Flowers are on! šŸŒøšŸ”„ Flowers are clearly visible now, with one of the plants already showing a strong purple colour — very curious to see how this develops! šŸ’œ However, the top-right plant is looking a bit limey, so I’ve ramped up the nutrients while keeping an eye on the runoff. It’s also showing tiny spots of calcium deficiency, so I suspect it might be a root issue. These deficiencies are minor, though — overall, the plants are still going strong. Probably the most impressive autos I’ve run so far! šŸš€šŸŒ± Stats so far: šŸ’§ Watering: 1.5L every other day šŸ’¦ Humidity: ~65% RH šŸŒ”ļø Temp (lights on): 22–26°C šŸŒ”ļø Temp (lights off): 20–22°C šŸ“ˆ Avg. VPD (lights on): ~1.2 kPa

FBT 2309 grew great. Really nice aroma of a sweet, herbal, earthy, cream smell. Loaded with trichromes, and a nice purple hue to buds. Growing with the Gen1:11 nutrition was a bit tougher in dwc. I am getting the hang of it. Beside some minor ph issues and feeds being too strong the plant did great. The Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 also worked great for the grow. I am eager to try it once it is out of the cannatrol. Thank you Fast Buds, Gen1:11, and Medic Grow. šŸ¤œšŸ»šŸ¤›šŸ»šŸŒ±šŸŒ±šŸŒ± Happy new year. 7th of May Day 59 day 11 of 12/12 4 plants are looking healthy the stretch has started and and the canopy is starting to get a bit dense I may rom I’ve some large fan leaves on day 14 of 12/12 to give better airflow and allow for the lower growth to get more light, I can picture the colas already šŸ˜šŸ ppm still going in at 650 ph 6.5, i top dressed each plant with fish blood and bone mean 3 table spoons to each 3gal pot on day 1 of flower

Alright, week 11: we’re almost there, F1.The girls are doing good and, thankfully, the buds put on that little extra bit of volume I needed to be happy. They’re still frosty as ever, and this last week the aroma shifted slightly sweeter… but damn, the smell is loud (in a good way) and it makes every check-up a challenge. Now, about the Runtz: I thought she’d be the most disadvantaged one, but at this stage of flower she’s honestly turning into the most rewarding in the group. She keeps throwing resin for days, and her terps are driving me crazy super sweet, like gummy candy, with a strong fruity vibe. She’s stacking bud on top of bud, and I can’t wait to remove the three Hyperions so I can put her center stage and let her fully shine; once she’s not crammed in with the other roommates, the environmental parameters should be way easier to manage. This week I dropped EC a bit since we’re close to the finish line. Environment is still the same though: RH over 65%. Honestly I’m surprised they’ve made it this far with zero mold signs, probably because the buds aren’t crazy huge and rock-dense. So yeah, I can’t say this was the best run management-wise, but quality-wise they’re looking promising. That’s the situation. Happy growing fam, that’s all for this update.

This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

Giving Alien Vs Triangle a second try after my first started showing signs of herming (bananas). Planted the seed directly in soil and she sprouted in 5 days. I'm not going to do HST bending as I did with the first one. I know I accidentally went overboard with HST the first time and that most likely caused her to herm out. I want to get her to harvest as quickly as possible so just going to do some light defoliation and a FIM pinch on this girl. The first AVT smelled insanely good when I chopped her, I'm looking forward to bringing this one to a proper harvest. šŸ‘ My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ā€˜organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Setup: 1- Grow Tent 24ā€x48ā€x72ā€ 2- Viparspectra 300W LED’s (1-V300 & 1-R300) 1- Hanging 100w CFL (26w actual) 1- Carbon Filter w/ 190cfm Fan & 4ā€ ducts 1- 6ā€ clip-on fan 1- 700w electric heater - oil filled radiator (in front of air intake behind tent)

🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 9 From Seed | Week 4 Flower We’re now entering Week 4 of flower with our GMO Cookies — and things are moving fast. Very fast. From structure to flower formation, these girls are showing intent. Stacking, stretching, drinking… responding. Let’s break this week down properly. --- ## šŸ”¬ Macro World — Why We Start Looking Closer Now This week marks the beginning of something important: we stop just looking… and start observing. Macro photography allows us to step into the plant’s reality: • Trichome heads beginning to form • Early resin coverage on sugar leaves • Pistils reaching, searching, multiplying • Surface textures you don’t see with the naked eye No stacking here — just single shots. Finding the focus. Respecting the moment. Some shots are clean and informative. Others are more dramatic — shadows, contrast, emotion. Both matter. Because growing is not just data… it’s also perspective. --- ## 🌿 Canopy Work — Opening Space, Not Forcing Control This week we did a selective defoliation. Not aggressive. Not random. Intentional. One of the girls pushed hard — dense structure, limited airflow — so we opened her up slightly. Goal: • Improve light penetration • Reduce microclimate buildup • Allow lower sites to breathe • Keep energy moving efficiently We removed more leaves than initially expected — but always with respect to the plant. No stress signs after. They accepted it well. --- ## āš ļø Leaf Observations — Nothing Concerning We spotted some burned leaves, mainly: → Under-canopy LED exposure → Lower zones receiving direct intensity Important: • Not spreading • Not systemic • New growth remains healthy Color is strong. Leaf posture is confident. Flower sites are developing clean. This is not a problem — just a note. --- ## 🌱 Current Environment & Feeding The girls are eating and drinking like champions: • šŸ’§ ~1.7L per plant / day • ⚔ EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • šŸŒ”ļø Temp: 28°C • šŸ’Ø RH: 60–65% • šŸŒ¬ļø COā‚‚: ~1000 ppm Everything is aligned with their demand. They’re not being pushed — they’re being supported. --- ## šŸ“ Structure & Growth • Height: ~150 cm • Strong vertical development • Good lateral branching • Flower sites stacking consistently This is the phase where structure turns into yield. And we’re right on time. --- ## šŸŽ„ Studio Sessions & Documentation As always — they stepped into the studio. And honestly… they delivered. From full plant portraits to intimate macro moments — this week gave us a full visual story. Also introducing officially: šŸŽ¬ Mr. Baggy More coming from him soon. --- ## šŸ”® What To Expect Next Week Week 5 will be decisive. Expect: • Increased bud stacking • Resin production accelerating • Pistils multiplying rapidly • Stretch slowing down • Nutrient demand stabilizing We’ll keep observing closely — especially through macro. Because this is where quality is defined. --- ## šŸ™ Final Words To everyone following this journey: • The OGs • The silent watchers • The skeptics • The supporters • The new growers finding their way Thank you. To the platform. To the community. To everyone building this space with us. This is not just a grow. It’s a shared process. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. šŸ’š Growers love to all šŸ’š šŸ“ø P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. - LST continues by stretching the plant outwards. - Both plants are progressing healthy. Kings Kush is cathing up. - Soft Defoliation continues. I am trying to remove fan leaves shadowing potential bud sides. But still leaving outskirt fan leaves. A big defoliation and lollipopping will be applied in 3rd week. - Light intensity is still at 90% which is still resilting with increased temp. - VPD still fluctuated this week between 1.0 and 1.7 kPa , averaging at 1,27 kPa. - Temperature is stabilized at 22 at night and 27 Celsius at day time, averaging at 25.2. A little lower than last week due to cold weather in Berlin. But the plan is to run the growth 1 more week with higher Temps around 27 Celcius. 2nd week of flowering, I will increase exhaustion fan speed which will hopefully decrease both temp and humidity. - Humidity is stabilized between 50-70%, averaging at 60.4%. This week, I have added a BonAura AirOne dehumidifier into my tent. It collects around 200 ml of water per day. - Increased the water Ph gradually to 6.6 now as Soil Ph is decreasing week on week under 6. I will keep measuring and I might increase water Ph further if necessary.

This plant is a beast.. she is massive and well into her stretch. Loads of bud sites and great spacing between nodes. I had to supercrop her as she was pushing twice the height of all othe girls in the room. She took it well and is fully recovered and just great. Love this plant. Very odd smell quite disgusting ATM tbh.. I started giving this girl a light misting with some fishmix and activera for a few days as she was looking like she was not getting enough food. 5 days on she is looking good Thanks for stopping by. Happy growing all🌿🌱 Stay safe😷😷😷

09/20/2018 Today's the day we flip to 12-12 and full strength nutes, roots have filled in nicely, and she is growing,I fear if I don't flower now she may get to big for my tent, I'm hoping that she only stretches 1.5-2 x,but if she got the sweet pink grapefruit genes it could be a 3x stretch that I hoped for. But we will see .let the magic begin! 09/24/2018 Supercropping, and scrog day 4 after flip stretched,4-6" ,canopy will fill out quickly. The 9fingered leaves i am guessing are from grapefruit genes,as I have not previously had more than 7 fingered leaves on Captains Cake,Star Cookie,or Mystery Cookie plants. Might get nice stretch from their offspring,, which is partly why I chose these plants to Breed improve the stretch of Captains Cake as she didn't stretch much after 12-12 flip. Time will tell whether or not it worked.
