🇩🇪 Woche 4 🌱 | Cherry Limeade 🍒🍋 Die Cherry Limeade macht endlich Fortschritte! 🙌 Mit mittlerweile etwa 8 cm Höhe nimmt das Wachstum langsam Fahrt auf. Trotzdem ist sie für ihr Alter noch deutlich zu klein. Rückblickend vermute ich, dass die direkte Keimung im sehr nährstoffreichen Living Soil für einen Sämling einfach nicht optimal war. Wahrscheinlich musste das kleine Wurzelsystem zunächst viel Energie investieren, um sich in dem aktiven Boden zu etablieren, bevor oberirdisch wirklich Wachstum sichtbar wurde. 🌱 Genau dafür habe ich mir bereits die Bottomless Pots von Almicanna besorgt. Beim nächsten Durchgang werde ich die Pflanzen zunächst in BioBizz Light Mix innerhalb dieser Töpfe anziehen. Die Töpfe stehen direkt auf dem Living Soil Beet, sodass die Wurzeln später selbstständig nach unten in den lebenden Boden wachsen können. Ich bin gespannt, ob sich dadurch der schwierige Start vermeiden lässt. 🔬 Mit der Blumat-Bewässerung kämpfe ich aktuell noch etwas. Durch das ständig wachsende und wieder zurückgeschnittene Cover Crop verändert sich der Wasserverbrauch permanent, wodurch es gar nicht so einfach ist, den Sweet Spot von 100 mbar konstant zu halten. Im Moment schwankt die Bodenfeuchtigkeit noch recht stark, aber das gehört wohl dazu, wenn man ein neues Living-Soil-System kennenlernt. Ich bin sicher, dass ich mich mit der Zeit noch besser auf das Setup eingrooven werde. 💧🌾 Insgesamt bin ich trotz des holprigen Starts optimistisch. Die Pflanze sieht inzwischen deutlich vitaler aus und wächst endlich kontinuierlich. However, she’s still much smaller than expected for her age. Looking back, I believe directly germinating the seed in a nutrient-rich Living Soil wasn’t the best choice. The young root system probably had to spend a lot of energy establishing itself in such an active soil before visible top growth could really take off. 🌱 To solve this, I’ve already bought the Bottomless Pots from Almicanna for my next run. My plan is to start the seedlings in BioBizz Light Mix inside these pots, which will sit directly on top of the Living Soil bed. Once the roots are strong enough, they’ll naturally grow through the open bottom into the living soil below. I’m really looking forward to comparing the results. 🔬 I’m still dialing in my Blumat irrigation system. The constantly growing and regularly trimmed cover crop changes the water consumption all the time, making it surprisingly difficult to keep the ideal 100 mbar soil tension consistently. Right now the soil moisture fluctuates between 50 and 150 mbar, but that’s part of learning how this new Living Soil system behaves. I’m confident I’ll get the hang of it over time. 💧🌾 Despite the slow start, I’m feeling much more optimistic now. The plant looks healthier every day and has finally started growing consistently. Welcome back to week 9 This week will be mostly playing the waiting game and some post stretch defoliation on the Photos As all plants are done stretching, the feeding of PK was increased to support the bulking phase. The auto tent is getting more frosty every day with temps between 25-20 degrees Not much to do there, just ensuring reservoir is filled and airflow is good The photos are also done stretching….mostly….i hope 😬 The BBM now reached same height than the others and some side branches also If they stay like that for the next days I will do a final clean up defoliation on all 3 to get a bit more airflow and light penetration through all plants Feeding will reach its peak this and next week with 2.0-2.1 EC and 5.9PH and decreased slowly after that As an addition to my “why are photos stretching so crazy this time?” Question, I think I found the answer…. I started the PK a bit too early, as phosphorus in stretch makes plants grow more in between the branches… which is exactly what happened to all 3… they some times have 5-10cm spacing between the branches… Lesson learned: don’t start pk before stretch is REALLY done! 😅👍 Update: the BBM and BKH are both still growing 😬 while I first thought the CW would be the big stretcher…it now shows I was completely wrong… The CW is now the smallest in height and due to my LST the most dense I have all a heavy defoliation (not completely lollipoped but still a lot foliage removed) When I shut down the UCL it was complete darkness at the tray 😱 never had anything that dense and bushy I just hope I can keep the RH under control in late flower… And as a remark: I need new vents…both top fans get issues with the oscillation Those need to be replaced before late flower starts!

Segunda semana de germinación, ya asoma el tallo de la semilla, he cogido el bacto y lo he disuelto en 1 L de agua, para luego derranarlo en la bandeja y sumergir los recipientes con sustrato durante 10 segundos, y he dejado en la bandeja apenas 1 ml para que no se seque. Luego debajo de una lámpara de luz blanca hasta que asomen los primeros brotes verdes y además le aporte un poco de calor. Por el momento efectividad del 100% de las 3 semillas de los capos de Royal Queen Seeds cosa bastante importante porque aunque me las hayan mandado para hacer el seguimiento gratuitamente no es una variedad barata debido a su rapidez de floración y alto contenido de thc. Produccion aceptable no de las más altas de las variedades de RQS pero tampoco de las más bajas. Amigos las calidad se paga y elegir una buena gentica es básico y algo que aprendí en mis inicios ya que puedes echar a perder el tiempo que es lo más valioso con el esfuerzo y el mimo que empleamos en su crecimiento y desarrollo antes de poder degustarla. Decir también que se puede clonar cosa que hace más que rentable gastarse algo más de dinero que en otros bancos que tienen menos reputación, por algo será. A tope !!!! 🌵🌴

She's getting close now! She has bulked up and all her branches are starting to bend over. These aren't the biggest buds I have grown, but they are very dense and heavy. She should be a good yielder. I'm going out of town for the 4 day weekend and by the time I get back, I'm sure she will be ready.

1-16-2023 Pups are really growing pace is fast. Raised the smaller pup with a plant stand. Still on 20 light schedule More LST Was done to even out canopy everything is OK. So what you think 3''plant stand was good idea. More PK less N in the coming weeks.Warm water flush 1-16-23 to remove salt for new Nutrient solution on 1-18-23 more bloom less growth they love ❤️ Nutes.......!

Well I was saying on the last update 7-10 days to go, but four days later and here we are at harvest! Checked in this morning and saw they were fading hard, most of the fan leaves dried up and dead. Checked trichomes and yup they were ready to go! Guess she was in a hurry to join her friends in the dry tent hahaha. Cleaned up nice and easy and broke down for drying. Looks like a pretty nice yeild, can't wait to get her dried and cured to sample. Smells amazing hope the taste is the same. Buds turned out to be a little less dense than I thought they would be, but still nice structure and for a great yeild even after trim. Just means more high grade trim for the dry sift! This has to be the most lemon smelling and tasting strain that I've ever tried. Soon as you open the bag it's like cutting a fresh lemon, such a strong clean smell! Buzz knocks you down and helps you end your day. Super relaxed and not a care or pain on the world. Pretty happy overall with this oneGot 540g buds and 187g trim.

Thrips infection might prevent these lovely flowers from showing their full potential... Will start flushing passively the coming week. Will switch to 11/13 the coming week. There are two distinct phenotypes in terms of flowering time visible as the pics show.

it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).

06/16/2020 Did some defoiliating, and fed Espoma Fruit and flower 9-4-3 (3 tbls top dressed) help to aid in the transition from veg to flowering, after 21st days get shorter but slowly. Might do light deprivation to induce an early harvest. I just posted a video of Red Sky #3, brother of Red Sky #1 One branch will get dusted on #1 Good news #1, clones very well with minimal effort stuck in potting mix which has 5-1-1 starter fertilizer plus myco, and tricoderma. After she settles in I will switch to top dressing with Espoma Fruit and flower 4-9-3 plus myco have 3 good clones to work with. Oh yeah apparently I put 4-9-3 in transplant pot so I guess it means nutes total is 9-10-4 maybe a mid to late top dress to finish but we see what happens!. The 5-1-1last about 6 weeks. And the 4-9-3 will last 3-4 weeks at best We see how she is doing in a month. Then I'll know better. From here on out this diary is all about my freaky princess!👍 Red Sky #1 she is getting to tall so I took clones to bring her down to size I will keep one mother plant, and monster crop the rest! 01/01 happy new year start of a new week here. Top dressed with craft blend, pushin p, and ocean blend, and 2/1 mix of buildaflower and castings .and watered in rootwise goodies just 3 gallons also raised vpd to 1.2 and ppfd to 550-600 depending on the spot. 01/02 remembered to shift the hours down to 16/8 definitely gave em to much light for to long looked pissed before lights out. Also have been adjusting light height and power to get the ppfd I want and temp. Think I got it dialed in now. Just keep tucking for now 01/05 For some reason wat I logged the last few days is now gone from here... yesterday I watered in 17 gallons total 3.5 of that in the middle with supplemental stuff. I should have kept it at 14 gallons cus in slightly over saturated in the bottom but it should be fine. Did a pretty aggressive defoliation and tucking to open up canopy and under side of plants.

hello beautiful ones, they managed to enter flowering!! everything is going smoothly apart from a few insects... I think it's normal when you do them outdoors. They have been flowering for a week and continue to grow every day! DAJE ROMA DAJE
