided yet. 8/9/2023 - Day 35 Veg: did a light watering today with plane water at a ph of 6. 8/10/2023 - Decided to top her today

Week 5 of veg: the structure is really coming together, with strong lateral growth and a thick main stem already forming multiple future colas. Did a bit of selective defoliation to open up the canopy and let the lower branches catch up — the plant bounced back immediately and looks extremely vigorous.

This week the strech reached almost 70cm , and the ladies almost grew into the growlight one day so i moved it higher up to stay at a distance if 30cm. i alo defoliated more this time and started strecheing some branches out so everything gets enought light down. they seem to really like the feeding schedule too. The werent any nutrient issues anymore. trhichome production also started and is already about to cover the surrounding keafes. they are going to be pretty frostyy🍀❄️❄️

Multiple clones taken at multiple times. 1 - Directly into soil, has been several weeks and no new growth showing 3 - In cup of water for ~ 1 week then into FloraFlex plugs w/ Clonex 1 - Into FloraFlex plugs w/ Clonex 11.04 - New growth but looks droopy - Top dressed w/ 1Tbsp of Dr. Earth Starter Fertilizer 11.12 - Corrected droopy leaves by keeping soil very very moist. Watered w/ left over CloneX and Recharge at some point. More new growth very everything is very bright green. Clones in FloraFlex plugs that were soaked in warer first are dying. Clones in FloraFlex plugs that went straight to plug has a root!!

Week 15 days 99-105 . I'm am flushing all plants with 1 gallon of filtered water each. I've reduced the light cycle from 18 to 14 hours to reduce heat stress. It may reduce yield as well based on comments I've read in other growers diaries. An oz per plant would be nice. Of course more would be better but an oz makes a pound of cannabutter. Reducing the light hours is reducing the purpleness in the stems of og kush and gorilla glue but Purple chill still has purple stems The Natrona sisters spend their nights in the garage where the temps are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the day temps in the tent. Night temps ranged this week between 63-66 with rh 51-76%. The high rhythm comes after a rain. During the day, I'm keeping the tent open while circulating 2 fans. Day Temps can reach 80 so it gets hot in there. flooded each plant with 1 gal of water. From here forward I will be flushing all plants with filtered water at 1 gal for each plant every other day. Monday, flushed with 1 gal of water. Starting this flush, I added ice to the top of the soil before watering. See photo. This is a stress technique used to force plant phenotype colors. I don't think it will work for mine as I over fed. While I have 3 different strains, they look the same with blue green dominance. Thursday, flushed with 1 gal of water. See photo Sunday photos I'm not seeing any change in leaf or bud colorations from flushing out the fertilizers nor from the ice treatment. General comments" After putting the plants in the garage during the night, morning soil temperatures are within a degree of the night air temperature. This has been about 15 degrees cooler (50s) than the tent temperatures (75+). This week our weather has been unseasonably warm so the night temperatures have been 63-71 with Rh 51-70% Tent temps in the day 75-80 and RH 47-59%. 1/29/24 - Beginning of week. Looked good, was planning on letting it go another week but within a day the top leaves started turning yellow all over and I started seeing amber, just a few but spread out all over the plant, so last minute decision to harvest on 1/31/24.

This week the buds continued to fatten, but there was leaf loss and a loss of color. In late flowering, some chlorosis in older leaves can be completely normal because the plant is redistributing nutrients towards the buds. I generally understand that this week should be the last, but for whatever reason, it could easily take another week or two. The structure and formation of the buds and their pistils still need more time. I will continue fertilizing for another week and possibly do a root wash the following week. En floración avanzada, una cierta clorosis en hojas viejas puede ser completamente normal porque la planta redistribuye nutrientes hacia los cogollos. Por norma general entiendo que esta semana deberia de ser la última pero por lo que fuera le quedan bien bien una o dos semanas más. La estructura y formación de los cogollos y sus pistilos siguen pidiendo más tiempo. Seguiré abonando una semana más y la siguiente posiblemente el lavado de raices.
