420 Fastbuds FBT2302 Week 5 These two girls are starting to transition into flower very nice. Don't mind the dropping in the leafs my lights just came on. Over all haven't done really much besides another defoliation and lollipoped them taking off the lower 3 nodes. Should allow them plenty of light through flower and air to prevent moisture build up at pot level. All in all Happy Growing

Finally my last harvest of this season and i have to say, Mac finished it like the queen she is.😎👌 No, her yield was not the biggest (she was in 6.5L pot so ..) but the taste is just exquisite! its sweet and earthy .. and the effects are very balanced 👍 Its a hybrid but feel i can still take a nap after a big vape (i tested her yesterday afternoon as well)..so i think indica is the dominat one here.. not sure though.. could also just b i vaped too much (or used too much THC oil yesterday😉 ) Buds are very compact and frosty... am very happy with this lady.. beautiful flowers she had with all kinds of soft violet and pink colours.. I had to harvest a bit early bc weather was getting very bad and my greenhouse/safehouse was kaput..(note 2 self: buy new cover!) But that only resulted in me throwing the lower buds away (another note 2 self: next year, do some HST!) I can def. recommend her, a beautiful plant to grow and so smooth to vape! She did great in my lil'garden in Amsterdam with very few sunrays and lots of rain (yeah but i am content. for amsterdam standards it was great👊) Luckily no caterpillers or WPM this year .. (butterflies knew they where NOT welcome here, with all the demons in my garden 😁.. see diaries of my big demons😉) The end of summer was real smooth as well, she was able to be in garden till middle of september!🙌 So time 2 hibernate.. Its good bc i need it, think most of u know by now that i am batling MS and grow Cannabis for my medicine (there is none for MS and i cant handle the pain medication..) and to say it short, it has been..f hard this summer.. Dear diary, Week 5 completed and after a scare last week with magnesium deficiency, we were able to get it sorted and continue the mainlining. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 32: Gave a foliar of calmag water at 3.0ms 6.1ph during light off so it’s more gentle on the leaves followed by a regular feeding at 1.46ms 6.1ph. Still seeing some deteriorating continuing on lower leaves, so will get epsom salt tomorrow to really target magnesium and increase the calmag with 0.7ml/l in feeds going forward. ⏰ Day 33: Gave a foliar of epsom salt at 6.6g/liter(3.2EC 6.3ph)as lights went off but as I read more my ratios were off and I diluted the solution with 50% regular water. Regular feeding at 1.45ms 6.2ph was given at lights on. When inspecting the girls a few hours later they look a lot healthier already, so clearly magnesium was the issue. Will give them today to recover and if everything keeps looking good by tomorrow, I will do the next topping. If so I will have lost 5 days of progress due to the deficiency, but that’s the upside with photos I guess vs autos. ⏰ Day 34: Another foliar of epsom salt applied and feeding of 1.5l each at 1.56ms 5.8ph. A few hours later topping nr 2 done making it 4 tops each now and stripped the remaining growth. ⏰ Day 35: Did a quick check before lights off and they are praying and looking good considering the topping. Then I did a regular feeding at 1.56ms 5.5ph when lights went on. Still looking good and no continued signs of the magnesium issue. ⏰ Day 36: Regular feeding at 1.56ms 5.6ph. Girls are looking healthy and enough has grown out that I can start tying down the 4 new mains. Will probably top them again in 1-2 days if everything progresses nicely. ⏰ Day 37: Foilar of epsom given just as lights turned off followed by regular feeding at 1.61ms 5.8ph when lights turned back on. ⏰ Day 38: Regular feeding at 1.61ms 5.9ph. Topping nr 3 was also done bringing it to 8 tops each and I will do the 4th and final topping as soon as the nodes have developed a bit more. In terms of height it’s worth mentioning that one of the branches of G.C #2 escaped her binds so one of the sides is 18cm while the other matches the others in the tent more at 14cm.

Login issues led to missing a couple weeks, but things have been super smooth. Buds are looking sweeeet and hairy. And they're really fattening up. She's one thick hairy lady. Following the nutrient schedule without deviation, swapping and cleaning the reservoir every week (H2O2 clean), and keeping the humidifier filled. I swapped the pump. First one randomly stopped working for no apparent reason. New one I spec'd with a much lower pump rate and it's a great improvement. No splashing, just a trickle recirculation so I keep it on 24/7. The pH monitoring is so so so much easier now with the good Apera pen. What a difference it makes over the generic ones.

This week all the plants started to take off in flower. Buds swelling up by the day. Stopped feeding flower burst and added Pk9-18 and advanced meta boost to aid with flowering. Smell has started to increase but not to potent as of yet. EC also increased to 1.6 for increased demand in flower. Also stopped spraying IPM this week as it don't want it to effect the bud smell or taste come harvest.

Today is day 78 since the plants sprouted, and day 43 of the 12/12 light schedule. In the original tent, plants #1 and #3 are doing great. Plants #1 has a super nice purple color, and its buds are bigger than the other plants. I really wish I made a greater effort on the clones so I could grow #1 again. In the second tent, plant #4 (the one that pollinated/herm'd) doesn't have any obvious signs of growing seeds in the buds yet. I've developed a keen eye for pollen sacks and developing seed pods from my last grow, and so far plant #4 doesn't look like it will be unsmokable. There's a picture of all the pollen sacks I've pulled off the plant since it moved tents, and while most of them are opened, I don't think they had too much of an effect (yet). The buds do seem to be maturing a little early, with many of the hairs turning color, and already showing amber trichomes on the buds. *Bonus* The two little plants in the tent with plant #4 are the fast flowering photoperiods from FastBuds, and they were switched to flower in week 2 of veg because I had to move plant #4 in there. They look like they've gone into flower, but are SUPER stretchy from the light position. It'll be interesting to see how they grow out.

All apple og’s are ready to smoke. My favorite was indica, couple hits from the bong and it will put you sleep. Strong strain and good genetics from pure instinto

I missed a bunch of weeks, but the plants have been living outside full time for a few weeks now. I supported them with plant wire and bamboo. They didn't get nearly large enough before flowering.

Very Happy plants, soaking up the rays. When you place your face near the buds you get an amazing sweet fruity aroma, the leaves smell like skunk and cheese. Each plant is getting 10 liters every 4 days. I water with 6.3ph tap water twice for every time I add nutrients. I use Alaska fish fertilizer when its been a few times since a nutrient feed but the plants are showing no deficiency's. They are Fed by a drip system which takes 16 hours to deliver the 10 liters to each plant, this works really well in the Fabric smart pots. I use metal racks to keep the plants off the ground then place a drip tray underneath each plant. When using the drip system very little run off occurs. I added a spider farmer sf-1000 to the room, it is full spectrum and ir, and is great for getting the corners of the room or the less dense areas of the canopy.

Bud sites/ pistils starting to pop through now ...really happy with how she has turned out in the end, learned so much from this plant I've become emotionally attached...and took 2 clones ...really hoping they take to (never cloned on my life🤞)

25 and 28 days from planting. A couple of days before, I started cutting off the large leaves. Today I started doing LST. Perhaps I was a little hasty with this, but we'll see. The temperature problem has been resolved. Watering is carried out every 3 days. For the entire volume of the pot.

Health: Similar to Tropicana Cookies, this strain exhibited signs of early nutrient issues (thickening of veins and lighter green in new growth) that were effectively managed, leading to improved color and reduced vein prominence. Interventions: Application of Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt continued, adjusting as needed based on plant response. Plans to increase PPFD (photosynthetic photon flux density) were made to encourage stronger growth responses. Challenges: Like the other strains, initial signs of fungus gnat (Trauermücken) were addressed with nematodes. 3. Apple Strudel: Growth: Showed a steady increase from 6.5 cm to 9 cm. Health: Initial challenges with vein thickness and lighter green patches were managed through similar nutrient adjustments as the other strains. Interventions: Consistent nutrient management with Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt helped stabilize growth and coloration. Caught up with the others by the end of the week, after initially lagging slightly behind in growth. Environmental Notes: The plant environment was kept stable, mirroring the conditions of the other strains with slight temperature increases noted towards the week's end. General Observations and Actions: Pest Management: The introduction of nematodes early in the week helped manage the presence of Trauermücken across all plants, a necessary step to prevent infestations. Nutrient Management: The consistent use of Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt across all strains helped address minor nutrient imbalances seen as vein thickening and changes in leaf coloration. Environmental Control: Slight increases in temperature and adjustments in humidity levels were monitored to ensure optimal growth conditions. These adjustments were crucial as the plants transition from seedling to more mature vegetative stages. Conclusion: The second week showed promising growth and stability across all strains. While minor issues were quickly addressed through targeted interventions, the overall health of the plants remained strong. Moving forward, the focus will be on maintaining this momentum and carefully monitoring environmental parameters and plant responses to optimize growth.
